27/02/2026: Favorite spot in Florence for a small bite and nice glass of wine. They know their stuff and make recommendations with confidence. Don’t miss the toasts with anchovies, butter and lemon zest. Sigh… I want to go back and get it again just thinking about it. Can’t visit Florence without this treat. I’ve revisited twice in the same three day trip a couple of times.

22/02/2026: I'll just say that I've never had such good rigatoni with paiata and coda alla vaccinara, even in Rome. Compliments to the chef and a special thanks to Domenico for the attentive and friendly service.

09/05/2026: My sister had her wedding reception at Lago Eventi. It's a charming place, and the restaurant with its windows overlooking the lake is a must. The menu was perfect for the occasion, and I especially recommend the pappardelle with wild boar ragù and the tagliata. They were especially attentive to special requests, like making tagliata well-done for a pregnant friend. Magnificent service. Marco, you're amazing!!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

02/05/2026: We were guests at a wedding, and we were pleasantly surprised not only by the beautiful location, but also by the truly delicious food and the always smiling and friendly staff. Even the owner, with whom we chatted for a moment, reflects the personality of the place and the courtesy of the staff. We recommend it, and not just for events. The delicious gorgonzola and walnut maltagliati and the perfectly cooked arugula and parmesan steak are also included. Special attention is paid to celiacs, with a separate kitchen station for preparation. EXCELLENT!!! Renzo & Miriam Rubino THANK YOU!

12/04/2026: Excellent restaurant just a few kilometers from Saturnia. Delicious crostini with liver parmigiano and mouth-watering tripe. Very friendly staff and fair prices. Recommended.

01/05/2026: An excellent experience at Il Bongusto La Maremma Restaurant. The appetizer was truly delightful, featuring a quality Black Angus carpaccio, well-prepared and flavorful. The first courses were the highlights: tagliatelle with a rich and flavorful wild boar ragù, and pici with sausage, cavolo nero, and truffle, simply excellent, with well-balanced flavors. A recommended place for those seeking authentic and refined Maremma cuisine.

28/04/2026: My husband, sister and her boyfriend enjoyed an absolutely amazing dinner here. The waiter Byron was incredible. Everything was delicious, my husband got the filet with green peppercorn sauce…out of this world. Highly recommend and super easy to reserve

05/04/2026: The tuna spaghetti with pistachio pesto is truly unique. For a few euros more, you can get a larger portion, especially if you're coming from the GTE area. The place has a unique decor and the young staff makes you feel at home. Dragon balls are scattered throughout the decor. 😂

22/12/2025: A truly lovely lunch at Osteria Locanda Cecconi. The tuna tartare was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The service was very attentive, and we received a warm welcome, even with children. We'd love to come back!

25/04/2026: Most wonderful coffee shop. Visited whilst staying with family nearby. If I lived in Italy I would be here every day. The best in Prato. My English was limited but the staff were so kind and helpful. I have no words to describe how amazing those pastries and coffee tasted. 🇮🇹❤️

18/03/2026: The atmosphere is lovely, bright, clean, and welcoming. The food is truly excellent. The portions are huge. The kindness of the owner/waitress is an added bonus. Her husband, the chef, prepares excellent dishes. They took over the place in 2024 and are doing a great job. The prices are average, actually a little lower because the portions are really large. Go, you'll be satisfied, just like we were.

28/03/2026: Wonderful evening! The place was warm and welcoming, and the staff was truly kind and efficient! The young lady who welcomed us (we thought she was the owner) was incredibly kind and friendly! We found out about them through a Wonderbox! A unique experience... Prosecco to welcome us... a true Bavarian beer hall, with excellent food and beer! Five stars more than deserved!

From the very beginning, the tone of the conversation was unprofessional: instead of simply offering his availability or otherwise, he began to lecture me, emphasizing his status and asking for an introduction from me before deciding whether to collaborate. In my opinion, this is not appropriate behavior. A professional should respond clearly, politely, and directly, accepting or declining with grace, especially considering that the request was driven by the client's needs and not superficiality. Furthermore, he misinterpreted the situation, as if he were considered a "second choice," without truly understanding the context. In any case, when a client is willing to pay, the focus should be on offering quality service or declining respectfully, without presumptuous attitudes. Overall, an underwhelming experience in terms of professionalism.

04/05/2026: This is my second time here, and the place is lovely, with a beautiful, clean atmosphere. The food is simple, but traditional Tuscan. Excellent prosciutto. I also tried the cheeses. I highly recommend it, and the pizzas looked good, too. I'll have to come back and try them. If you're in the area, stop by.

02/05/2026: Excellent traditional Tuscan cuisine in an intimate and welcoming setting overlooking the hills. The handmade pici and Florentine steak are spectacular, and the service is impeccable. A must-visit if you're in Montalcino.
