Although we don't frequent the beach, we chose to stay here to experience tranquility, courtesy, and impeccable cleanliness—values ​​that are inherent here. The breakfast, rich in delicious desserts, and the meticulously prepared dinners, especially the excellent first courses, make our stay a gourmet experience of the highest caliber. Our room is always spotless and tidy, with a spectacular view of Tortoreto and the surrounding vineyards, a view that immediately inspires calm. We truly appreciate the constant attention to detail, including the frequent linen changes. A special thank you to all the staff, who help make this break a pleasant and relaxing experience; we couldn't ask for a better break from our long journey. 17/05/2026: Google Maps showed them as open all the time, so when we sat down in the outdoor seating area and saw that they had seen us, we waited a few minutes. When nothing happened, we went inside. We were then politely informed that they weren't serving food, but they could have told us that outside.

I hope they improve, because Giulianova now has two or three valid alternatives that, at the same price, are far superior. ANSWER: I BELIEVE YOU'RE HUGELY WRONG, SINCE YOU'RE KEEPING YOUR PAST BUSINESS OPEN UNDER THE NEW NAME (NERO DI SEPPIA), CREATING CONFUSION AMONG CUSTOMERS.

03/05/2026: New and renovated room, fully equipped. Safe, coffee table, suitcase and shoe rack. Comfortable bed, simple and clean furnishings. Large, new bathroom with all the amenities. Shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. The location is scenic, quiet, a true oasis in which to stay. The complimentary bottles of water are nice. Breakfast was also good, with warm croissants and homemade cakes. I would have added something, perhaps to make it more varied.

24/05/2026: Situated in a terrible location, adjacent to the ultra-high-voltage power line coming from the Balkans via the Adriatic Sea, and silted up a few meters south, adjacent to the Vallelunga ditch and Via Scarfoglio, which overlooks the former D'Annunziana pine forest, which remains abandoned after the fire that devastated it four years ago. Via Scarfoglio overlooks the main road, which, in the evenings and at night, is a haunt of shady characters. Better stay away...
