01/08/2024: I rarely leave a review but it would be a shame not to since a TripAdvisor review sent us here. Our dinner was so delicious, so much fun and very reasonable. We had 1.5 kg ribeye, the staff was so friendly and very helpful. They helped us order and were spot on and ordered us a taxi home. The tiramisu was so delicious and they packed some extra brioche because my daughter enjoyed it so much. If you’re in Naples for the night I highly recommend you visit this authentic restaurant that is so superior to the usual tourist traps in Napoli.

25/08/2024: More appearance than reality Very nice atmosphere, but the food is mediocre at best. The Pappa al Pomodoro was cold in the middle and the Tagliatelle al Ragù tasted bland. The potato wedges couldn't have been drier and the water came in a plastic bottle (not the end of the world, but just not nice). The waitress was relatively friendly, but could barely open her mouth. Overall, unfortunately, quite disappointing

09/08/2024: Grand canyon mix absolutely disappointing and not at all comparable to the photo on the menu! Don't take it! The photo shows multiple pieces of thick, succulent meat, cut impeccably. The plate arrives and I see three miserable pieces of dry and burnt meat, cut at random. I knew that in these places I shouldn't have taken the meat that I thought was of quality (because ok, the meat must have been of quality, but if it looks like this on the plate, the quality is also made by the restaurant, and therefore poor) but I tried . Among other things, it is a dish recommended by the restaurant!!!

06/08/2024: The worst brioches I have ever eaten. Dry, stringy and luckily it was small. Very nice location, 50s/60s style, waiters with uniforms..... No air conditioning with 35 degrees outside. I won't go back and I don't recommend it for the price either

03/08/2024: After the initial good experience with lunch, we decided to return to the place. While for lunch we paid roughly €12 for food and we also ordered a drink and coffee, so the whole lunch cost us roughly €35 including the tip, for dinner the prices seem to have risen by 50% and a fee of €10 was automatically charged, i.e. tip approximately 30% of the price of the meal. I don't know if it is common in Italy for prices to rise from lunch to evening or if it is just because we had Italian menus for lunch and then in English in the evening. Anyway, I left the restaurant very disappointed.

09/08/2024: Varied menu and normal portions. Good meat and cuisine in general. Service a little slow but efficient and kind. Spacious and bright environment.

19/08/2024: Tourist place with higher prices, excellent location, old only has the red tarpaulin with ancient bull written on it, which is very ugly to look at, the tarpaulin has been changed as I suggested a year ago so 4 stars are fair, recommended.

16/08/2024: PESSIMO!! ci siamo seduti e ordinato da bere, nel momento di servire il vino rosso è caduto tutto sul mio abito bianco, tutto può succedere invece nessuna scusa anzi arroganza del cameriere chi si crede chi sa chi e quando è stato fatto notare che il vino era su tutto il mio vestito ha risposto con " e allora che ci posso fare" e dopo ci ha invitati ad andarcene, il cameriere che ti invita di andartene mai visto prima solo perché probabilmente oltre che servire il vino addosso alle persone non sa fare. Chiamato il responsabile , prendeva le difese del cameriere " eh dipende cosa gli avete detto".......... Se sei permaloso cambia lavoro perché l'educazione non sa dove sta di casa e il cliente nella maggior parte delle volte ha sempre ragione e qui avevamo ragione noi quando bastava chiedere scusa. Posto da dimenticare come certa gente!!!!

22/07/2024: We spontaneously decided to visit this restaurant because the rating of 4.4 stars was relatively promising. The ambience was fine, nothing special in my eyes. The waiters/waitresses were nice. The order was taken quickly and served quickly. Unfortunately, the entrecote was far too raw, tasteless and not seasoned. The desired preparation (raw, medium...) was not asked in advance. There were also simple fries, although these are advertised as “fried potatoes” on the menu. Unfortunately, there wasn't even a sauce to go with the steak and the fries that came with it; upon request, ketchup and mayo were served. All in all, very wasted money. Absolutely not recommended, not even in an emergency.
