05/07/2025: Sunday lunch after a stay in Borgo San Lorenzo and returning to Bologna. Excellent cuisine. Excellent service, attentive and fast considering that they arrived at 1:00 pm and it was completely full. I recommend booking a day in advance as we did. Excellent fish cooked with mastery. Very scenic dishes. Everything perfect and, considering that it can be reached in less than an hour from Bologna, we will definitely return.

04/07/2025: Acquacheta never disappoints! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and very attentive to the customer, impeccable cuisine except for one flaw: the spaghetti allo scoglio is a nine, and not a ten, for the amount of excess oil. (Review imported from Tripadvisor on 05.2015)

06/06/2025: We are loyal customers. We often have breakfast at Insolito: delicious desserts, kind and cheerful staff and an extra touch that for us, parents of 3 twins, means a lot... This is one of the very few places where the bathroom is equipped with everything needed for the little ones: changing table, diaper pail and a convenient cabinet stocked with a variety of diapers and onesies for emergency changes of the little ones. I recommend it to all families with children, you can enjoy a coffee with all the comforts for your little ones!

04/07/2025: Nice place, very good food. They only do pizza for lunch on Wednesday and Friday, I have to go back to try it. Looking at the photos, they look great. Interesting selection of draft beers. I came back today, I tried the hamburger, a disappointment.

Consiglio di farsi consigliare dai pasticceri per le torte che ordinando per tempo verranno fatte su misura per voi. Consiglio la Paris-Brest ma anche la millefoglie, diplomatica e tutti i lievitati. Unica pecca è la location, da svecchiare, e la poca innovazione (anche se non compromette l’ottima qualità)

13/06/2025: What can I say, it was a real disappointment! It may have been the high expectations that were mentioned in the lonely planet guide but it was a disappointing experience. The place was always full (characteristic but where you have to go down a ladder and change the air with fans, however it wasn't hot-June), we tried three times and we managed to eat only by booking a day in advance, but this can be normal, and it promised well. The service was polite but detached, hasty and unclear: basically the request for advice or information was not useful, so we threw ourselves on a classic "Paranza" and house white wine, or rather "frittura di paranza e calamari" with the idea that if you like it you get something else, I was curious about the gnocchi allo stoccafisso but I didn't understand what the waiter was telling me (maybe it depends on whether you like it). "Supermarket" bread (sliced ​​in a rather bulky paper bag on the table), good house wine but served covered with dark bottle-covering bags to keep the cold that I have never tolerated. Fried, I would say mostly calamari, the little fish present seemed fresh and good, overall however, compared to the average, it leaves a greasy sensation that is not pleasant on the palate. While we were eating, the waiter put two napkins on the table for us to clean our hands and we wondered if it was an invitation to finish or a kindness done at the wrong time: usually it is brought at the end of the course or at the end of the meal with the bill. In short, for a fish "osteria" in a seaside place it seems to me that its "vocation" is not yet clear, it is excellent to have a limited number of courses to guarantee quality but service (3 euros), quality and information must then be consistent: the note at the end of the menu on the possible use of frozen products in the absence of fresh products is very bad, better simply not to propose it when there are no fresh products. At first sight, the appetizers/dishes that passed did not inspire or attract us. Not convinced or satisfied, we did not order anything else (about 60 euros in all): I repeat, judgment of a single experience but I cannot recommend it. Thanks anyway: the reservation by email was kind, quick and convenient.

08/06/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant in Sirolo. Excellent fish soup. Fast and professional service. Good value for money. I would have given 5 stars if the restaurant had outside tables.

08/06/2025: Family-run restaurant, particular environments inside, and also outside, with large round tables under a large pergola. Interesting dishes offered, including the fried "pessetti" (fry) increasingly difficult to find, which I tried and was excellent and abundant. The service of the staff, friendly, fast and cordial and the price average, given the fairly sophisticated menu. I will have to return to try other interesting dishes on the menu 👍well done 👏, I recommend booking.

18/04/2025: They have been open since 1960. In a tiny place they only make pizzas with very simple and traditional recipes. Perhaps this is the key to success. On busy days there is a queue outside. People who come from outside on purpose. A true institution in Porto Empedocle. Try both specialties, the margherita and the one with sardines. Very good. Fast and friendly staff. A must of Argentine street food. Recommended.
