We had dinner on May 10, 2026. Sunday was "all you can ribs." Attracted by this offer, we went for dinner. The first round was perfect, nothing more to say. From the second round onward, it got worse... ribs that were definitely cooked sous vide with the sauce from the bag left on top, pretending to be BBQ. The result? A smear of mush that only resulted in nausea, and we weren't the only table to notice. Nonexistent service, a pissed-off waitress who only came to the table to ask if we wanted another round, but never wrote it down. The portions never arrived, the silverware never arrived, and since they didn't write them down, the other waiters took everything to other nearby tables... Very disappointed.

Collegno is definitely my favorite restaurant, besides being close to home. The staff is always courteous and the wait times are minimal, even when the dining room is full.

It's not the first time I've eaten here, but every time it's always a surprise. Excellent variety of dishes and offerings. Excellent service too! I recommend it.

10/05/2026: We stumbled upon it almost by accident, searching Google Maps for a place to dine while visiting a relative in Piacenza. The photos and reviews piqued our curiosity... but the reality was even better. The place is simple, almost spartan, but impeccably clean and the staff are truly attentive, present without being intrusive. We had gnocco fritto with a charcuterie board, beef tartare, roulade, and a slice of beef: everything was truly excellent. The gnocco fritto was incredibly light, dry, and not at all greasy, and anyone from Emilia knows that there, you can immediately tell the difference between "good" and "well-made." Quality charcuterie and incredibly tender meat. In the end, we were so satisfied that we even bought groceries to take home. And perhaps this is the most honest review one can give: when you leave a place and want to take a piece of it home.
