21/02/2026: This isn't the first time I've had lunch or dinner at this restaurant, and it's always a pleasure to return. For the courtesy and kindness of the owner and all the staff. For the quality and variety of the menu. For the warm and welcoming location. What can I say? It's a top-notch experience.

06/01/2026: This restaurant is located just steps from Gambarie's main square. The atmosphere is very quaint and welcoming on cold or snowy days, thanks also to the fireplace. Excellent selection of wines and delicious dishes, from appetizers to dessert. Recommended!

22/03/2026: I visit Polignano a Mare several times every year and always visit CRU, owned by the same people who run Osteria di Chichibio. The food and decor are, as always, top-notch. From details like the lamps and cutlery to my favorite fluted glasses. Unfortunately, on my last visit, there was no one at the entrance. An older gentleman (presumably the chef) came out, being rather curt and rude. He quickly offered me a table and left. The bad taste remained, as I'd brought someone very close to me, and from the moment I entered, my enthusiasm plummeted. We expected the kind of hospitality I return to every year, but in this case, the hospitality that Massimiliano and Vittoria possess was lacking.

22/03/2026: What can I say... my favorite brewery. A huge selection of beers in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I go there so often that I now feel almost at home. Highly recommended!

08/03/2026: Stayed with family over the weekend of March 6-8. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming: the common areas were just a bit "lived in," yet well-maintained and clean. The room was cozy and spacious: a comfortable bed, an excellent and manageable temperature, and amenities beyond our expectations. The location was perfect: right on the edge of the pedestrian area. The restaurant is fantastic, and after our first dinner, we never changed because of the authentic and balanced flavor (tagliatelle with meat sauce, ossobuco with polenta, a welcome appetizer, and complimentary limoncello). It's clear that the entire team has put a lot of care, professionalism, and grace into everything. Excellent value. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of dried fruit and cereals, and on Sundays, cakes galore. You can tell when someone loves their job. If I were to return to Varese 100 times, I'd always stay at the Hotel Bologna.

23/03/2026: I had an excellent coffee at this downtown roastery: it was full-bodied and smooth. The service was very fast despite the crowds. I'd go back, and I'm also curious to buy a few blends to try at home.
