06/10/2025: A traditional and very well-maintained restaurant. Salvatore, the boss, delighted us with his hospitality, and the staff was very helpful and cheerful. We northerners ate very well, and on our last night, in addition to zibibbo and biscotti, he also offered us Sicilian cannoli. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon. FABIO FROM VICENZA

30/09/2025: This place offers you various eating locations within it. On the small street, inside and in a courtyard off the back. We started in the back but had to move inside due to the mosquitoes feasting on us. The food was good, but the reason they don’t get 5 stars from me is that my carbonara split, and the service was lacking. We got in early so managed to be served before the rush. But others next to had to wait at least 30 min before even placing an order. My husbands pasta was very tasty and the Caprese salad was very nice. We had half a liter of wine, water, a salad to share, and 2 plates of pasta for a total of €45.

12/09/2025: The restaurant is located in the center of Pescara. The idea of ​​opening a place with fish sandwiches as its main concept is excellent. The bread is homemade, and you can taste it. The pairings are excellent. The prices are a bit high, but that's understandable considering the quality of the fish.

09/08/2025: We're motorcyclists and we travel a lot. We found this restaurant by typing "restaurant" into Google, and it brought us here. When we walked in, I have to say there was a delicious smell of cooking fish. It was tempting to begin with, but we still ordered, and surprisingly, beyond the smell, there was also the taste. Everything was delicious, and the prices we motorcyclists like. We ate a lot, paid fairly, and the service was friendly and always attentive. Nothing to say except that it's a shame they can't give six stars ☺️. This restaurant has been added to our favorites, and we'll definitely be back when we're in the area, or even if we're not 🤣.

14/10/2025: Finally, a place where you can actually eat, with generous portions!! The quality of the food is truly excellent, with delicious fish (those scampi skewers... delicious!). The waiters are very fast and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

26/08/2025: I came years ago with my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 and I had a great time. I returned on Sunday for lunch with my boyfriend and the experience I had years before was repeated 🤗. The food was truly fantastic! They sat us at a nice little table ("degli Innamorati" as the owner says) and immediately brought us a basket of hot homemade bread 🥖 and a nice bottle of olive oil 🫒 and a small plate. The bread was truly tasty and the oil was delicate. Let's just say that during lunch we asked for bread several times because it was truly excellent! We started with cold and hot appetizers and a trio of raw fish. The fish was fresh and you could taste it! Truly delicious! 🐟 For our first course, we shared the paccheri with scampi, and for our second course, the mixed fried fish and salad 🐟 🥗. The paccheri were beautifully presented (a generous portion), perfectly cooked! The mixed fried fish melted in your mouth, truly delicious, and the mixed salad (lettuce, tomato, and carrots) was delicious! To finish, a good coffee ☕. Friendly and efficient staff 🤗. Our compliments go to the owner Fabrizio, who pampered us with his kindness and courtesy during our lunch. P.S. I also work in the restaurant industry, and on Sunday at lunch I noticed this wonderful thing ❤ (in my opinion): a waiter, when recommending a dish to a senior customer, knelt down to look him in the eye and be at his level (since the customer was seated), and that's not for everyone. It's called Empathy, and it's a wonderful thing that everyone in this world should have, whether in the restaurant business or not...). We'll definitely be back by the end of September 😊!

24/08/2025: My family and I stayed at this property and had a great time! The half-board option was fantastic, with delicious food and generous portions. The menu was varied, and we loved the dishes on offer. The staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Fabrizio and the rest of the staff. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, with a small refrigerator and a slightly noisy but well-functioning air conditioning. The only area that could be improved would be the soundproofing, but the beds and pillows were fantastic. The housekeeping service was impeccable, and there were plenty of towels available. The only thing missing was a window in the bathroom for ventilation. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and the partner lido. I highly recommend this property, especially for the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

11/04/2025: Il Cantiere is a beautiful place, managed by kind and young staff. In addition to enjoying first choice products (I love their cutting boards, especially the vegan and vegetarian ones), you can also find non-alcoholic cocktails, which I really liked as an alternative to alcohol. Highly recommended 💯

27/02/2025: We ordered two sandwiches: One with pulled pork and one with panpanella... Lots and lots of stuff! As a dessert, spectacular chocolate dried figs! And a good bottle of wine. Fast service and very high quality... Highly recommended

It's always a pleasure to return and indulge in dishes whose flavors and textures make eating a true experience, all accompanied by an excellent glass of wine in a relaxing atmosphere thanks to discreet and friendly service.

13/08/2025: Unfortunately, their expectations were completely disappointed. The tartare was incredibly salty, to say the least. The side vegetables were hard and inedible. I cannot recommend it. The good wine selection is undermined by the complete lack of descriptions and alcohol content, useful information even for the less experienced. The service was helpful, however. This isn't the first time I've had a disappointing experience at a Michelin restaurant.

03/09/2025: Located in the historic village at the highest point of Colonnella, with large windows and a breathtaking view, the food disappointed us. Tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles: a dish with disjointed flavors. Spaghetti alla teramana: a sweet and too runny sauce. Tripe: better to let it soak for half an hour longer. Desserts: an excessive variety of tarts, generally better for breakfast and snacks than as an after-dinner dessert. Service: fast, consistent with the rushed cuisine. Prices are moderately high.

01/09/2025: If it weren't for the owner and, alas, the food... this place, with its location and view of the coast and the entire valley, would be perfect! A very bad experience. We booked through The Fork, taking advantage of a 20% discount, but we were still convinced we'd eat well since I'd been there a while back in the winter over the weekend. Well, the only positive note was the fried cheese. Have you ever eaten arrosticini "with pepper"? Well, you can try them here, and they're inedible... a variation unique to this restaurant, probably to hide some other flavor, since I've never eaten them anywhere in my life. But the price?! €1.50 each for the industrial-strength ones "with pepper" 😅. A place for tourists!

24/04/2025: We found this tavern by chance during a business trip and were pleasantly surprised. They have excellent menus €10 entree, water, first course, coffee and €12 entree, water, second course of meat, coffee. All really excellent, I recommend!
