I am gluten intolerant, I was satisfied with the menu but I would have liked to eat a hamburger with a bun which obviously they don't have gluten free.

I've been to Old Wild West del Megalò in Chieti and I have to say it was a very positive experience. The place is well-maintained, and the Western-style atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. I ordered a burger with fries, and the meat was very good, well-cooked, and made with fresh ingredients. The service was fast, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Despite the crowd, we were served in a more than reasonable amount of time. The prices are also average considering the quality and portions. Overall, I was satisfied and will definitely be back.

Each dish is rich in flavor and meticulously crafted. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, always attentive to the needs of their customers and making everyone feel at ease. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly. A special thanks to the owner, Pino, a truly friendly person who is passionate about his work. His kindness and attentiveness to his customers make the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place to return to and one I highly recommend to anyone who loves good meat and heartfelt service!

25/01/2026: My friends and I stopped in for breakfast and had a great time. They offer a variety of desserts that I don't usually find in other cafes. The staff is kind and friendly, and we'll definitely be back.
21/01/2026: This is my go to coffee shop when visiting Ortona. They have great customer service, the coffee is great, and the pastries are DELICIOUS!
