05/07/2025: Unlike the external appearance, which is rather anonymous, inside the environment is comfortable with a modern and refined note. Young staff, friendly with discretion and absolutely perfect, in my opinion. Let's now evaluate the reason that drives a person to enter a restaurant, the food. We enjoyed a fish-based aperitif. Different tastings, some obvious, others intriguing. All good starting from the bread, continuing with the tastings and in particular with the gnocchi with shrimp and pistachio and concluding with the wine that accompanied the dinner. I forgot an ice cream at the end of the meal was the icing on the cake. Well done.

21/03/2025: As soon as you enter the restaurant you are welcomed by the very friendly owner, a relaxing atmosphere ideal after a day of work, attentive service, varied menu, delicious pizza and grilled fish. Excellent quality/price ratio. I recommend it to everyone

22/07/2025: I've been there for dinner several times, and the service was excellent. The service is very good. I want to highlight the waiter, Axel, and the tall, bearded young man who took our order. The atmosphere is remarkable, with a view of the sea, Capo Taormina. I was lucky enough to see an incredible red moon the first time I went. Excellent place for a variety of occasions, from a date to a family dinner or a private event.

22/07/2025: We arrived a little early to eat pizza on the Granduca terrace, but the pizzeria wasn't open yet. Despite this, the staff was incredibly welcoming: they sat us down anyway and offered us a glass of prosecco while we waited, telling us to enjoy the view. And what a view! The sunset over the bay of Taormina is truly magical. The kindness and courtesy of the entire staff made the evening even more enjoyable. And the pizza? Truly delicious, with a light dough and quality ingredients.

24/07/2025: Durante le nostre passeggiate abbiamo preso qui delle paste di mandorla come spuntino, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: morbide e gustose, una delizia ! La signora molto gentile.

25/07/2025: A great find for pizza and group events! I had the pleasure of trying this pizzeria recently and I must say I was truly impressed. It's not your average pizzeria where you go just for a good pizza, but a true restaurant that offers a complete experience. Let's start with the pizza: it's exceptional! The dough is light and well-leavened, the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the cooking is perfect. You can taste the attention to detail in the selection of ingredients and the preparation. But the strength of this place isn't just limited to the pizza. I've found it to be an ideal place for group evenings and events as well. The space is truly spacious, making it perfect for hosting a large number of people without feeling crowded. I really appreciated the option to dance, an unusual option for a pizzeria, which adds an extra touch of fun to the evening. Another key aspect, especially for those arriving from out of town or for large groups, is the availability of convenient parking. This eliminates the stress of having to find a spot and allows you to enjoy the evening right from the start. In short, if you're looking for a place to eat excellent pizza, spend a pleasant evening with friends, and maybe even pop in for a bite to eat, with the convenience of parking and ample space for events, this is the place. Highly recommended!

23/07/2025: A historic restaurant on the outskirts, well-known among locals. The menu is extensive and will please even the most discerning palates. I tried the mixed tacos, but the risotto was also delicious! We'll definitely be back.

25/07/2025: Non era la più ricca ho provato, ma mi è piaciuto molto l"atmosfera e la posizione, in una piazza nel centro di Siracusa, vicino alla Cattedrale, e una terrazza molto bella. Hanno piatti siciliani tipici (pasta e pesce). Per dessert, ho preso il Canolo, tipico dolce siciliano quel giorno servito con pezzi di pistacchio. Ottimo!

07/08/2025: I stopped by the Plaza bar by chance for pizza, and to my surprise, it was excellent, not burnt, and had a great flavor. I was truly satisfied, and I'll be back with my wife.

09/07/2025: Questionable from a culinary perspective. Pasta was out of stock, some pizzas were unavailable. The pizzas served looked like frozen goods – no one ate more than half. Mozzarella salad came with jelly. No comment. Okay for ice cream and a drink. Better to go somewhere else for food.

22/07/2025: After visiting the surrounding churches, it's the perfect place to relax. We arrived at a time when it wasn't crowded, so we didn't have to wait long for a table or for orders. It's a good place to stop during sightseeing.

16/07/2025: UNCONCEIVABLE. We spoke at 10 for breakfast and ordered a granita. The answer was: WE DON'T HAVE ANY GRANITAS. Shocked, we asked for a coffee gelato, following the waiter's instructions. He came back a minute later and said WE DON'T HAVE ANY COFFEE ICE CREAM. Shocked, we asked for a cannoli. The answer was: WE DON'T EVEN HAVE CANNOLIS. Deeply embarrassed, we got up and left. RIDICULOUS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING OPEN IN THE HISTORIC CENTER OF PALERMO?! YOU JUST NEED TO CLOSE!

14/08/2025: On Saturday, August 9, we booked a table for six people at 10:00 PM. When we arrived, there was no table with the reservation's name, and the waiters did nothing to remedy the situation. We were dismissed rather rudely and left.

07/08/2025: Small, misshapen pizzas; completely undercooked (raw pizzas). Ridiculous and overpriced salads (€9). The "best" part is still missing: the delivery was nothing short of disastrous; the delivery man was at least 15 minutes late, obviously after several phone calls to reconfirm the delivery location. The delivery man also didn't even realize that the pizzas and salads were part of the same order. Finally, he couldn't even find the receipt, so he couldn't give us the correct change... Embarrassing.

10/07/2025: To be honest, I expected something more....we used to go here once with my grandparents for the fresh fish that you could find here and elsewhere.... Sadly, it's no longer the same....the cleanliness and politeness of the staff has remained the same....but I would like to rediscover those flavours of the past.

30/06/2025: This (historic) bar in Taormina; family-run; does not present itself with sumptuous furnishings; nor will you find large spaces for parking; but once you enter all this will simply be irrelevant. On the contrary, you will find the real Sicilian brioche; combined with the real lemon granita; you will find the traditional wonderful mignon pastry; you will find first courses made as you would make them at home; you will find low and regular costs; and you will find that kindness and courtesy of the owner; which is typical, and intrinsic to us: true Sicilians.

29/06/2025: Kind and polite staff, pleasant aperitif, genuine and traditional Sicilian food. I recommend it.
