11/03/2024: ottimo ristorante in un periodo di poca affluenza si godono anche di più. Ottimo servizio, appetizer modesti ma buon pane servito caldo. ottima la cantina, mare caldo perfetto, spaghetti peperoni e ostriche magnifici, unico rilievo il filetto di agnello stupendamente guarnito ma ahimé totalmente insapore. Dolci nel complesso poco creativi rispetto alla filosofia del ristorante anche se di buona materia prima.

Nice atmosphere but a little cramped
and noisy, I recommend sound-absorbing ceiling panels.
30/03/2024: Very nice and welcoming restaurant, the owner Raffaele is always attentive and takes care of all the tables with love, the very trained and professional waiters make you feel at ease. What can I say about cooking, you have to try one dish that is better than the other.

Very welcoming and warm location.. Attentive waiters even if a little hasty...and dishes done as they should...simple but with attention to the smallest details..
Thank you for this culinary experience.. we will be back soon!

01/03/2024: Locale che conosciamo da tantissimo tempo e continua nel dare soddisfazione al palato. Non abbiate fretta....il servizio è rilassato, ma forse è giusto così...il cibo si gusta con calma. Piatti interessanti e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

24/01/2024: ...I found myself in Castelnuovo Garfagnana almost by chance twice in a month and I had dinner both times in this lovely restaurant. Well-studied menu, very good quality food, excellent cellar, nice and friendly owner, clean and quiet environment. Right quality/price ratio.
If I end up in those parts again... I will definitely go back.
I highly recommend.

07/04/2024: We stopped for breakfast and there are really a lot of choice of desserts and croissants. The service leaves something to be desired. The person who served us didn't tell us the tastes of the desserts.
01/04/2024: We should have had doubts right away! We ask for the card to order a drink and the waiter says it isn't there. Let's order anyway! I take an Irish coffee and the surprise is rather unpleasant: 15 euros. No accompanying biscuits or similar! I really found it a bit too excessive in terms of service and bill. Learn to be wary as soon as something doesn't add up...

02/04/2024: Restaurant located a few steps from the seafront, the internal environment is on two floors, well furnished with toilets in good condition. The menu offers fish and meat dishes and also pizzas. I had a grilled fish which however was poor, the waiting times are fair, the staff was a little nervous, the food is good but the portions are a little small compared to the price, the wine is still good. For payment they also make separate accounts and also accept credit cards.

14/01/2024: Davide is perhaps the most expert barman in Viareggio. It renews original cocktails seasonally and has an excellent range of wines and beers. Small and informal environment. If it were possible to fix the historic Viareggio market it overlooks, it would be the perfect location to relax with friends. In the we there is often live music outdoors. For food there are tapas but you can always have food brought to you by others for those aperitifs that become dinner and after dinner.

17/09/2023: Enjoyed a lovely dinner, and they helpfully accommodated my shellfish allergy at the last minute. My husband who "couldn't eat another bite" was very happy I ordered the chocolate dessert, a perfect way to end the meal. Friendly & attentive service.

26/11/2023: Bel ristorante in zona duomo a Lucca, lontano dal circuito turistico. Menu con limitato numero di proposte anche perché tutto è preparato al momento, con tempi di attesa proporzionati. Nel coperto sono compresi il calice di benvenuto con relativo piccolo assaggio. Molto valida e varia la proposta dei pani di vario tipo. Buona carta dei vini con etichette di cantine di nicchia, non solo locali.

01/04/2024: Easter Monday with the family unfortunately in the rain but thanks to lunch at the Clara restaurant everything went well thanks to the exceptional fish dishes. The wines and especially the desserts are excellent.
11/03/2024: Il personale veramente gentile ma…MAI MANGIATO COSÌ MALE IN TUTTA LA MIA VITA! Una pepata di cozze secche e asciutte con 20 cozze contate 16 euro! Una Catalana con 4/5 gamberi e 3/4 scampi 35 euro e una “linguina alla versiliese” 16 euro con del pesce tritato non meglio identificato, anzi con un odore sgradevole che ricorda le vongole in barattolo del supermercato…
Quindi evitatelo che è meglio
