04/06/2025: I order a Philly cheese steak (beef, melted cheese and pita bread). I get the sandwich full of caramelized onion (I'm intolerant), I ask for explanations and I'm told that they put onion on that sandwich. Now I say how can you not include information like that on the menu? You should know that the ingredients must all be listed precisely to avoid any allergies. The only justification was "we don't make the menus". If a company like that doesn't know the basics it's better to leave it alone.

01/06/2025: Average lunch, balanced portions and equally expensive, maybe a little high but now with inflation. I'll break a lance in favor of the service, managers super helpful and friendly, the waiters of an indescribable kindness and kindness especially the tall guy with glasses and the muscular guy with the hairdo.

31/08/2025: You can make fun of the postal worker, not the people who have been working in the restaurant business for decades. A truly terrible culinary and human experience, as when we explained our disappointment with the dinner at the cash register, the employee laughed. Be careful, times have changed and quality is high; mediocre restaurants will come to a bad end.

13/09/2025: A lovely discovery. The place is simple, decorated like an old-fashioned trattoria with a few modern touches. It has three rooms, all very quiet and well-organized. The food is good and seasonal: this time for dinner, we chose appetizers and first courses, but looking at the other tables, the main courses were also very generous, all served on a hot plate. The service was prompt, and the staff were friendly and helpful, even when searching for special wines to sell separately… the cellar was very well-stocked and refined. Excellent value for money, honest. A small tip: I would change the wall lamps.

12/09/2025: I ate here last year and had a great time. The first courses are very tasty and the meat...superb. The friendliness and welcome are very pleasant. I had the braised beef and it was very good. Tonight I'll have trofiette with mushrooms and a nice cut of Angus beef, and I drank a good Cannonau Rentiles, dark and sufficiently full. A pleasant evening, at Jope, thanks Fabiola, Annie Lennox and Anna, Elodie. ❤️

23/09/2025: Excellent food, the "special" menu for two would fill anyone up. The ingredients were excellent, the Florentine steak was phenomenal, the side dishes were delicious, and the appetizer was amazing. The lonzino cured meat was highly recommended, truly delicious. Excellent service, the staff were super polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

29/09/2025: We’ve tried to eat here and we’re shock cause they have lots of choices. From appetisers to first course second plate and dessert. Pizza was great very light. You can choose from meat to fish. They accept also a ticket weekdays day and night at weekend only lunch time. Worth to try.

21/07/2025: The location was very beautiful, but the food was terrible: unleavened and undercooked pizza! We sent the first one back, and the second one came back half-burned! We were a group of over 100 people, and we'd been planning this evening for a while. If you can't handle that many people, don't accept large groups!!! NEVER AGAIN!

01/09/2025: After a day at Castel Romano, we returned to Rodaus for a family dinner, expecting to find the same quality and hospitality as always. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case: the experience was disappointing. From the very beginning, when we ordered, the head waiter rushed us, and when we simply asked if a side of vegetables was available, she reacted with a look as if we'd asked her to buy us dinner. When we pointed out that this behavior wasn't normal, she became even more rude, even going so far as to speak disrespectfully behind our backs. Fortunately, after that incident, she didn't serve us again, and her colleagues intervened, much more professional and kind, even though she was rude to them as well. A real disappointment, because customers deserve respect, not this kind of behavior. I'm sorry to say, but after this negative experience, we won't be returning to this place, which until recently was one of our favorites.

24/08/2025: Tried the "all you can eat chicken" option on Friday for lunch and was completely satisfied with the excellent quality of the food and the fast, relaxed, and friendly service.

20/06/2025: Restaurant as per tradition. I must say that we ate meat...good to tell the truth..but everyone ate fish and seemed very satisfied. Also to try the fish. For us a nice 9+! only thing that we had asked for the menu to decide the dessert but it never arrived. Maybe the waitress did not understand our request...that's normal...

15/08/2025: Good, but not great. We ordered two sandwiches, which were quite generous. I expected more, but they were completely tasteless, and we didn't enjoy them at all. The same goes for the fries, which were full of oil; we left them alone. On top of that, they charge a €2.00 cover charge per person. They didn't even offer us a liqueur or coffee for the €31.00 we spent. The place is beautiful and very bright. The waiters are young and helpful.

08/09/2025: To try more courses, I chose the meat menu, which includes an appetizer, a first course, a second course, water, 1/2, wine, and coffee for €28 plus cover charge! My first note was the stained tablecloths (perhaps a previous customer?), the platter of cured meats a bit dry and salty. The crostini with mushrooms in oil was good. The first course, ravioli, and the second course, were delicious, with arugula, but not exceptional. The portions and rating were worthy of a business lunch. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and fast.

23/09/2025: The food was impeccable. We saw the chef and told him everything was delicious, but he didn't seem to understand. He told us his food is only for Italian palates, not for foreigners. Too bad, he doesn't seem to understand that his restaurant's main source of income is from the surrounding hotels. So we can avoid repeating it and let the owner have a chat with his chef.

21/09/2025: The waiters were friendly and the food was decent. Since the food arrived so quickly, it's likely that it wasn't freshly cooked. It was fine for us, as it was right next to the hotel.
