15/07/2025: Posto bellissimo Cinque stelle, del cibo molto buono e anche il bere. Siamo andati via in fretta, non perché ci fosse qualcosa che non andava, ma soltanto perché i nostri cani piangevano. Bravissimi 🤩😊

19/06/2025: Restaurant atypique à découvrir avec une très bonne qualité de plats typiques toscans mais aussi d’autres régions italiennes . La patronne très accueillante et jonglant aussi bien avec l’italien que l allemand ou le français , il n’y avait pas d’anglais ce soir là … Le service est impeccable . Je recommande avec une mention particulière pour une belle découverte vinicole au travers d’un rosé d’un producteur local ( Scarlino) Le Carpiana .

10/08/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect pasta & authentic flavor – completely unfairly negative! Before eating here, I read some of the negative reviews – and honestly, I can't relate to them at all. From appetizer to dessert, every dish was a delight! The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauces intense and full of character – you can immediately taste the fresh ingredients and love that go into the cooking. The tagliatelle with truffle and the carbonara were particularly tasty highlights. The black ravioli with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and olives were also simply fantastic! The portions are generous, and the presentation in small copper pots makes the whole thing even more charming. And the desserts are a must, too – whether it's tiramisu with fresh strawberry sauce or the classic pastry dusted with powdered sugar. The service was friendly and attentive, without any rush – you have time to enjoy. For me, this is an authentic piece of Italian pasta art in the heart of Pisa. Bottom line: Don't let the occasional bad reviews put you off – if you love pasta, you'll be happy here!

03/08/2025: I went with two of my friends a few weeks ago, delicious! (Unfortunately I didn't take photos) TOP quality/price ratio, very kind staff. We had the €25 each menu, the pasta and desserts were delicious! Highly recommended!!!

02/08/2025: Mi dispiace recensire negativamente, ma l’ aggettivo per recensire il tutto è DOZZINALE I secondi piatti impiantati con lattuga e pomodori ( no senseneppure negli anni 80) Tonno e cacciugo pessimi. Da migliorare .

27/07/2025: Saturday night dinner for two I've already had dinner a few years ago, both with fish and pizza, and nothing to complain about. Tonight: Trabaccolara was good. Spaghetti with seafood, or perhaps with mussels, not so much. (Abundant spaghetti, mussels, less than ten clams, most of them empty, and the rest of the fish was missing, with a heavy sauce almost as if it were made with cream.) I'm very sorry. Maybe the kitchen was in a rush... Or if there's no fish, it's better not to make them. The desserts were excellent. The service was excellent, I think, and the waitress, Carlotta. Always polite, smiling, attentive to the customer, and despite the crowds, she always had a kind word for everyone. The bill was fair. I'll definitely try the spaghetti again; one bad night is a possibility. See you soon

26/08/2025: The food and service were both amazing. They were very welcoming and were able to seat us outside without prior reservations (walk in). They were also able to accomodate gluten free restrictions and gave us several delicious options. We went twice and enjoyed the ambience and service both times. A big thank out to Giambattista, Carmine and Martina!

17/08/2025: Aside from being a bit pricey, there's nothing wrong with it. The food is exquisite and delicious. The seared sea bass I ordered was delicious. If you're craving vegetables, the vegetable soup is a delicious mix of fresh, diced vegetables (but make sure you're okay with celery). The waiter was a British gentleman who enjoyed chatting with us. If you're looking to improve your children's conversational skills, I think this is a great place. Also, I hate celery and wanted to ask them to take it away. After some discussion, the pea soup they served was delicious. Thanks for saving me from celery hell, and I only paid for one soup.

27/08/2025: I went to this place for dinner with friends. We ate outside; the atmosphere is nice and welcoming. There's parking nearby. The staff is courteous and fast. The pizza was quite good, though not exceptional: mine was slightly burned on the sides and had very little salt, but it wasn't bad. Pizza, dessert, and water: €20. I think I'll be back.

12/07/2025: Dopo aver aspettato 1 ora e mezzo è arrivata la pizza con il sotto bruciato ,prezzo sopra la media , non c era l acqua in bottiglia ma soltanto quella del rubinetto filtrata che non bevo…

23/06/2025: Ce l' avevano dipinto come una pizzeria-ristorante raffinata e top ma siamo rimasti quasi del tutto delusi sia dall'ambiente non proprio raffinato e dalla allocazione in un vicolo stretto della città per nulla attrattivo. Certamente il personale è educato, la pizza buona ma non eccellente e anche vari stuzzichini buoni ma, complessivamente, siamo rimasti basiti, in un paese con molti ristoranti ma sempre un paese, dai prezzi elevatissimi praticati. In effetti, l'avevamo notato sfogliando il menù ma oramai avevamo prenotato ed eravamo seduti al tavolo.Difficilmente, pur abitando a circa 30 km, ci torneremo.

09/06/2025: Beautiful place, welcoming, with many spaces available. Variety of menu, with interesting idea of ​​2€ more to increase the portion on the chosen dish. Also rich selection of beers, with tasty aromas. To return!!!

09/08/2025: Ci siamo fermati qui per il secondo anno dovendo alloggiare nel vicino hotel per spezzare un viaggio in autostrada. Ancora più buono della prima volta. Personale gentile e accogliente, cucina tipica con un menu non lunghissimo ma vario: carne pesce, primi e pizza. Fanno anche cocktail e tutto è preparato da loro con prodotti di qualità. Atmosfera rilassante ma non formale e prezzi nella media.
