restaurant that really lived up to expectations. The food was of high quality, the service was friendly and professional and the whole visit went smoothly. The atmosphere was pleasant and made the experience even better.

Seriously, don't hesitate to go. The prices are more than reasonable, the service is impeccable, and the cuisine is incredible without compromising what we love about Italian food. They don't cut corners here, and you'll find tomatoes (of the highest quality!), fennel, anchovies, and pistachios on your plate, whether it's in the appetizers, main courses, or desserts. Wine lovers are certainly not forgotten either. A wonderful time in a beautiful setting with wonderful people!

The atmosphere is nice and pleasant, but I didn't find the pizza particularly special for the price. I've had much tastier pizzas for more affordable prices elsewhere. Overall, while the atmosphere was nice, it fell short of my expectations in terms of price-performance ratio.

Pizzeria del Sale is a restaurant with extraordinary potential, but unfortunately it's been hampered by a disconcerting lack of consistency and some questionable management decisions. Aesthetically, the establishment is immediately striking: the spaces are large, airy, and divided into multiple rooms, characterized by an original atmosphere and a strong artistic touch, enhanced by paintings, sculptures, and thoughtful architectural details. When it comes to hygiene and hospitality, the staff is always extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. However, this excellent initial impression is marred by a management of space that severely compromises customer comfort. Groups of four are sometimes assigned tiny tables, designed for a maximum of two people. This tendency to optimize space at all costs translates into an uncomfortable and chaotic experience, where there's literally no room to set down plates and dine in peace: a choice that unfortunately sacrifices quality of service in the name of saving square footage. The real sore point, however, remains the pizza, characterized by an unsustainable fluctuation in quality. There are evenings when the pizza is an A+, bordering on perfection, and others when it's literally inedible, so soft and watery in the center that it resembles a wet crepe, almost forcing you to leave it on your plate. This total unpredictability suggests constant changes in kitchen staff or poor and inconsistent management of raw materials, such as mozzarella. Adding to the situation is a recent, decidedly questionable sales policy: menu prices have been increased, while portions have been visibly reduced. While the price increase is somewhat understandable in today's market, the simultaneous downsizing of dishes is an unacceptable decision for customers. It's a real shame, because the setting and cleanliness deserve top marks, but the uncomfortable tables, the unpredictable pizza, and the poor quality-price ratio have forced me, despite myself, to never return to this place again. The atmosphere of the old town. The perfect place for a date vu :)

Highly recommended. It looks expensive, but it's anything but. We had a good meal (tapas) with a glass of wine, and it only came to €20 per person (including wine and dessert). It's a great place for a date or a quiet dinner. The best part was the service—super friendly and attentive; you feel like you're special.
