24/08/2024: We ate very well, the staff is fast and friendly. The environment is very welcoming and, to underline, the place is well air conditioned! The tiramisu done as God commands was the icing on the cake for me. I highly recommend it. Very convenient value for money!

30/08/2024: decent quality, the meat and potatoes arrived together with the other courses but they were cold, the beer was evidently at the end of the keg because it had no perlage. the staff were quite courteous but cold, the service was quite fast but in fact there were only a few of us in the place. the price is too high

22/08/2024: Ho mangiato presso questo punto diverse volte, sia per lavoro che con la mia famiglia, ma credo che oggi sia stata l'ultima. Fortunatamente sono tanti gli OWW a Roma per cui potrò continuare a deliziarmi con gli ottimi cibi che la catena propone. Quello che vorrei segnalare è il comportamento poco educato e irrispettoso nei miei confronti da parte della ragazza in cassa sperando che ciò possa rappresentare un'occasione di crescita anche per la giovane lavoratrice. Arrivati in cassa, prima di pagare ho voluto verificare sull'APP l'eventuale disponibilità di un coupon da defalcare, ma ho fatto confusione facendo perdere al massimo un paio di minuti. Ciò non giustifica il comportamento della cassiera che, convinta che io non stessi guardando, ha rivolto al mio accompagnatore uno sguardo di scherno riferito a me portandosi addirittura la mano a paletta al centro della fronte. 02/03/2024: Ambiente intimo ed accogliente. Servizio cordiale e mai invadente. Ottima scelta di carni e vini. In particolare le carni, sublimi, servite sempre con un contorno generoso di verdure alla griglia. Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca un "prodotto" di livello.

28/08/2024: Da non riandarci, sono andata mercoledí sera per il compleanno di mio marito, la sala era molto stretta proprio per questo non riuscivamo neanche a alzarci per andare in bagno, il tagliere per nulla soddisfacente, i fagioli alla messicana troppo piccanti che risultavano immangiabili, anche se c'era l'aria condizionata il caldo era troppo. Non ve lo consiglio

26/08/2024: Premetto che non sono solita fare recensioni ai posti in cui vado a mangiare ma qui era doveroso farlo. Abbiamo chiamato per sapere se potevamo prenotare ma la ragazza che ci ha risposto ha detto di no, invece non era vero perché una volta che siamo arrivati lì abbiamo visto persone che avevano prenotato e che si sedevano al tavolo prima di noi. Una volta seduti fuori ci hanno fatto attendere 20 minuti per prendere un'ordinazione. Per tutta la serata che siamo stati al tavolo (circa 2 ore) siamo stati in compagnia di una macchina accesa con aria condizionata, che a detta del cameriere era la macchina del proprietario con dentro i figli. Assurdo.. Esperienza terribile.. Mai più..

05/08/2024: Ristorante stile "country" alla Marsiliana, in un contesto così, così. Siamo stati accolti molto bene dai proprietari gentili così come i camerieri, servizio veloce ed informale. La carne alla brace è ottima. Purtroppo abbiamo preso anche una carne speciale spagnola, buona, ma per circa un kg abbiamo pagato 91€...forse non ne valeva la pena. Per la buttera di poco più di un kg la spesa è stata invece di 64€ circa.

04/08/2024: Posto ottimo dove andare in coppia o con la famiglia . Francesca è la titolare.. veramente brava e simpatica. Ci ha riconosciuto anche a distanza di qualche giorno e ci ha accolto come si accolgono degli amici. Qualità eccelsa dei salumi e della carne in generale . Coerente e giusto il prezzo se si vuole mangiare veramente bene. Ottimo il servizio di Lorenzo, il cameriere che ci ha servito ! molto bravo ed educato . Lo consigliamo . Fabio Alessandra da Venezia

10/07/2024: Apart from the kindness of the reception and the cleanliness of the structure, the rest needs to be redone. Rooms totally not soundproofed, you can hear everything including the traffic on the road thanks to 50 year old windows. The bathroom is old and very poor, there is still a chain for the toilet.... shower with a disgusting spout. For the price paid it wasn't worth it. Not recommended.

14/07/2024: Homemade but refined at the same time. When the clothes don't make you look like a monk...looking at him you wouldn't give him a chance but the atmosphere is very familiar and the food is genuine. Trust me!

17/08/2024: A terrible mid-August dinner, the worst experience that has ever happened to me. Hot location, air conditioner they make a show of it. The service was careless with the orders, they got the courses we ordered wrong, some of them served us immediately and the others after almost half an hour. If we didn't insist on asking to serve us, they forgot to bring us food, serving the other tables that arrived after us first. The wrong pizzas were brought back to the pizza chef who we saw from afar, who added some toppings and re-voiced the usual pizzas to make them look like the ones we ordered. A cut, inedible, arrived after the Greek calends, which also did not respect the order. The roast potatoes, seemed like reheated leftovers, not remotely resembling those brought to other tables. We felt treated like second class customers. Truly very disappointed, and to say that we had left Florence with much higher expectations. I definitely won't recommend it to my acquaintances, as well as not going back myself. They made me look bad to my guests. The bill, absurd, for having left the table hungry, furthermore the cashier even had the courage to ask "but what did you expect?"....perhaps to have a normal dinner at the restaurant?.....uncommentable. Definitely, not to go back.
