03/09/2025: The bread, the culatello, and the Joseph wine from Hofstatter were excellent, all not made by them!!!!! ... the stew had the scallop with an old taste, the vertical trio had the salmon inedible, even the presentation was sad and dull, but above all the insecurity of eating raw fish of dubious origin and quality... the tagliolini with bottarga, lobster, nduja (which could not be removed because it was already in the sauce???!!!!) It tasted of fish glutamate powder and butter... the fillet al porto was not fillet... anyway, tough and flavorless meat! I recommend simpler and more honest cuisine... We won't be back and I don't recommend it as soon as I walked in I could smell the canteen smell!!!! The list of restaurants with an artificial idea of ​​​​cuisine is growing!

13/08/2025: Excellent, high-quality food. Generous portions. The waiter and the owner are really friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the area is undergoing renovations, so I added 4 stars for the ambiance. Eating outside, let's say, isn't the best view. Even if you're passing by, you might not be tempted... trust me. Sit down and eat, great prices and great food. A fruit salad for €1. How long have you seen that? An appetizer for two, two first courses, five arrosticini, two fruit salads, water, and wine: €40.

Together with my family, we found ourselves immersed in an authentic, warm and welcoming atmosphere, where every detail seemed designed to make us feel at home... but with something more: respect for tradition, love for cooking and a professionalism that is rarely encountered. As soon as we crossed the threshold, we were greeted by an impeccable staff: discreet, kind, present without ever being intrusive. A composure and care for the guest that struck us right away and that accompanied our entire stay, making it harmonious and relaxing. And then the food... how wonderful. Each dish told a story: that of their land, generous and full of authentic flavors. From the rich and fragrant appetizers, to the expertly prepared second courses, up to the desserts that left a smile on our lips... each bite was a little journey into this wonderful land rich in flavors and tradition. It is rare to find a place where the quality of the cuisine marries so well with the soul of the service and the beauty of the atmosphere. This restaurant gave us a precious moment, made of taste, human warmth and true tradition. We will return, without a doubt.

25/07/2025: Since it's impossible to give less than one star, I'm giving it one star. I've never received worse treatment. In Altamura, there are much, much, much better options.

08/08/2025: We had an amazing experience. Specially the wine even as non wine drinker blowed my mind. Local food and excellent deserts. Everything turned out perfectly. 5* all the way.

02/08/2025: A family style restaurant with a real character of a owner. The food was amazing. I absolutely loved the seafood risotto, could have eaten another plate. The beef with Parmesan was also really tasty. There was a bit of waiting for the food to arrive, but the taste made up for it. The ambience was good.
