I wanted to try stigghiole the day before at the Ballarò market, but I found them here before leaving Palermo. I'm glad I ate theirs, as well as panelle and crocchè, caponata, and fried eggplant. All at a very fair price.

My absolute favourite spot to have traditional and most importantly delicious Sicilian food. Comfort food at its best. The staff are hilarious and an absolute blast. I can’t get enough of this place. Will dine here any opportunity I get!

It's amazing! If you like offal and are in Palermo, you absolutely must visit this place. I recommend it to everyone, the simple, very good food: spleen in a roll, intestines, and meat. Everything you want in well-made Palermo food. From spleen sandwiches to quarume, musso, calagno, etc. Sandwiches with panelle and croquettes, etc. All delicious.

Every year when I pass through Palermo, I go to eat at this typical restaurant. Besides enjoying truly delicious local specialties, I always love coming back because the owner and staff are welcoming and very kind. 5 stars plus! P.S. We're the ones who come with our neighbors from the north!
