We had arrosticini di fegato. They were very spicy because they put pieces of spicy peperoncino between the pieces of meat.
We would have liked them to be bigger like they make them at the unico posto all'aquila. But they were still good.
Ascolane olives are also good.
Ammazza caffè offered.

21/08/2024: We decided to try this restaurant out of curiosity, Yari welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, he accompanied us during the evening making us feel welcomed.
We tried the pizzas, all perfectly cooked and stuffed, the location is perfect for a summer evening with the large garden and games to entertain the little ones, in fact our children were able to enjoy the evening too.
We will definitely return to Poesia next time we travel to Pescara.
Highly recommended!

13/08/2024: My friend and I had to stand for 30 minutes for a table to be freed, many of which had been empty but very dirty for some time. As soon as we sat down we were given the menu but by the time we were asked what we had chosen at least 25 minutes had passed , after ordering everything, it took 1 hour for a portion of chips with bacon and cheddar to arrive, horrendous cheddar chips, real rubbish and the sandwich was truly disgusting. This place needs a lot of organization and for 10 tables I can't wait 2 hours.
04/08/2024: Really good chips, especially the American ones with cheddar and crispy bacon on top, which are accompanied by 5 different sauces. Truly huge and excellent sandwiches. The bread is soft and tasty. I recommend getting the cheddar bowl with the sandwiches. Really honest prices. We will definitely be back.

Unclean external environment, it is not very pleasant to sit at a table with dog excrement 2 meters away.
Cleaning the pavements is the responsibility of the municipality but, as is done in cleaner cities than Rome, shopkeepers should take an active part and thoroughly clean their part of the pavement. The city and their business would benefit.
06/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante in una calda sera d'estate per cui abbiamo apprezzato molto lo spazio esterno dove siamo stati davvero bene.
Il posto è un po' "vintage", così come la tipologia e la presentazione dei piatti.
Noi abbiamo scelto il tagliere di antipasti e la carne alla brace. Sicuramente cibo genuino che quindi ha del potenziale e che può essere migliorato.
Abbiamo tuttavia apprezzato il servizio, quello di una volta, che cura il cliente e non è sbrigativo.

Ho ritrovato l' ottimo Alessandro che ha confermato la Sua professionalità e simpatia.
Tutto ottimo, con grande studio delle materie prime ( qualità del pesce indiscutibile).
Personale sempre presente e disponibile.
Spero di tornare presto.....

The Octopus in the starter was surprising, the Risotto among the first courses was like a caress from your grandmother when you were little 🥹. Thank you!
Good selection of wines.
The place can still improve.
(for those looking for abundance over quality I recommend choosing something else)
