28/07/2025: Discovered by chance last year, I returned to Tuscany this year and included it as a stop on my outbound trip. I can't say enough about the lampredotto sandwich; I simply give it a 10!!! Perfectly crunchy bread, incredibly tender lampredotto, flavorful, and topped with a mouth-watering salsa verde. The aroma as soon as you arrive lets you know you're in the right place. Every bite is an explosion of authentic Tuscan flavors. If you're passing through, do yourself a favor and stop at Lampredotto Sbranami... a must-see for lovers of authentic street food!

05/11/2025: One of the old osterias, but with young and enthusiastic owners. Off the beaten tourist track, you can still find simple, but precisely for that reason incredibly delicious, cuisine here. The clientele is mainly locals, which I always take as a good sign. Excellent wine recommendations. The Prosecco from a family winery was really good. We had a truly excellent meal. We were here with friends who are friends of the owner. We will definitely be back!

03/11/2025: A typical Sienese osteria! The dishes were very carefully prepared and delicious. We decided to try a bit of everything, from pici all'aglione to tagliatelle with pumpkin, sausage, and pecorino romano, finishing with a delicious Sienese tripe, made exclusively with sausage and musetto. The Bolgheri helped us with this wonderful dinner! The prices were more than fair, we'll be back! Thank you.

We're grateful for the welcome, as we popped in without a reservation, accompanied by our two dogs, one of whom was definitely off-target 😅 But we were invited to sit anyway. Something I truly appreciated. The exquisite cuisine was a plus. Congratulations!

30/11/2025: We went there for our communion. We had asked for many crosses but instead they only brought us one. The atmosphere was spectacular but the only thing that made me angry was the one but we will return.

27/11/2025: A place of the heart. A splendid neighborhood trattoria. The food is reasonably good, but it's the unique friendliness that emanates from the walls of the true Livorno of yesteryear!!! @

21/10/2025: A historic restaurant in Livorno's industrial area. Originally, it catered to local workers and dockworkers. The prices are very reasonable for the excellent quality. The staff is highly trained and friendly, and the service is impeccable.

17/10/2025: Total chaos at lunchtime, waiters rushing around like mad. Long lines to get in, everyone crammed together, dishes arriving out of order. I understand the seaside town, the business lunch, and the joviality, but it's truly out of control. I'm sorry, but I won't be back.

19/09/2025: Excellent restaurant and therefore a great discovery that I recommend. The Michelin guide is right to recommend it as well. Warm welcome and good service. The room does not open to the outside but we still had a good time. As for the food: everything is excellent and fresh. They specialize in fresh fish. Great wine list. We ate very well.

26/11/2025: A truly delicious experience! The dishes were full of flavor, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. The pasta was handmade and cooked to perfection, with that authentic touch that only true Italian cuisine can offer. Every bite reminded me of the flavors of Italy. Kudos to the chef for his attention to detail and the passion you can feel in every dish. I'll definitely be back!

26/11/2025: ’ve eaten at 200+ Michelin restaurants worldwide, and this was one of my most disappointing experiences. I ordered the Evolution menu and never received a napkin for the entire 4 courses—even after asking. Completely unacceptable for a 3-star Michelin restaurant. My son (peanut allergy) ordered à la carte, yet nothing was offered to him while I was having the tasting menu. In Italy, restaurants always give kids something (breadsticks, small bites) so they’re not just watching. Here—nothing. The Evolution menu itself was underwhelming and lacked the creativity I’ve experienced at places like La Pergola, Da Vittorio, D’O, Mudec, and Alinea. When I shared feedback, the manager cut me off and rushed away, making me feel dismissed. As a woman/Asian/American, it felt disrespectful. A very disappointing experience for a restaurant of this level.
