05/04/2024: This is a special occasion gem. Obviously very expensive but the level of food and service is out of this world. Just incredible inventiveness, attention to detail, and perfect execution on every dish. We had the 5 course tasting menu. My wife has Celiac disease and we were told that with advance notice the chef could prepare special versions of the dishes that would be safe as possible for her. All the substitutions were great and she didn't have any reaction. What more is there to say? Every aspect of this meal was perfect!

26/03/2024: Overall, the service by the waitstaff was excellent. What really let's this place down is the food especially how it is plated to be eaten. There are multiple courses that are extremely difficult to cut in order to eat due to plating or having the incorrect utensil for the job. It feels as if they haven't tried eating what they are serving on the specific plate for the dish. Having eaten at a good amount of Michelin star restaurants I was disappointed there was only one dish that wowed me. The turbot, was the dish seemed well balanced texture and taste. I usually eat quickly, but we were waiting a long time between dishes, which just slowed the whole experience and made it less enjoyable. The olive oil provided for the bread to my tastes was overly bitter, and didn't add to the flavor. Some of the presentations were well done but others seemed to make the dish awkward to eat. We asked for two wines one for the first half and one for the second half. Neither seemed to pair with any of dishes especially well. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and spoke about the dishes with elegance and the occasional bit of humor. Anytime we asked a question they were able to give us information that was both interesting and helpful. Honestly the wait staff are the ones the make the place feel more alive than the food did.

20/03/2024: We were seating in an upstairs area which had very little decor and no ambiance. It felt more like a private function space and lacked the river view of the main floor. Food and platings were attractive and interesting but not terribly delicious. Service was decent but not top notch and sommelier was not very helpful - it seemed that he did not want to waste time with the upstairs tables and tried to quickly sell us on a bottle before even knowing what we had ordered or type of wine we were looking for.

30/03/2024: We stayed on March 20th in this splendid place overlooking the Arno and it is a very beautiful location!!! The very nice and friendly staff welcomed us very well. We took two really excellent Michelangelo platters and a truly sublime bruschetta with liver pâté. What to say? We will definitely return when we come to visit Florence.

28/03/2024: It's a perfect place. Delicious food and service is second to none. Lorenzo and Chiara are wonderful and made us feel at home, plus the music and space are made to pamper you. Totally recommended. 👌🏻

23/03/2024: Cheerful and welcoming place. Fast service and friendly waiters! Delicious pizza!!!!!! Even the dessert, which I almost couldn't finish😁. Parking is easily found. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!! The thing we liked most was the round table: there were six of us and we could all see each other's faces 😍 My best friends and I will definitely be back.

31/03/2024: You are guaranteed to enjoy yourself here. It started with the already great Valdobbiadene. The food is great, the service is nice and fast, the wine selection is also good. Wife had ossobuco and I had lamb chops in pistachio dust. (However, they are not on the permanent menu.) And watch out! For the first time since I learned how to make tiramisu according to Emanuele Ridi, the woman stated that they have almost as good here. Specifically, that she is personally a bit disturbed by the fact that they have pieces of chocolate there. Otherwise it's perfect. We had a great Brunello Di Montalcino for the main course. We were disturbed only by the frequent bangs from the closing doors. They don't have that very well resolved.

11/02/2024: Ho avuto il piacere di mangiare al ristorante Brandolino durante il mio primo viaggio a Firenze. Mai scelta fu più giusta, partendo dall’ospitalità del personale che ti coccola come se fossi a casa. Una selezione di vini incredibile con le migliori eccellenze del territorio toscano e non. Come primo piatto ho preso i fusilloni con il ragù di carne, un sapore incredibile, consistenza della carne perfetta e un impiattamento da opera d’arte. Proseguendo con l’immancabile fiorentina, tagliata davanti al tavolo; un taglio di carne ottimo, una cottura perfetta e un gusto difficile da dimenticare, la carne si scioglieva in bocca. Dolci della casa molto golosi e una selezione di amari ampia per ogni gusto. Una particolare nota di merito alla disponibilità del whiskey High West. Altra nota di merito, il locale e l’atmosfera che c’era all’interno, con una musica classica di sottofondo che contribuiva a coccolare anche l’umore. Personale molto competente, disponibile e sempre pronto a consigliare molto accuratamente i clienti in base ai piatti scelti. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

31/03/2024: Wonderful, an elegant and classy place, the whiskey collection is memorable, the staff extremely courteous and helpful as well as very efficient, for me it is now a fixed stop

04/04/2024: Without the bar it simply lost meaning. And to think that they had saved it from bankruptcy like this, by putting in the bar and the tables. Now it's a tick tock tick tock to closing, it's only a matter of time unfortunately.

05/04/2024: Dinner with my partner last night. Full atmosphere even on a Thursday evening. The food was very good despite some dangerous gastronomic vicissitudes (I must say very successful). The only demerit only if I have to find the flaw, the lack of a sommelier or waiter expert in wines. The girl had an approximate education of the type: "I tasted it good". The customer who intends to enjoy a good wine, even spending considerable sums, is left wanting. I hope it's a constructive criticism, to keep the place on a high profile like the rest of the cuisine.
