23/08/2025: We were at Malga Peniola a week ago, the road to get there is short but narrow and with many curves, once you arrive the view and the place are enchanting, the malga is small and I recommend booking, the staff is very kind and pleasant, the service is fast and the food is delicious, we ate venison chops with polenta, pasta with puzzone and speck, pork ribs with potatoes and polenta with cheese fondue, abundant and tasty dishes price in the average of the area we will gladly return

31/07/2025: The croissants are fabulous. I'm updating my review to say that even after returning here in the summer for years, it's still a great bar, always better, impeccable, and the staff is always courteous.

21/07/2025: Excellent! Both the granitas and gelato are excellent, and the cups are amazing, especially the jumbo. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is fast! Kudos to you for the quality. You can see the jumbo cup in the video, but trust me, it doesn't do it justice. The only small flaw is that the place is a bit noisy inside, between the tables.

26/07/2025: Very nice and welcoming location, fresh and quality food, kind and professional staff, finally clean toilets. The only flaw is the inconvenience even for the disabled, going up and down the many stairs.

25/07/2025: A little gem in the heart of La Spezia We discovered this café in the center of La Spezia because it was close to our vacation apartment, and we were pleasantly surprised. It's a small but cozy place, run by two very kind ladies who make you feel right at home. The coffee is excellent, the cappuccino perfectly creamy, and the croissants are fresh and truly delicious. A perfect place to start the day with a smile. It will be a regular stop when we return to La Spezia!

17/07/2025: The outdoor space is beautiful. We sat indoors with the AC and were happy for it. The decor is a bit hodge lodge, and I wouldn’t recommend the place based on the inside ambience- BUT- who cares? It was a good temperature, not too noisy, and both the service and the food were great. I would recommend any go. And great value for the money. My family of four loved everything we got (except the house red wine- next time, we’ll just buy a bottle). The mixed antipasti- so good! The stuffed pasta in a ragu- we had to order a second- the simple grilled steak- tender and flavourful. The contient- spinach and potatoes- yep, perfect. The chicken? Exceeded our expectations. We were too full for dessert but I bet they’re all authentic and tasty and not too heavy, either. (Oh, one last thing, the olive oil they brought to the table was also very good quality and so tasty)

16/07/2025: Wonderful; memorable pasta dishes there include spaghetti à la vongole, and a seafood carbonara; the place is pretty, be it the courtyard or inside and it is above all both refined and laid back - a balance that us no mean feat.

07/08/2025: The place is a bit small, seating for about forty people at most. And unfortunately, no air conditioning. But otherwise, everything was great. A classic Florentine osteria, run by a friendly host who goes out of his way to please you and make you feel comfortable. The dishes are excellent; we had roast beef and some pasta dishes, and everything was to our liking. The prices are fair, in proportion to the quality. The quantities are good. Well done... just a curiosity... but who's the deaf guy? Because the host could hear us perfectly well...

25/07/2025: After an extremely satisfying first experience, I returned for lunch and can confirm my high level of appreciation for the food, service, and atmosphere. Each dish is a journey through the most authentic and healthy flavors and fills you with emotion. The ingredients are of the highest quality, the pairings are perfect, and everything contributes to making Mutty's dishes nourishment for body and soul. The price is very fair.

24/07/2025: We stopped by Sa di Tappo somewhat by chance, as it's close to where I'm temporarily staying. What a wonderful and unexpected discovery! We ate and drank very well, and the owners treated us like friends. The place is also delicious! Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!

06/07/2025: Unfortunately I can't know if it was good. I called to reserve two seats on Saturday evening, the lady who answered the phone with a laconic 'hello' (without even saying the name of the place) first told me no then called me back to tell me that there were two seats. happy I told him we were coming but when I said I had two dogs he suddenly told me he could only put me outside. I said yes but when I arrived, having never been there, I found myself on two high stools and a barrel as a table (nice if you didn't have two dogs that on the stool is not the best). on the sidewalk practically on the road (I thought there was a veranda). at that point my wife said we were leaving because we didn't want to eat in the middle of the smog, the answer was goodbye without even looking at us. (I would like to point out that there were three free tables inside and they didn't seem to be booked) 1 if he didn't want us he could have avoided making us get there (clearly he didn't want dogs, it was enough to say so on the phone) 2 I think that a person with such empathy perhaps shouldn't do this job. I'm sorry because making a criticism is never pleasant, the place seemed nice but this attitude is really ugly and senseless. of course we won't return and we don't recommend it.

30/07/2025: A real gem away from the crowds. Refined local cuisine, an excellent wine list, and a very warm welcome. This cozy and authentic place enchanted us.

20/08/2025: A very nice restaurant-restaurant, with an outdoor veranda and very clean and well-kept rooms. There's customer parking. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is quick even when the place is busy. The dishes and pizzas are very good. Excellent wine selection. We had fish and panelli, both very good. The prices are reasonable for the quality and service. The only drawback might be the location on the road, but it doesn't impact the service or quality in the slightest.

13/08/2025: Very nice hotel, great restaurant and full breakfast with a prompt and friendly shuttle to the airport... the staff are great

11/08/2025: A good seafood restaurant with generous and, above all, well-cooked dishes. A varied menu featuring classics and a few new dishes. I would recommend making the fried fish a little crispier. The place is welcoming and very clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the prices are fair.

05/08/2025: "Da Jair" is funny, but for many new diners, it's just a traditional seafood restaurant. The reality is that there's an exceptional cultural and gastronomic legacy here, first with Jair, to whom painters dedicated paintings and poets recited poems in his name. Today, Ettore carries on all this with respect and attention to reform. I just went to get some creamy scampi risotto to go. While I was eating it, my heart skipped a beat, like watching a movie about your life, a flavor that transcends tradition, history, and gastronomy. Jair is a slice of life for all of us citizens of Fiumicino, and obviously a rewarding experience with a thousand thoughtful touches for those trying it for the first time. Thank you, Ettore, thank you, Jair.
