09/04/2025: For now I have only tried the pizzas and they are truly fantastic. A perfect dough, thickness, flavor and cooking. While eating I saw many good things to try. Salvatore was professional, friendly and courteous.

24/03/2025: For the first time this weekend Firenze Nova opened on Sunday and I immediately took advantage of the opportunity to take some relatives who came to visit me from out of the region out for lunch. I wanted to make a good impression and I don't deny that I had high expectations, which were not disappointed. Menu with attention to detail, we ate really well, and dynamic, friendly and kind service (as always). I always recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a pleasant 360-degree experience!

17/03/2025: Siamo stati per il mio compleanno (in realtà sarebbe il 29 febbraio ma non c'era quest'anno 😂). Tutto molto buono, soprattutto il petto d'anatra che è difficile da trovare tenero. Bravi! E poi nel dolce che abbiamo ordinato, molto carinamente, mi hanno fatto trovare una candelina perché avevano sentito che festeggiavo gli anni ❤️.

17/03/2025: Una delizia, cucina veramente notevole, sia come qualità ingredienti sia come novità di abbinamenti, sapori davvero interessanti. Anche l'accoglienza, professionale e cortese, è stata molto gradita. Bravi, continuate così, e torneremo a trovarvi quest'estate nello spazio esterno

11/04/2025: In viaggio verso Roma anziché fermarci in autogrill abbiamo scelto di fare una piccola deviazione per provare questo ristorante. Tortelli squisiti fatti a mano, preceduti degustazione di maionesi aromatizzate per ingannare l’attesa; polpettine tartufate ottime , servizio decisamente cordiale. Ritorneremo

15/01/2025: Cena di sabato, 4 gennaio 2025. Esperienza globalmente positiva, menù di livello, chef disponibilissima e camerieri molto gentili. Esperienza, tuttavia, rovinata purtroppo irrimediabilmente da uno spiacevole episodio accaduto a inizio serata. Viene a prendere l'ordine quello che dovrebbe essere il proprietario del locale. Mia moglie (ragazza giovane incinta) chiede alcune precisazioni e specificazioni circa la tipologia di cottura e la natura di alcuni alimenti poiché, per l'appunto, essendo incinta non può mangiare tutto. Il proprietario, dopo alcune spiegazioni, si spazientisce e risponde male a mia moglie, mortificandola. Questo ha ovviamente influenzato sul resto della serata, e globalmente sull'esperienza. E' la prima volta che in un ristorante stellato sentiamo di essere stati trattati male. Peccato, davvero. Proprietario che, ovviamente, a fine serata non si è neppure degnato di venire ad ascoltare le mie rimostranze sull'accaduto, lasciando quest'incombenza a un giovane cameriere che, gentilissimo, ha provato a giustificarlo. Ovviamente non abbiamo ricevuto nessun tipo di scuse neppure nei giorni successivi. Peccato, evidentemente le stelle Michelin a qualcuno danno alla testa.

12/02/2025: Cibo di eccellenza, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, atmosfera piacevole e raccolta, personale gentilissimo. Sono stata in questo ristorante per un pranzo con colleghe, siamo capitate assolutamente a caso ma ci siamo trovate benissimo. Consiglio vivamente!

07/04/2025: I would like to point out that I have paid enough money into the bar's coffers over the course of a year to be credited as one of the most frequent customers and therefore I am not the last one to stumble upon the place by chance. Having said that, this evening I introduced some German friends to the place as I had previously only had positive experiences with prices, staff and safety. It was the latter who became aware of an event that was deplorable to say the least because after drinking and laughing, I accompanied a German friend to the bathroom reserved "for women" (I would point out that the place was semi-empty and everything was covered in writings, including the doors, with markers and bathrooms of questionable hygiene). All is well as the bathroom is made up of an anti-bathroom and a room with a toilet separated by doors. I waited in the anteroom waiting for her to come out (she wasn't in the best condition and had asked me to accompany her) and then returned to our friends in the club. Time to open the door and I was abruptly escorted out of the room by one of the two bouncers (who barely speak Italian and/or English and with whom it is impossible to formulate a rational conversation) who, together with his colleague, began to insinuate that my friend and I had had sex in the bathroom (all of which was denied by me, her and by a third girl present in the anteroom with whom I chatted while I was waiting for my friend who was ignored by them perhaps due to an obvious language barrier). The conversation continued with me (who had already paid a total of over €50 with my friends that evening) trying to explain the situation and the misunderstanding to these bouncers and with them insulting me, intimidating me to leave the area otherwise, and I quote, "they would have put their hands on me". All outside the bar on public Florentine land. It goes without saying that neither the bouncers nor the managers know the Italian laws regarding violence and aggression by security operators, but beyond this the presence of eyewitnesses did not worry them in the slightest in view of imminent legal cases. Since these operators do not know Italian, I am sure that they will not be the ones to respond to this message. Turning to the management of the establishment who apparently agrees with a policy of violence and verbal and physical threats, are you thinking of proceeding with a slight modification of your policy towards your customers or do you believe that this type of behavior is worthy of a Florentine tourist establishment?

27/03/2025: Inizio subito dal personale: lodevole. Ragazzi in gambissima! Buona la cucina, ottimi piatti. Tutto molto buono. Prezzi alle stelle, ma ci sta visto il contesto. Lo consiglio alle coppie.

08/04/2025: Very average! The Parmigiana is pretty decent but the portion is small. On the other hand, the “mineral” water on the menu is brought in a previously used bottle and comes straight from the tap. You will be charged €2 for 75 cl.
