22/10/2025: I had dinner at this little restaurant with my mom during our vacation in Catania. The atmosphere was very nice, refined, and elegant. The food wasn't up to par, though. The raw fish was the real disappointment; the fish wasn't fresh. The main course, however, was good. The octopus was flavorful and very tender, and the fried fish was delicious. The bread with dried tomatoes and olives was very good! The experience was "sweetened" by the elegance and kindness of the waiter who accompanied us throughout the evening, but unfortunately the appetizer ruined everything a bit. What a shame.

09/11/2025: A treasure trove!! Lovingly decorated and very attentive service. Everyone is so helpful and the food is so wonderfully prepared and delicious! A lovely mix of young and older guests, everyone feels comfortable and there's a lively buzz of conversation and laughter in the air. I'll be back!! 🧢⭐️⭐️⭐️

23/09/2025: We were sitting on the beach in front of the restaurant. The smell of food made us hungry. I then found cozze (mussels) on the menu. The portion was a generous €15. I've never tasted better. Slightly spicy, with garlic, tomato, and white wine. Coperto was €1.50. The cozze is a dream. Good service with a sea view. Moretti draft beer is too expensive at €6 (0.4l).

22/09/2025: Lack of transparency... a well-kept beach in an excellent location... but what we consumers cannot and will not forgive is the lack of transparency and the unclear information regarding prices for admission, sunbeds, umbrellas, etc.

08/09/2025: This evening we dined at this welcoming restaurant, meticulously prepared down to the smallest detail, where the passion for meat is evident from the first moment. We started with an entrecôte deglazed with Worcestershire sauce and rye whiskey, which proved to be a winning choice. The meat was tender, well-cooked, and flavorful. It literally melted in your mouth, leaving a delicious taste. But the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the dry-aged Argentinean Wagyu T-bone. It was, hands down, the best meat we've ever tasted: a revelation. The rareness was simply perfect, and the flavor was exceptional. A true sensory experience that exceeded all expectations. Another aspect that impressed us was the owners' attentiveness. They asked us several times if we were satisfied and made sure everything was to our liking. A gesture that demonstrates care and professionalism. To conclude the dinner, we sampled the desserts, which were also excellent, and were very satisfied with the bill. Considering the quality of the meat and the impeccable service, the price was absolutely justified. Furthermore, having taken advantage of a 50% discount coupon made the evening even more enjoyable. We will definitely return to try other specialties.

16/10/2025: Fantastic hotel, I stayed here for a week and it's truly great. In my opinion, the best hotel in the area. Breakfast starts early and is well-stocked all the way through. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. Great value!

06/09/2025: If, like me, you're looking for a peaceful oasis to spend some quiet time, this hotel is the perfect choice. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the sound of the waves crashing is unparalleled! Breakfast on the terrace is excellent. The beach area is lovely, with its artificial grass and fully equipped facilities. The beach is just a short walk away. The only downside is that to reach the seafront and enjoy the various bars and restaurants, you have to walk about 200 meters on a road that isn't well lit at night. I highly recommend it.

05/11/2025: I'm in Trapani for work. I found this pizzeria on The Fork. The busiate and tagliata were top-notch, as was the service. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

03/11/2025: I can say it was a great experience. The caponata was delicious, as was the harlequin paccheri. The fried calamari dish was also very good. My girls had a very good tagliata. Highly recommended!

23/10/2025: Tried to sell us milk instead of Yogurt. We especially ordered Frozen Yogurt. He hided what he's putting in just after asking 3 times he told us that this is cream milk instead of Yogurt. Be careful with this shop

22/10/2025: As other reviews say, they charged me 6 bucks for a medium-sized tub of ice cream, and they didn't even ask me what size I wanted. They only realized I didn't speak Italian, making it easier for them to scam me. The ice cream doesn't taste like gold, and they charge so much for it. There are plenty of places in Palermo with better ice cream, and they're not going to take advantage of you just because you're a foreigner. Scammers!!!

05/11/2025: Expensive and not good value for money. The small portion of fried squid without any sides cost €20, and the small fish of the day with a meager salad for €32, both served cold, were disappointing. The sparkling wine was delicious for €28. Bread and oil were included beforehand. Bottled water was inexpensive. The service charge of €3 per person was acceptable. I cannot recommend the food; perhaps the pizzas are warm and tasty. It was simply too expensive for what you got, and the portions were too small – the fish was served cold. The service was good, and the ambiance was pleasantly Sicilian. The pizza a few streets away was better.

18/10/2025: I came here particularly encouraged by the photos in the guest reviews. I signaled that I wanted such a generous portion of seafood. I got it for €20, a tiny portion. Everyone knows calamari is ridiculously cheap. The flavor was decent, the pizza was good. The atmosphere was inadequate, forcedly bourgeois... I'll leave other things aside...

13/11/2025: Granduca in Taormina is one of those restaurants that instantly makes you feel like you’re in the heart of authentic Italian and Sicilian culture. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere stood out. The décor, the lighting, and the overall vibe create a very cozy environment that feels both welcoming and lively. If you’re lucky enough to get a seat on the balcony, the view is truly beautiful and adds an extra layer of charm to the whole dining experience. One of the things we loved most about Granduca is the strong Italian character of the place, especially with the traditional Italian pizza oven on display. It gives the restaurant a genuine, local touch and brings an element of tradition that you don’t find everywhere. It also sets the tone for the food quality, which did not disappoint. The menu offers a very good variety of classic Italian and Sicilian dishes, along with an excellent selection of drinks. We tried a couple of different pastas and pizzas, and everything we ordered was delicious. The flavours were well balanced, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were satisfying without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of food that truly reflects the region’s culinary pride. Customer service was fair and generally pleasant, though there is room for improvement. Staff were polite and helpful, but service could be a bit more attentive considering how busy the restaurant gets. Overall, Granduca is a great choice in Taormina if you’re looking for excellent food, a warm atmosphere, and a wonderful Italian dining experience. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely return.
