This fraschetta, located in an old building directly opposite the access bridge to the Odescalchi Castle, offers an authentic fraschetta experience. It operates both as a take-out butcher shop and as a family-run restaurant with dine-in service. Immaculately clean and simple, it offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is traditional and varied, authentic, and mostly home-made. The porchetta is excellent, available in standard or reworked versions. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, despite the high attendance. The atmosphere is welcoming and absolutely informal. Excellent value for money.

Very kind and helpful workers, and amazing pulled pork sandwich for only 5€! Got the sandwich to-go and sat at the park across the street, perfect quick lunch!!!

A true discovery of flavors. Tomato brischetta... with unique flavors, as well as with ciauscolo. Then a pulled pork and provola sandwich, and a ciauscolo and potato sandwich... Super-affordable price and friendly, attentive service. And right in the center.

17/11/2025: I've been there several times with friends and haven't had a bad experience. I've always felt a certain coldness in the service and management. The space is nice both inside and out, but it lacks that warmth that definitely makes the difference!
