19/10/2025: What an amazing experience. Wanted to try something unique and unavailable in North America. Giorgio and his wife were spectacular hosts and treated us like Gold. I think he sensed our excitement and proceeded to arrange a tasting menu of all of his horse meat specialties from Bresola, salami, fresh fennel sausage, carpaccio (which was one of the best in my life) plus the standard horse tartar that he sells in the showcase. He picked out an amazing bottle of wine and we ate like kings on a little high top table just outside the doors. A meal and experience to remember

Service is top-notch, the staff is always smiling and attentive, ensuring guests are never lacking in anything. There's a stunning view of the Marche hills, an outdoor pool open in the summer, and rooms to complete your stay at Villa Montotto. Well done.

The process is simple yet original: you choose your cut of meat from a wide selection at the counter, and you can add fries, salad, and drinks. There's no table service, but in fact, this makes the atmosphere even more casual and homey, just how we like it! We had meatballs, kebabs, and steaks: everything was excellent, the meat flavorful and perfectly cooked. We also appreciated the red wine they offered. The lady at the counter, who helped us choose our meat, was extremely kind and helpful. Overall, it was a truly positive experience: the food was good and the atmosphere relaxing. We'll definitely be back next time!

05/10/2025: I'm starting from the premise that I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I finally got around to going with some friends, but the experience wasn't the best; in fact, if I have to be completely honest, it was one of the worst places I've ever been to. The meat they brought couldn't be cut. At first, I thought it was the knife, which wasn't suitable, but it was still tough, as "un sercio," as they say in Rome. Then we moved on to the tiramisu, which I finished in four spoonfuls—truly miserable. I don't think I'll ever go there again, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone else.

11/11/2025: We dined at this restaurant during the summer festival season, which tends to draw customers away from these establishments. We had a delicious dinner, to say the least. The owners served us and recommended wine and food in a thorough and clear manner. The picanha was wonderfully tender; for two people, with a side of vegetables and bread, you'll leave feeling full. I highly recommend trying this steak house; it's truly worth it, and the prices are fair for the type of food served. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

09/11/2025: A disgrace. An appalling experience from start to finish. We booked a table for two at 9:45 PM. We arrived promptly, politely, and were told to wait "10 minutes." Well, those ten minutes became thirty, then forty, then a full hour. An hour's wait with a confirmed reservation! At 10:45 PM, after an hour standing in the cold, we left without even eating. The apologies of the lady at the entrance with the reservation book were in vain: it's too easy to apologize when the disorganization is obvious. You don't treat customers like that, ever. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to accept more reservations than it can handle, just to fill the room at all costs. This isn't good work: it's disrespectful to the people who had the courtesy to organize themselves, arrive on time, and choose to spend their money there. If you don't have a table, tell the truth. If the wait is longer, let us know. It's the bare minimum for anyone who works with the public. We can't stand by and watch scenes like this: reservations accepted in droves, no management, customers left waiting as if they were invisible. Transparency and honesty are worth more than a thousand covers. A place like this only gives the impression of wanting to "squeeze" customers, not welcome them. Total disorganization, zero empathy, zero respect. A Saturday night completely ruined—and not just for us, because several people, exasperated, left without eating. I wanted to give zero stars, but unfortunately I can't. I'll just say: Shame on you. Never again. And, sincerely, I hope whoever runs this place stops to think.

We chose to ask for two glasses of red wine, and the advice was greatly appreciated! We highly recommend it.

We ordered several dishes, including steaks and gourmet burgers with a variety of well-matched and delicious ingredients. My only comment is that a small side dish should be included with the gourmet sandwich, as the price of the sandwich is rightfully high. Recommended!
