30/11/2025: A true "CULINARY EXPERIENCE." We'd heard about Madre Selva, and last night we had firsthand confirmation of what they'd told us. Simply perfect. The owner and chef went out of his way to reserve a table for us, even leaving the table early. The staff is courteous, helpful, and above all, extremely knowledgeable. We took their advice and everything was spot on, from the choice of empanadas as an appetizer to the selection of meat cuts and side dishes. We chose three different cuts of meat based on the advice of the person serving us. Special mention for the wagyu and picanha with truffle-infused butter on top. Churros and crema catalana finished off perfectly. Excellent value for money. Compliments to the chef and the wait staff. We'll be back 🥩

11/11/2025: I Am so impressed by the food and quality of this hip restaurant. Ricardo was our server and totally took great care of our dinner. When we left the place was packed and he still managed everything with ease. The home made breed Dee lish The empanadas to start were great and not too spicy sauce The best was the chefs 3 steaks on a hit grill medium RARE. The ribeye was to die for. Juicy and tender and cooked with just salt to perfection Desert amazing I love this place I felt like I left Italy and went south

09/12/2025: It was a wonderful experience. The owner was incredibly kind, very professional, and welcoming. The delicious food is worth it, and the prices are reasonable.

07/12/2025: A very nice, intimate, and welcoming place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owner recommended typical dishes, including meat and pasta, which were truly delicious and of excellent quality. We'll definitely be back.

14/12/2025: The last time I was there was about 30 years ago and it has remained the same as then, both in the way the meat is served and in the general atmosphere. I didn't like it then and even less today. The buffet was infinitely sad and the quality of the meats didn't satisfy me. The only positive note was the friendliness of the waitresses. The price would be right if there was quality.

10/12/2025: You absolutely must go here. This isn't a review event, but the owner is incredibly kind. If the steak is too expensive, they also have a semi-steak option! The lasagna, arugula steak, and raspberry tiramisu are delicious! The owner is also incredibly kind. ❤️

09/12/2025: The owner was so kind. He waved at me from the moment I walked in. I ordered the 800g carbonara and T-bone steak, and they were much more delicious than the Dalosx I had the day before. I'm not sure if they cook the pasta extra well because I'm Korean, but they cook it to the same level as Korean noodles, and the portion was larger than I expected. After I finished, he asked if I wanted dessert and gave it to me as a gift. They don't charge a table fee here, but they automatically add a service tip, so I think the dessert price is a bit high. However, the tiramisu was really delicious. The tip was included, and the service was great. Oh, by the way, we ordered rare, but instead of the hot stone plate, I think medium-rare or medium would have been more appropriate. It was a pleasant ending to my last night in Florence.

06/12/2025: A simple yet high-quality restaurant: here, the meat is the real star. The meat is exceptional, tender, flavorful, and truly melts in your mouth. Even the side dishes, including vegetables and baked potatoes, are simple yet well-crafted and perfectly complement the dish. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. A genuine place where you go to truly enjoy good food. Highly recommended!

28/11/2025: This restaurant serves excellent meat, everything is high-quality and carefully selected. The owners are very kind and explain each dish to you. Prices are average, but the quality is excellent. The wines are also excellent.

12/10/2025: Alas, the food is good, but the service is a disappointment. It took over half an hour to order, ours and four other tables. I don't blame the staff, who were rushing back and forth; the problem is definitely the management...
