We stopped for lunch after visiting the castle.
We ate outside.

Spectacular porchetta!!!! We tried both the classic one and the one with ragù sauce. The classic one had a crust that rang, and the one with ragù tasted really good. Highly recommended!!!!

Spartan atmosphere, I gave 5 stars because the place, although small in the public area, seems clean and tidy. I bought the porchetta sandwich for 5 euros, 7 euros if you want to add a side dish. The porchetta is good. I only gave 4 stars for the food because I promised myself I would return and sit at the table to try their dishes. The porchetta is guaranteed.

On a pleasure trip, we had lunch at this fraschetta, renowned for its porchetta and traditional Roman food. The informal setting and perfect atmosphere complemented our meal. The appetizers and bread were excellent, and the baked porchetta pasta was fantastic. Very good.

This fraschetta, located in an old building directly opposite the access bridge to the Odescalchi Castle, offers an authentic fraschetta experience.
It operates both as a take-out butcher shop and as a family-run restaurant with dine-in service. Immaculately clean and simple, it offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is traditional and varied, authentic, and mostly home-made. The porchetta is excellent, available in standard or reworked versions.
The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, despite the high attendance. The atmosphere is welcoming and absolutely informal.
Excellent value for money.
