13/05/2026: A truly delightful place with a sea-view terrace and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The waitress was very kind and attentive. The seafood dishes were truly excellent, carefully prepared, and with unusual options. A very enjoyable dinner in every way, which I highly recommend!

03/06/2026: I've been here for a beer several times, but I often don't receive friendly treatment. In the smaller area near the bathroom, the staff is often uninterested and rude. Not to mention the general condition of the place: alcohol on the floor, feet rubbing up in dirty stuff. It's also the fault of the rude people who frequent the place. The bathroom conditions are generally unhygienic. The kitchen often runs out of food, like the Thursday wings, and seating is rare.

09/05/2026: A restaurant located right on the seafront, with an idyllic setting and a large terrace. The welcome was pleasant and the menu varied, mainly featuring seafood. However, I found the prices relatively high compared to the portion sizes. I ordered a first and a second course. When the first course arrived, I stared at it for a long time because the portion was so small: just a few spaghetti strands. I thought the second course would be better, but it wasn't: three small octopus tentacles with mashed potatoes. I was disappointed by the quantity and the value for money. You're clearly paying for the view and the setting, but not really for the food.

03/03/2026: Beautiful atmosphere with lighting. Service was excellent and we had much attention from our server and assistants. . The food was excellent . The restaurant sent us an appertivo platter gratis with multiple small bites- bruschetta, liver pate etc all delicious.

26/04/2026: Rather than having a star rating, it should be protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The food was excellent, the restaurant was very elegant and well-kept, the service staff were extremely efficient, and the price/portion ratio was excellent, which is not to be underestimated these days. Always recommend generous portions, I'll keep an eye on you ;-) Thank you, and keep up the good work.

11/05/2026: Honorable mention goes to the risotto. Amazing. The rest of the dinner was pretty average by comparison. Considering the elegance of the room with its beautiful round tables, it was a shame to dine at a tiny square table with one side propped up against a divider, which didn't even allow for freedom of movement.

08/05/2026: Disappointing experience, an hour and a half wait for a carpaccio and two slices of bread with anchovies. Staff unprepared for requests for vegetables or side dishes. The quality of the dishes served was appreciated, but the service needs improvement.

24/04/2026: Anyone visiting Pistoia should definitely go to La Cantinetta. Everything is perfect: a beautifully curated food and wine list, a cozy atmosphere, and, most importantly, impeccable service. The friendliness and expertise are second to none. The same goes for the food: the risotto was perfect, the filetta di manzo outstanding, and the pizza was also very good. We ate there three times, and it was always incredibly delicious. The value for money is excellent. Many thanks to the staff who made this possible and gave us three wonderful evenings!

01/06/2026: Despite my efforts because I love the garden, it's been years since I've been able to give this place, both a bar and a restaurant, more than one star. The restaurant has ambitions and pretensions; it aims to be positioned in the mid- to high-end segment thanks to the beauty of its garden, the well-kept interiors, the table settings, and the refined cuisine. But the service is completely subpar, and overall, the prices aren't justified. A full meal with a bottle of wine for four people costs around €80-100. The portions are very small, and the food is nothing special. The service, which is the real flaw, was insistent all evening. The waitress or the head waiter kept checking on the table, clearing away one by one without waiting for everyone to finish. While the last guest was still finishing his main course, all alone, the waitress asked us if we wanted dessert. Rather than point out the gross disrespect, to please her and get her out of the way, we had her bring the dessert menu, but after two minutes she returned to take our orders. When she didn't get a prompt response, she sent the head waiter to pressure us again. In the end, wanting to be in line with their demands, it must be said that the famous desserts were served without dessert spoons. None of us will return, and it's no surprise that the place, despite its beauty, was practically empty on a Friday night. Bar – fine for a coffee or a quick drink, not for an aperitif. While the cocktails are quite well-made, a mini bowl of '80s peanuts and a bowl of chips for four people are ridiculous, better off with nothing. Here too, the service was pushy. We're not: we're here to relax and spend a nice evening with friends, not to drink and eat with a funnel, pay, and leave.

11/05/2026: We've been eating here at least once a year since 2015. The food has always been delicious and the staff very friendly. The bread has always been fresh, too.

07/04/2026: Overall, one of the best restaurants in the area. From appetizers to main courses, side dishes, and desserts, everything is balanced to perfection. The plating is also beautiful. Definitely recommended, whether you're looking for an alternative to Tuscan cuisine or simply want to go somewhere different.

06/06/2026: Terrible restaurant, you have to wait at least 2 hours to eat, they only have one waitress, it's hopeless to stay there

01/06/2026: Terrible experience last night at this restaurant. After almost two hours of waiting, we were served obscene food!! The tordelli ragù was obscene, not to mention the paccheri with baby octopus!! The quality was terrible, the bill was high!! And on top of all this, the owner shamelessly discounted our bill by 9 euros!!!

21/03/2026: They're not answering the phone. We tried calling from 6 PM to 9 PM, and there was no answer. But what if someone wanted to make a reservation?
