26/01/2025: Historic bar in the center of Quarrata. Rice pudding absolutely worth trying as well as the rest of their offer, all of excellent quality. I also want to underline that they have contained the increase in prices despite the period. If you are in the area I highly recommend it!

28/04/2025: Locale particolare ed arredato con grande personalità, senza dimenticare comfort e funzionalità: piacevolissimo. Menu interessante anche per la particolarità degli ingredienti, con un accento sui prodotti della stagione e del territorio e completato da un discreto numero di piatti del giorno basati su ingredienti decisamente non comuni (la sera della mia visita venivano proposti, tra gli altri, il lupacante di Orbetello e gli sconcigli). La scelta risulta ampia, sia di terra che di mare. Disponibili anche soluzioni per i celiaci. Cucina ottima, giustamente all’altezza degli ingredienti. Porzioni assolutamente non risicate, secondo una giusta logica per cui se una cosa è buona non è bello limitarsi ad un assaggio. Conto più che corretto, specialmente considerando la qualità e la cura delle proposte. Consigliatissimo.

26/04/2025: Lovely place, dishes with quality raw materials. Organic and 0 km products. For me, who am intolerant to dairy products and vegan, they adapted some dishes. The other diners were also fully satisfied. They are also available with children, they have dishes dedicated to them and games to keep them from getting bored. The bread basket is delicious and varied, the cocktails and bitters are also very good. An animal lover, I was very happy to be welcomed by their wonderful dogs. A more than positive mention for the sponge towel in the bathroom to dry your hands instead of the usual disposable paper, attention to the environment is very important nowadays. Well done.

24/05/2025: What can I say....I celebrated my wedding anniversary in the splendid recently renovated venue, truly tastefully done.....A wonderful location with a stunning view of the sea....My wife and I ate really well, the spaghetti allo scoglio were delicious....The cacciucco was excellent as was the very light fried squid....Then the "Messi" dessert...a true masterpiece....Impeccable service....I must say that Mirco and his staff are always up to the task.....As they say in Livorno, truly great stuff....I absolutely recommend it.....

28/05/2025: We reserved a table at Enoteca Pinchiorri for my husband's birthday. We were picked up by a taxi and shown to our table. On the way, we were greeted by what felt like 20 people. That was a bit excessive. Then a champagne aperitif was recommended. It was very good and reasonably priced. After that, the menu was presented. We opted for the Expression menu. Every course was delicious and a feast for the eyes... only the sea urchin course was simply not our taste. The service was perfect and unobtrusive. Now I would like to report on something that I personally found outrageous and something I have never experienced in any other 3-star restaurant. After we had chosen the menu, I asked for a wine pairing. I was offered either a pairing of French wines (3 small glasses for €450), Italian wines (3 small glasses for €480), or 3 glasses of top international wines with no price given. €150 per glass for three average wines is unjustified and I find it a disgrace. I wasn't offered any other alternative, although I later researched online that they also offered a wine pairing package with four wines, mineral water, and coffee, as a gift for €190.00. For me, this leaves a bitter aftertaste after an otherwise very successful evening.

23/05/2025: Déçus par une cuisine peu inventive. Habitués des trois macarons Michelin, nous en sommes très loin ici. Un bon commencement pourtant avec un homard savoureux et des asperges au caviar très originales. La suite est restée moyenne. Tout est bien préparé et les produits de base très bien choisis et reconnaissables dans les recettes, mais tout cela sans génie. Une grosse déception pour nous. Personnel charmant qui fait l'effort de parler français. Une mauvaise surprise à l'entrée du restaurant où une tenue correcte est exigée, ce qui est la moindre des choses. Mon mari en chemisette de qualité s'est vu contraint d'enfiler son pull alors qu'un client est entré en veste de Jean. Attention à ne pas devenir les talibans du dress code, ce serait vite ridicule. Ne parlons pas du rapport qualité prix, nous avons l'habitude des établissements triplement étoilés, et il est normal de payer cher une prestation exceptionnelle, mais là nous sommes très loin d'un trois étoiles français. Belle carte des vins, c'est presque un livre. Là encore tout est trop cher. Une expérience décevante pour ce restaurant florentin.

14/05/2025: An excellent local dining establishment. They have the usual Italian sandwiches in the deli case and a small selection of hot dishes. We had three different pastas that were excellent and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff too.

13/10/2024: We were welcomed by a very pleasant person. The quality cuisine is homemade. Beer is also brewed in house. The terrace on the Place du XX Septembre is typical and simply makes you want to come back. Don't hesitate if you pass by.

13/10/2024: Ultimo giorno di vacanza. Ultima tappa prima di mettersi in strada Volterra, già visitata in passato ma in una brutta giornata. Arrivati quasi a mezzogiorno la fame si è fatta sentire e abbiamo cercato subito un posto che ispirava. Un po’ fuori dal centro, ma neppure tanto, abbiamo letto il menù di questo locale e siamo entrati. Bel posticino tranquillo e pulito, servizio sufficientemente rapido. Una pasta tipica del locale e un piatto di pici e come al solito tagliere di affettati per chiudere. Al posto del vino ovviamente due ottime birrette

01/05/2025: Nos sentamos al aire libre y es bastante poco inspirador por la noche, ya que el área al aire libre está bloqueada por edificios altos y setos, y te sientas debajo de algunos toldos bastante sabrosos. El personal era razonablemente amable, pero alguien que debe haber sido el personal o la familia, se sentó cerca mirando o mejor dicho escuchando algunos medios muy fuertes en su teléfono móvil. Y que claramente no querían hablar con los clientes. El personal vio que esto no era muy profesional y fue persuadido a rechazarlo. La comida era buena, si no excepcional. De tres noches en Lucca, tuvimos dos excepcionales y esta. Por el dinero, mucho mejor tenerlo en otro lado.

28/04/2025: Visitamos All ‘Olivo y no nos decepcionó. El restaurante tiene servicio exterior e interior. En todas partes el ambiente es muy agradable. En el interior, hay una sensación de sala de estar que se ve aumentada por un bajo nivel de ruido en el restaurante, lo que le da una exclusividad que solo se encuentra en raras ocasiones. La comida es exquisita. The Amuse - bouches son siempre diferentes y realmente deliciosos; una vez un pequeño trozo de ternera y puré de patatas y una deliciosa salsa, otra vez un mejillón relleno de carne y con aceite de oliva. La tarjeta de menú contiene platos tradicionales de Lucchese y más platos internacionales. El cordero es inolvidable y del mismo modo el pato. La carta de vinos es extensa y abarca la mayor parte de Italia y el extranjero. El servicio es profesional y amable. Recomendamos encarecidamente All’ Olivo – es verdaderamente un restaurante de primera clase.
