02/03/2026: Arriving for a business dinner, we found ourselves in a phenomenal setting, which made the evening wonderful. Not only is it a pleasant, traditional place, with the option of a table near the kitchen, allowing you to see everything and meet the chef. The wine list and menu are extensive, full of traditional dishes.

19/02/2026: We ate really well; the dishes and ingredients were carefully selected and prepared. The chef is very friendly and knows his stuff when it comes to selecting meats.

Thanks to the hostess, you always feel welcomed like a special guest, and her husband, the chef who prepares all the dishes, cooks simply deliciously. In short, it's really hard to stick to a diet with them!

14/03/2026: A delightful agriturismo, located in a very quiet spot surrounded by greenery. The open kitchen is charming and adds a special touch to the place. The menu is varied, especially the meat section. The two of us ordered two tagliata: one with lard and truffle and one classic with oil, salt, and rosemary. Served on a cast iron grill, the tagliata were phenomenal. The meat was high-quality, juicy, perfectly cooked, and deliciously flavorful. The surprise at the end of the meal? The bill: the prices are super fair (€23 for the tagliata with lard and truffle and €20 for the classic one). The staff is truly kind, welcoming, and very attentive to the customer's needs. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

10/04/2026: I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did enjoy the restaurant service. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent. We started with an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses, followed by their entree consisting of tongue in salsa verde, the classic Piedmontese veal with tuna sauce, and a Russian sauce all'ancienne, so called because it contained mustard seeds, like the French sauce of the same name: everything was truly excellent. To continue, we had the venison with polenta—soft, fragrant, and juicy—with a truly thick polenta, and a Tapulone (minced horse meat flavored with cabbage), also served with polenta. The large portions didn't allow us to try the desserts, which were otherwise very inviting. A genepy, a gentian, and a coffee rounded out a truly satisfying lunch, also thanks to the excellent table service, very proactive and never intrusive. While out for a stroll in the Ossola Valley for two, we spent €110 on a bottle of Barbera di Sizzano, truly refreshing and with just the right acidity to complement the hearty dishes we chose.

The staff is generally very courteous and helpful, always ready to recommend dishes on the menu or the best beer to pair with them. One of Artesian's strengths is undoubtedly the quality of its meat: gourmet burgers, ribs, and skewers are among the most popular dishes. The ingredients are carefully selected, and the portions are generous, with meticulous presentation. The appetizers and pub snacks, such as mozzarella sticks or burritos, are also delicious and ideal for sharing. The menu is quite varied: in addition to meat, there are pinsa romana, delicious dishes, and gluten-free options, accompanied by a good selection of beers and wines. This makes the restaurant suitable for a variety of tastes and occasions. The overall experience is very positive: a welcoming atmosphere, quality food, and good value.
