01/06/2025: Couple's dinner It was a pleasant discovery. Clean, welcoming and familiar place. Kind, calm and available staff for every need. In the team there is also a friendly robot waiter provided with special trays to serve diners at their tables. One of the first countries to use this type of technology in my opinion very useful! What can I say about the food, a lot of variety of meat! Delicious bombette and so many different types to try them all! perfect cooking, cold cuts that melt in the mouth and much more The price is more than fair. Thank you so much for the very pleasant evening and for the satisfaction of our palates. We will be back!

04/06/2025: I order a Philly cheese steak (beef, melted cheese and pita bread). I get the sandwich full of caramelized onion (I'm intolerant), I ask for explanations and I'm told that they put onion on that sandwich. Now I say how can you not include information like that on the menu? You should know that the ingredients must all be listed precisely to avoid any allergies. The only justification was "we don't make the menus". If a company like that doesn't know the basics it's better to leave it alone.

01/06/2025: Average lunch, balanced portions and equally expensive, maybe a little high but now with inflation. I'll break a lance in favor of the service, managers super helpful and friendly, the waiters of an indescribable kindness and kindness especially the tall guy with glasses and the muscular guy with the hairdo.

23/06/2025: Food was fine, but service was horrible. I think it was the owner who was our waiter and he just kept ignoring us the whole time. If you ever have to come here just sit inside.

12/06/2025: Yikes, had modest expectations for a neighborhood restaurant and this fell well short. All 3 employees were Japanese and spoke broken Italian through thick accents. What we received did not match the menu. Wine was sold as a carafe but server poured one glass from an open bottle and never returned. My "Florentine steak" was a 1/2" thick overcooked t-bone. Single worst dining experience in a month-long visit to Italy. Look elsewhere!

27/02/2025: In general I like a family atmosphere and I'm not picky, but: The manager of the restaurant sits there with his dog, a black Labrador or something, and does nothing. The waiter, very young, nice, has potential for improvement, because petting the boss's dog over and over again, without washing his hands in between and serving BEFORE the meal, is not possible at all. Second dog comes in. The barking is very loud. The owners don't care about the yapping. As a guest, it gets annoying after a while. I have a black dog hair on my plate, another NO GO! Do I need this? Definitely not! The chef did his job well, the food was good, but we wouldn't come back! There are so many other good places without dog hair and yapping. Oh yeah, it wasn't exactly cheap either!

07/06/2025: Super friendly staff, great pasta and pizza. An Italian group were celebrating a birthday and they even gave us two glasses of their prosecco! Great desserts too. Highly recommend.

15/03/2025: Tutto buono dalla pizza alla ristorazione, la signora che gestisce il ristorante e Valerio, il cameriere, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa per 5 sere di seguito. Ci torneremo e lo consiglio.

03/05/2025: Sinceramente si mangia bene ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'unica pecca il cibo arriva tipo roulette russa!!! I commensali non riescono mai a mangiare tutti insieme. Tempi di attesa biblici. Nell'attesa la fame lascia il posto al sonno. Cibo buono, servizio: quale servizio!? Un vero peccato perchè si mangia bene, cioè quelli che hanno mangiato!

18/03/2025: My girlfriend and I have been to this restaurant and we have almost always had a good time. The food is good but the service is inconsistent as they often make you wait. The last experience was, however, the worst of all as the cook started to shout and swear ruining the whole atmosphere and making us feel uncomfortable. A tip Sunday lunch is a perfect opportunity to go but watch out for the time, go around 2pm😉

11/05/2025: We stopped by chance as it was late and we discovered that on Sundays there is an all-you-can-eat ribs offer!!! So we said to ourselves: "my belly go to the hut" and the BBQ ribs are really very good, tender and tasty!! The chicken and chips were good, we didn't like the sausages, but it's a matter of taste!! Congratulations, we will definitely be back, especially we will try on Friday for all you can eat chicken and again on Sunday!!
