I had the DOC marinara and I have to say I ate something that was not only truly excellent, but also a truly original recipe. The dough was light and extremely digestible. 25/02/2026: My first experience at this restaurant, unfortunately, was not a positive one. I specifically requested gluten-free pasta due to an intolerance. After eating it, I experienced significant symptoms consistent with my condition, including severe bloating and discomfort. This made me question whether the request was properly handled, an aspect that cannot be underestimated for those with an intolerance. For the second course, we ordered chicken with potatoes, but I found the saltiness excessive and the perceived quality of the meat not in line with my stated expectations. The thirst and discomfort persisted throughout the evening and into the following day. From my personal experience, I will definitely not return. *You know perfectly well who I am, so this is not an "unidentifiable" profile. I would like to point out that the cake we brought was gluten-free, precisely because my intolerance is not an opinion but a condition that I manage carefully. I reported the symptoms I experienced after eating the pasta served as "gluten-free." When declaring an intolerance, the restaurateur must pay maximum attention to the customer, also out of respect. Regarding the main course, my opinion remains based on my personal experience, both in terms of perceived quality and the level of saltiness, which I found excessive. Every customer has the right to express their opinion, just as every restaurateur is free to respond. Have a good day.

Meraviglia is exactly what its name promises: a little treasure waiting to be discovered. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, simplicity, and good food.

29/12/2025: What better way to describe this restaurant than "Wonder"? We booked for six and were greeted with courtesy and positivity. We ordered a trio of first courses and the same number of second courses, along with desserts, coffee, wine, and water. The result? Everything was truly top-notch, with a taste and simplicity in the cooking that we could describe as a Michelin-starred restaurant. The icing on the cake was the bill, which was absolutely surprising, not so much for the quantity, but for its quality. Also, liqueurs and pastries were offered. Special praise goes to the waitress and the owner, who were impeccable. Well done, well done, well done. Don't betray your dedication to the restaurant world.

11/02/2026: A very characteristic place in Chieti Scalo. A typical fast food restaurant serving pizza by the slice, delicious stuffed and filled calzones of various kinds, and fries. Frequented by many university students for its excellent value. I love stopping by whenever I'm in Chieti Scalo. Definitely worth a try.

01/04/2026: Dinner with new friends I met on my skiing holiday, which I chose to organize at 1492, a restaurant owned by Maria. Two pages of a very delicious menu, waiting to be discovered. The pinsas are delicious, but everything is good. In Francavilla, where Siren's has now closed, the best option for my tastes is 1492. Besides the quality, the prices are also still reasonable, and you leave feeling full for just a few euros.
