A completely unrelated gricia, with a pasta of very low quality, rubbery like chewing gum. Old and poorly maintained place Avoid it!!!

15/06/2025: RUDE AND RUDE. (especially the older man with the mustache). We called to book a table for 10 people for lunch on Sunday. They told us that, having booked so close, we would have to wait a "moment". When we arrived the restaurant was empty but despite this they told us that they would serve us after the other reservations to "see what was left". we waited another 1 hour, after which when we asked to have at least some bresaola for a 9 year old child, they told us that we would have to wait another 40 minutes. at that point we got up and left. With a little more flexibility and courtesy they could have managed the situation better, without losing customers and receiving this review

21/04/2025: Restaurant in the center of Colonnata, small but characteristic in the central square of the town, we had a series of starters and two first courses, a liter of wine and coffee, the service was very approximate, total €35 per person.

06/04/2025: After a walk along path 195, my partner and I decide to stop for lunch in this place. We sat down at 1.15pm, the waiter arrived to ask for the order about half an hour later and only following my request. The starter arrived, incomplete, at 2.30pm. Rest of the starter arrived 15 minutes later. The first after another hour, with qualities that did not reflect what was written on the menu: green tagliolini, instead of spelled, absent sausage ragù and overcooked pasta. I add that the wine I had chosen from their wine list was not present and another bottle was brought to me: 15 euros more expensive. Total price, 100 euros. Place where there is disorganization, if they had more competition, they would already be closed. Not recommended.

04/05/2025: Trovato un po’ per caso su Internet, sono stata a cena col mio fidanzato, ma eravamo gli unici clienti del ristorante Menù non ispirato alla cucina locale, troppo ricercato, con materie prime non del territorio (caviale, patanegra..) Abbiamo avuto la sensazione che il personale volesse proporci più piatti con un po’ di insistenza (menù degustazione, antipasti, vino da dessert e digestivi), nonostante la gentilezza non sia mai mancata Anche il vino che ci hanno servito a inizio cena, che sembrava offerto, ci è stato poi segnato sul conto Prezzi eccessivi

26/01/2025: Il ristorante non prende prenotazioni quindi consiglio di salire con un po’ di anticipo. Locale molto frequentato con il bar al piano terra e molti tavolini fuori e il ristorante al piano di sopra su un veranda a vetri per godere al meglio del magnifico paesaggio. Personale gentile veloce. Carne buonissima cosi come la polenta. Consiglio fortemente

15/12/2024: Il posto è sempre frequentatissimo. Mangiato una buona bresaola con grana e rucola. Buono anche lo speck. Simpatico il fatto che a fine pasto venga offerto il “latte di cervo”, (liquore con frutti di bosco).

11/05/2025: The place is very clean and welcoming which for me is the very important thing. first time we came and I must say the food is very fresh. They do both kebabs and round pizza. We ate kebab, it was really delicious. Fair prices. Nice guys who have a smile on their face and are very kind. The place is large, with comfortable tables and chairs. Aria doesn't smell like fried food like in other places, all in all really positive We will be back

09/07/2025: This restaurant was absolutely amazing. Wait staff was very kind and welcoming. We ordered the roast lamb with roast potatoes and pasta with pesto. Dessert was came brûlée. Pino Grigio was delicious, as well. Amazing dinner! Best meal we have had in the entire trip, so far!

30/11/2024: Siamo arrivati alla fine della nostra esperienza in questo ristorante e possiamo dire di aver mangiato divinamente. Tutto era preparato con ingredienti e ricette tipiche del Tirolo: i canederli nel brodo, davvero eccezionali, il collo di maiale cotto alla perfezione e, per concludere, uno strudel morbido e irresistibile. Il personale è stato impeccabile: sempre gentile, sorridente e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, rendendo il servizio parte integrante di questa bellissima esperienza. Consiglio vivamente ai prossimi turisti di fare una sosta in questo locale. È facilmente raggiungibile e si trova vicino alla famosa birreria Forst, rendendo la visita ancora più interessante. Complimenti al ristorante e al suo staff! Torneremo sicuramente.

15/11/2024: Siamo tornati in questo posto dopo qualche anno in cui eravamo capitati per caso grazie a TripAdvisor.. Che dire la cucina sempre ottima, i piatti di carne abbondanti e davvero gustosi, la cortesia del personale un punto in più all'ambiente.. Lo consigliamo a chi vuole gustare piatti della tradizione trentina, carne, e "ricette" alla Bud Spencer E Terence Hill

12/05/2025: Greetings, we arrived (2 persons) after hiking on Carso and were rejected with the excuse of being fully booked. After two minutes two elderly guests arrived (without previsouly booking the table) and got the table immediatly. Looks like sport outfit is not desirable in Silene. Update: Thank you for your response. I still have two questions: 1. Why did your waitress needed to check if you already knew that all the tables were already booked? 2. How come that when we told the two elderly persons that the restaurant is full they responded us "we will try" ? Best regards.

11/04/2025: Locale di altissimo livello: ambientazione delle Mauritius, realizzato in modo quanto mai fedele, cucina con chef d’esperienza internazionale, la cantina è sorprendentemente ricca e il personale di sala molto gentile e disponibile. L’unica cosa non a livello è il prezzo!

27/02/2025: Un ristorante famoso, con annesso splendido stabilimento balneare della famiglia De Cecco, punto di riferimento e di grande richiamo per la città di Pescara. Ristorante che durante l’anno si avvale della collaborazione dello Chef tristellato Heinz Beck che organizza serate a tema. Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere il pranzo natalizio con la mia famiglia in un ambiente caldo, molto creativo e curato nelle decorazioni natalizie. Il locale cambia spesso scenografia in base alle festività e agli eventi, a memoria della clientela storica. Il personale di sala accogliente, garbato, attento alle esigenze della clientela. Il pranzo natalizio si è sviluppato tutto intorno ai piatti iconici natalizi della tradizione abruzzese, molto gustosi, curati , creati con materiali di alta qualità. Nonostante il locale fosse al completo ho apprezzato il tono silenzioso e pacato della clientela ( cosa rara in Italia). Naturalmente non posso non consigliarlo, mi auguro di tornarci presto, magari in estate.

01/06/2025: È un bellissimo posto, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, siamo stati serviti da Fabio, molto disponibile e gentile, c'è una lista dei vini e dei liquori, mai vista prima esempio la pagina dei gin con decine di marche di gin e c'è anche un ampio parcheggio. Intendo tornarci e lo raccomando.

27/04/2025: Storico ristorante della zona. Molto frequentato, sale ampie e spaziose, servizio notevole, personale rapido. Specialità di pesce ma anche carne. Bere da varie cantine rinnomate. Prezzi no mono reddito, ma ci sta. Parcheggio ampio e in loco. Conviene prenotazione. Struttura consigliata. Aprile 2025.
