23/08/2024: A year later we returned to taste the truffle crostini again......it met our expectations and indeed with the tagliatelle, also with truffle, it exceeded them!!!! My partner and I showered them with compliments...for the quality of the raw materials, for the cuisine, for the service...a certainty!

Friendly and attentive staff, always ready to follow the customer course after course. If you are not a meat expert or don't know what to choose, they will be able to recommend the perfect dish according to your tastes and needs. A place that conquers not only for the location and the details, but above all for the excellent quality of the raw materials which give life to excellent, innovative dishes with a unique flavour.

23/08/2024: I was quite disappointed with my fire experience at the tower that I had heard so much about. As soon as the Florentine was brought to me, I was immediately struck by its impeccable presentation. However, once I started cutting and tasting it, I noticed that the meat wasn't up to par with the cost I paid. The taste of the Florentine was discreet, but I wasn't particularly impressed. What really disappointed me was the texture of the meat, which proved difficult to chew due to too many ribs. I found it difficult to fully enjoy it due to this inconvenience. I cannot deny that the service and atmosphere of the restaurant were good, but in the end, for me, the food is always the focal point of a restaurant dinner and unfortunately in this case it did not live up to expectations, also not giving importance to my comment. I hope that the restaurant can improve the quality of the meat offered to its customers in the future or that we at least do something to accommodate a dissatisfied customer.

La loro specialità è la carne alla brace ma anche il resto della cucina è buona e curata dall'antipasto al dolce. Se volete chiudere o iniziare in bellezza una visita al borgo di Bussana passate di qui, con la simpatia e la cordialità del personale avrete un piacevole ricordo di ciò che offre questo borgo degli artisti.

21/07/2024: Questo posto è consigliabile solo a chi predilige posizione e panorama. Per il resto, servizio scadente e conto troppo salato per la poca quantità d carne (6 pezzettini) e una patata condita con Philadelphia. Nn c torno sicuramente.

09/07/2024: Hospitality bordering on cold and rude. Only three tables occupied, but an endless wait both to order and to be served... over 1/2 hour for two cuts that turned out to be strangely hard and calloused. Unfriendly waitress.. Not to be repeated

27/07/2024: Absolutely to go there and return! Excellent service, staff always present and very kind, everything delicious from the wine to the appetizers up to the bombette, sausage and strips of capocollo and dessert! Very quiet place to enjoy a relaxing dinner! I can not wait to come back!

13/07/2024: The porteno is a guarantee regarding the quality of the food (not just the meat). Too bad about the service: the music is too loud making communication with the waiters difficult. The wait between one course and another is endless and sometimes you have to ask for the same thing several times because they forget it. The shows are nothing special in my opinion, for €45 per person (shows only) I expect much more. Very very high bill.

18/08/2024: Superlative experience. We were immediately welcomed with professionalism and courtesy by the manager and all the staff. The meats are excellently recommended, cooked to perfection and served on cast iron plates to regulate the cooking of the heart. Perfect starters and side dishes, tasty and right in both proportions and flavours. The menu is very varied as is the selection of meats which are shown by the staff before cooking for your choice. The manager offered us the bitters as well as an excellent discount. We will return without a shadow of a doubt, as we felt at home, even better. Thanks to all the staff.

07/08/2024: A very very good concept! Various prepared meats, on skewers, in meatballs, stuffed, surrounded by bacon or even plain. A formula for 15 euros excluding drinks Meats per kg We choose, we pay, we have our choice cooked on the grill to eat on site with fries and salads. When the meal is over, we clear our table ourselves, down to the tablecloth. TWO charming, very very friendly women go out of their way to satisfy you as best as possible, a big thank you to them both.
