09/06/2026: This place could use a good refresh, as the spaces and rooms clearly reflect the passing of time. The furnishings are dated, and the rooms now look run-down. At the spa, where silence is required and smoking is prohibited, a lady entertained us for HOURS by talking at the top of her voice on her cell phone, using the speakerphone. After all the guests had waited too long, the staff was called, but they were unable to silence the aforementioned "lady." Instead, with uncontrollable rudeness, she attacked everyone present with tantrums and sarcasm. We had to leave the common areas, as it was impossible to experience the peace and quiet we had come for, and unfortunately, the staff failed to enforce the rules the facility itself has imposed. In fact, the lady remained blissfully in the pool, disturbing everyone's tranquility, taunting anyone who criticized her. Meanwhile, her husband was happily smoking in the space where the NO SMOKING SIGN kept the other (useless) silence company. We had to forgo some healthy relaxation (which comes at a high price), and unfortunately, our short vacation, which was intended for just that, was ruined. In the square in front of the entrance, we also saw children playing ball, and frankly, it didn't seem like a suitable environment for such an activity. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, I sincerely advise against it. It's a shame because the place has a truly remarkable view, and the spa staff were truly professional.

07/06/2026: Fantastic experience. From the moment you walk through the elegant gates, you'll realize that every guest is at the center of attention here. Plenty of pampering and attention make your stay magical. Every member of the staff works to make your holiday special and feels truly at home here. The treatments available are cutting-edge. I personally had the intensive biocast, and it was truly exceptional. A tangible result, in addition to the health benefits. Giulia, the person in charge of the treatment, was superb, gentle, and an excellent professional. We will definitely return to enjoy this paradise again.

07/07/2026: Excellent Spanish tapas restaurant with a great selection of delicious dishes. We were a group of nine, so we ordered a variety of tapas to share, and everything was excellent. The mojito was fantastic, and the service was friendly and welcoming.

29/05/2026: Very nice. Good and unique dishes. A summer spot for a pleasant evening in a lively area of ​​Prato. Only accessible on foot, the staff is young and friendly. Be careful what you order! It's easy to lose count by ordering and reordering their small plates (which makes you feel like you're never satisfied) and end up spending more than you expected. I'll definitely return again and again. Well done.

24/07/2026: During my visit to Pisa, I decided to try Capodimonte Pisa and was very impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is truly friendly. I ordered a beef tagliata, and it was cooked to perfection, juicy, and flavorful. The portions were generous and accompanied by fresh, well-prepared side dishes. The wine selection is excellent, allowing you to choose the perfect pairing for your dish. I highly recommend this grill restaurant to anyone visiting Pisa who wants to enjoy an excellent meal in a pleasant setting.

20/06/2026: I wasn't thrilled. Not a single dish. Tasteless meatballs, rice that tasted like broth... Winter dishes in summer, poor quality, high expectations, sad reality. VERY SLOW service. I wouldn't go back.

29/05/2026: Fabrizio Dusi's works on the restaurant walls created a one-of-a-kind contemporary art gallery atmosphere. A wonderful experience. Filippo was a true host. 18/04/2026: I passed the test!! The lady at the entrance, the one dressed in blue like a run-down hostess, said yes!!! After looking me up and down, she told me there was a free table at the bar for us!! Eureka... but won't you check the soles of my shoes? You know what? You missed an opportunity, I'm turning heel and going to give my money to someone more discreet and refined than you. Are you bragging? You've got the wrong target, turn your gaze to all those American tourists sprawled on your exquisite sofas, not caring about your grand dame airs.

16/12/2025: Considering you're in a unique part of Tuscany, full of stimuli and unique flavors, a restaurant with that kind of cuisine is an insult to the region. Bland dishes served at the temperature limit due to the countless elaborate dishes; the entrée is a waste of time. I won't dwell on the dishes and will simply say absolutely nothing. A woman in the kitchen who sits all evening allegorically recalling the cuisine of the past when there's absolutely nothing of the past. The staff is kind, with a thousand thoughtful touches, sometimes even cloying. Regarding the wines, when I asked a very simple question—"A local organic or biodynamic wine?"—three of them completely lost their minds. My only regret is that I drove 1.5 hours to get there. My last statement: stop looking for stars that have become obsolete; go to the fields and shops to seek out quality raw materials.

21/05/2026: Firenze steak and all the other courses were excellent. The service was perfect. The complimentary dessert was delicious and a kind gesture. The atmosphere was cosy and the internet was not good so having time for chat and relaxing was perfect.

21/05/2026: We had just arrived after 16 hours of a travel day and this was perfect! Great and quick service, and the pasta was absolutely phenomenal. The bread was just okay. But the pasta was unreal!! So light and delicious

05/05/2026: It wasn't my lucky night, let's say. I had a tuna tartare (average) and a pizza. As for the pizzas (mine and my friends'), we were disappointed by the length of the wait and because when they arrived, they were lukewarm and crumbly like biscuits. Bad.

22/04/2026: This restaurant is justly known by neighbors for superb seafood and fantastic pizza. Confirming that reputation, Bill and I had one fabulous meal here, then returned for a second .The servers treated us as if we were family; Esmeland and Pasquale recognized us immediately upon our second visit and were incredibly friendly and charming. They have a passion for this restaurant and giving excellent service. (Pasquale is the fourth generation in the restaurant business.) They remembered us after two days, despite having many visitors in between. The seafood is excellent and so is the pizza, often made with distinctive ingredients and flavors. Bravo!!

17/07/2026: Mixed feelings. The pizzas are good, with very thin crust. No complaints there. The service was adequate. However, when it's 39 degrees outside and you decide to eat inside because there's air conditioning, and it ends up being over 30 degrees inside, there's a problem. Customer comfort needs to be better considered. Some people even got up and left the restaurant because it was too hot. Be aware that the prices are quite high. They're the same as in France, whereas usually in Italy it's much more reasonable. We weren't even given a drinks menu, only a wine list (with prices going up to €2000...!!!). In short, for 4 pizzas, a beer, 2 carafes of water, and 2 espressos, we ended up paying €90... and I should specify, these were simple pizzas with mozzarella and prosciutto. Be careful, but I don't recommend this restaurant.

01/07/2026: This restaurant represents fine dining yet it is far from it. We ordered our food with wine. A group came and were sat immediately. It was obvious the restaurant owner/manager and servers knew them as they were greeted with hugs and conversation. Their food came out quickly. We ordered steaks and some side dishes. The steaks came out cold. We ordered a second round of wine which never came out. Overall, a horrible experience. Note: if you are a tourist, stay away from this restaurant.

08/07/2026: Worst experience I've ever had. Unbelievably arrogant and rude. I've been all over the world and have never been spoken to like that by any business. Absolutely , avoid at all costs.

07/07/2026: Still the best food and location in the region. The cuisine has improved, and the staff manages to keep the mood high with the expanded beach seating. Wonderful in July, but sublime in February, May, and especially October.

09/07/2026: Just found out from the manager /owner that this isn’t an Irish bar as it only sells Italian and American beer. So they don’t need to give you a full pint. Admittedly it is full of American students so we can assume short pints are normal in the us. PS: I do have an Irish passport and I’m drinking IPA which is apparently American!! It’s a lively student venue all the same.

07/07/2026: I’m not sure what happened to my 3rd visit to Florence, since the previous two were gorgeous and I highly recommended my boyfriend to go with me this time. This pub, Irish, was holding American Flag, as in the photo, which I didn’t get, also other European customers didn’t get. Is it because Americans pay more tips? Maybe! And today the security guy almost hurt me by pushing me with the door, he closed the door while we were sitting outside to watch the game between Portugal and Spain. He closed the door suddenly and we can’t see it as before anymore. I went to talk to him and all of a sudden he pushed me with the door to close it, and my fingers were pinched in between. It was outrageous and so many people saw it. They told me they took a video and it was unacceptable for the bar to do so. I went to the bar owner and told him the situation. He told me he can’t kill him, what do you want? I said he needs to apologize. So he called the security guy in, and he pretended to apologize, neither the boss nor the security really meant it. I went inside for the second time, the security guy was showing a more awful attitude: I apologized, do you take it or not. I said you should never ever do it again to any customer, because it’s dangerous and not respectful. He didn’t listen at all and was showing his ignorant attitude. I went inside again, and a lady at the bar apologized on his behalf and said she felt sorry and they will let the security know, but nothing else they could do. She tried her best I guess. But honestly, this entire experience was really awful. I wish the others who have taken the videos to also post here, to show how the bar was treating their customers.

26/04/2026: Rather than having a star rating, it should be protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The food was excellent, the restaurant was very elegant and well-kept, the service staff were extremely efficient, and the price/portion ratio was excellent, which is not to be underestimated these days. Always recommend generous portions, I'll keep an eye on you ;-) Thank you, and keep up the good work.

03/03/2026: Beautiful atmosphere with lighting. Service was excellent and we had much attention from our server and assistants. . The food was excellent . The restaurant sent us an appertivo platter gratis with multiple small bites- bruschetta, liver pate etc all delicious.
