A constant stop for several years

Every year when I pass through Palermo, I go to eat at this typical restaurant. Besides enjoying truly delicious local specialties, I always love coming back because the owner and staff are welcoming and very kind. 5 stars plus! P.S. We're the ones who come with our neighbors from the north!

I came here after watching a YouTube video and was enjoying my Kaldume and Stijuwala when the person in charge of the grill suddenly asked, "Coreano?" and coolly gave me a complimentary plate. After finishing my meal and going outside to wait for the bus, they came over and even caught a bus trying to leave from the opposite side. The food was so delicious and the staff were all so kind. I was stuffed to the point of bursting, but now I regret not taking a leap of faith and ordering just one more Panicameusa to pack up.

The most impactful meal during my two-week trip to Sicily. Unbelievable value for money and taste. It’s a shame I could only go once during the trip. I kept thinking about caldume and sticchiola throughout the trip, but perhaps because they are Palermo dishes, it was impossible to find them anywhere else. Still, I packed up a lot of caldume to eat the next morning to make hangover offal ramen, and it was truly delicious. Ah... I wonder if I’ll ever get to eat this again in my life... I’m already feeling sad. If you are a Korean who likes offal, you absolutely must go. Thanks, Meat-lover.

Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent. It could use more space. Go and try the ancient Palermitan dishes and you will definitely return.

Everything you want in well-made Palermo food. From spleen sandwiches to quarume, musso, calagno, etc. Sandwiches with panelle and croquettes, etc. All delicious.

Friendly staff. Excellent street food served in a clean place. Very fast service. Recommended!

They are very cheerful and kind. I apologized because I don't know Italian, but they were able to order without any problems with their signature gestures. I ate until I was about to burst, and the value for money is no joke. I was disappointed with the tourist food at other restaurants in Palermo, but I healed myself here. I rented a car to travel, but if you can travel by bus, definitely do it. If I had known earlier, I think I would have taken a taxi as well. It's so refreshing...ㅋㅋㅋ The tender and juicy offal stew... Ah... and the offal burger is so delicious ㅋ. Add lemon and sprinkle some pepper on it. Ah... I want to eat it again
