From the initial raw ingredients (very fresh, clean, and without any need to hide) to the tortelli, where sweetness and savory intertwine in an almost arrogant way. Each course has a precise identity. No fillers, no "homework": here, the focus is truly on the game. A round of applause for the chef and the entire team: there's technique, but above all, a clear vision. And it shows. Special mention also for the service: present without being intrusive, knowledgeable, with that naturalness that makes you feel right at home without the need for embellishments. Extremely fresh fish, well-executed gourmet menu, priced too high for what's on offer. A note to the service: the customer is always right, especially if they pay those prices!!! ...and should be treated accordingly 🤷🏻
