05/07/2025: In this magical place, we met our chefs who told us about their own story of professional growth and how they are emotionally linked to this place and then accompanied us both in the path of culinary choices for our wedding (held in the location "between sky and sea") and in the organization of the many aspects to consider. The type of attention that chef Verino gave us was fundamental for the success of the entire day (organization of external service providers, positioning and advice for the tableaux, organization of the tables, menus, positioning of the band and organization of the various moments for musical entertainment, organization of the various steps of the lunch from the welcome to the cutting of the cake and beyond) clearly the catering staff is well trained for any intolerances, celiacs, vegans, vegetarians, the dishes were amazing, a combination of ingredients and flavors created by expert hands, not to mention the impeccable service, the team of waiters, very professional, always attentive to every detail, smiling and kind, we felt truly accompanied and pampered. They will all remain in our hearts.

05/08/2025: Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von acht Personen dort, darunter auch Kinder – und leider war der Besuch insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Der Service war über weite Strecken abwesend und kaum aufmerksam. Nach einer Wartezeit von über 105 Minuten kam das Essen schließlich – allerdings nicht gleichzeitig, sodass fast alle alleine essen mussten. Besonders unverständlich: Der Koch war offenbar nicht in der Lage, einfache Teigwaren ohne Sauce gleichzeitig zuzubereiten. Die Gerichte waren zudem geschmacklich enttäuschend und lieblos angerichtet. Statt Verständnis oder Entschuldigung bekamen wir vom Chef de Service sogar die Rückmeldung, dass wir selbst schuld an der Misere seien – weil unsere Kinder Penne mit Tomatensauce und Spaghetti mit Muscheln wollten. Ein professioneller Umgang sieht definitiv anders aus. Fazit: Schlechter Service, lange Wartezeiten, unflexible Küche und keine Spur von Kundenorientierung. Leider keine Empfehlung.

13/08/2025: A Cake to Die For A special thank you to the pastry shop recommended by the restaurant and which opened on Monday for our wedding: the choice couldn't have been more perfect! We decided to create a spectacular cake for our wedding, showing them a reference photo, and the result was a faithful and splendid reproduction. For the cake to be enjoyed, we opted for a mille-feuille with Chantilly cream, white chocolate, and raspberries... simply out of this world! Our guests showered us with compliments on the deliciousness and freshness of this creation. They also took care of the desserts for the buffet, all exquisite and much appreciated, even managing to accommodate my most unusual requests. I'd say the value for money was more than excellent, considering we ate an appetizer, two first courses, two second courses, and two desserts, plus white wine and water, for just €100. We were very satisfied, and if we were to return, we'd definitely stop at this simple yet warm and welcoming restaurant.

20/03/2025: Wonderful surprise, I went back in time when I tasted the pizza from Le Dodici Torri! Good and tasty pizza as it once was... pizza with crispy edges (not Neapolitan), quality and fresh ingredients! Very quiet, nice and clean environment. Very, very honest prices (not to mention cheap). The kindness of the staff is the icing on the cake, they are truly lovely. I highly recommend, in my opinion the best plated pizza in the central area of ​​Francavilla.

18/08/2025: I visited Fiorella in Vacri and I must say it was a truly special experience. I arrived an hour early, and the owner, with great kindness, welcomed me anyway, offering me a beer while I worked while waiting for service. At the table, I found a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, with attentive and friendly service. I sampled a truly delicious gnocco with minced meat and mushrooms, followed by a roast chicken with a side of pizza and greens, a typical local dish that won me over. To finish, coffee and amaro were kindly offered on the house. Excellent cuisine, authentic hospitality, and a convivial atmosphere: a restaurant worth discovering and experiencing. I will definitely be back!
