31/05/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant last night and am thrilled to share my experience. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and courtesy by the staff, who demonstrated great professionalism and attention to detail throughout the evening. The menu was varied and inviting, with a selection of dishes that perfectly combine tradition and innovation. I opted for maccheroncino with ventricina, peppers and cheese which was a real treat for the palate. The quality of the ingredients was evident and the presentation of the dish was as careful as its flavor. In short, the Tuscan trattoria offers an extraordinary culinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to enjoy great food in a simple and familiar environment. I can't wait to return to try other dishes from their excellent menu!

03/05/2025: La genuinità dell'accoglienza coniugata con una altissima qualità del cibo. Tutte le volte che veniamo al Baco rimaniamo normalmente super soddisfatti. Le pietanze sono INNANZITUTTO ECCELLENTI, dal punto di vista del gusto e dell'accoppiamento dei sapori, e poi se serve sono ANCHE BELLE nelle PRESENTAZIONI. Il tutto in una atmosfera quasi familiare, un locale bellissimo in un parco verde, a due passi dalla città. Se vuoi mangiare pesce crudo e eccellenti ostriche a L’Aquila...consiglio fortemente IL BACO DA SETA!

Abbiamo apprezzato la quantità delle portate in quanto siamo riusciti a mangiare tutto senza sforzo o difficoltà, cosa non scontata quando si tratta di una cerimonia. Abbiamo apprezzato gli antipasti; siamo rimasti molto delusi da una chitarra al ragù di tre carni presentata praticamente annacquata. Posto molto bello, immerso nel verde. Servizio disponibile.

26/05/2025: One of the best yogurts I've ever eaten, you can feel that there is a higher percentage of milk given the almost completely absent acidity of the classic yogurt that you can find elsewhere, the only advice is to write the flavors of fillings that can be put unlike the granola that you can understand at sight it is not the same for: nutella, pistachio, salted caramel and so on! Highly recommended!

30/04/2025: Antica Casa di Campagna adeguata elegantemente a Ristorazione. Location in campagna, ma all'uscita del Casello A14 Val Vibrata. Ambiente in mattoni, molto caldo, accogliente e raffinato. Camerieri empatici e simpatici. Servizio straordinario. Si gustano cibi della tradizione e carni di qualità, sia nostrane che internazionali. Prezzi contenuti rispetto al piacere globale di gusto e qualità. Poca apparenza e molta attenzione ai contenuti. E la differenza la fa la Figura storica di Adriano il Titolare. 05/05/2025: Positive experience, highly recommended. The vegan alternative to the burger was greatly appreciated but I recommend purchasing a different type. In all supermarkets you can find really excellent vegan burgers that can also be grilled (UNCONVENTIONAL brand or other excellent LIDL products). The taste is much closer to a classic sandwich. For the rest friendly staff and fast and kind waiter! Stunning location!

08/06/2025: Rustic place with a welcoming feel. Exceptional land tasting menu, the first course was really excellent and abundant meat and arrosticini for two people. Finally they made us a tasting plate of all the desserts they had, one better than the other, especially the jam tart. Plus there was a beautiful little dog.
