22/04/2026: The first time I wanted to give up. There were a lot of pizzas on the counter that looked cold and dry. But the lady took one out of the oven that I bought. It was good. The prices are low.

22/01/2026: Beautiful place that closely resembles an authentic Irish pub. The burgers are delicious, both on a bun and on a plate. The food arrives quickly, with almost no delay. The service was neutral; neither unfriendly nor overly friendly. He seemed rushed, but the bar was nearly empty. Excellent location.

02/05/2026: A beautiful restaurant serving refined yet traditional dishes. A sort of "gourmet" Abruzzo cuisine, such as spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper on a bed of mashed potatoes; believe us, they're delicious in their simplicity. Lamb chops with a truly refined herb marinade. A beautiful location with an adjoining pool.

13/04/2026: I don't usually write reviews. But this place deserves my deepest gratitude. We celebrated my daughter's first birthday and it gave us and our guests a truly unique day. The food was sublime, the location beautiful, the waiters professional, and what can I say, Ambra, the owner, is incredibly sweet, professional, and talented. We'll definitely be celebrating here again.

16/05/2026: Whenever I'm in the Montesilvano area and have the chance, I always stop at this restaurant. One thing is certain: good food and super generous portions. Very friendly staff and a family atmosphere. The arrosticini are top notch! If you have a little space, the panna cotta with Nutella is highly recommended, but you'll need a giant stomach to leave room for dessert. Coffee Review: Good coffee overall, nothing to complain about.

13/05/2026: A family-run restaurant that can only be described as excellent. In my opinion, their first courses are unsurpassed, all handmade. The roast meats are excellent, and the arrosticini are delicious. Fabio, Rossana, and the entire staff make you feel right at home. Prices are below average. Just go. It's a shame I can't upload photos of gnocchi with meat sauce and ravioli with sauce via WhatsApp.

03/04/2026: Small but cozy restaurant, wonderful staff made us feel at home, seafood dishes were simply cooked but delicious. Prices were average. We will definitely be back.

30/03/2026: We ate well, but there were too many mistakes in the ordering. Dishes we didn't order arrived, and vice versa, the other dishes we wanted didn't arrive. So the waiting time was excessively long. The ladies are very nice, but too distracted and don't pay much attention to the customer.

10/05/2026: We celebrated a special birthday here and couldn't have chosen a better place. The setting was elegant and welcoming, the food excellent, and the service impeccable: everything was perfect from start to finish. The location, at the foot of Mount Velino, makes the atmosphere even more charming and relaxing. A heartfelt thank you to the owners, managers, and all the staff for their professionalism, helpfulness, and hospitality, which made us feel right at home. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

25/05/2026: From the phone call to make the reservation to the end of the meal, I can say this experience was unique. This trabocco seats a maximum of 10 people and is open by reservation only, which is why the quality of the food is excellent. The menu, thanks to its authenticity, changes daily based on the catch. We ate several appetizers, both hot and cold (the squid with chickpea cream was amazing), a first course and a second course (a spectacular sea bream steak), and dessert to finish. The meal lasted over 3 hours, especially considering the express dishes. Outwardly gruff, but in reality a whimsical entertainer, Mario is a skilled host who pays attention to his guests. His hospitality, combined with the "home" cooking (truly open to the public!) and the undisputed quality of the ingredients, make this a must-visit for seafood lovers and tasting menus. Saved to favorites.

21/05/2026: What an experience! The location is fabulous, what a spectacle! It overlooks a beautiful beach with both the Maiella and Gran Sasso mountains in the background. The limited seating allows for both the attention to detail and the service. Mario is the soul of the trabocco and a wealth of information. He's a great entertainer and truly friendly and helpful. The heart of the trabocco is in the kitchen, and they truly work hard to satisfy their guests with excellently prepared and delicious dishes. You should set aside at least three hours for the experience, and it's best to arrive on an empty stomach. It's definitely worth it.

01/02/2026: A lovely bistro in Rivisondoli, very welcoming and furnished with meticulous attention to detail. Host Giuseppe welcomes you with warmth, making you feel immediately at home. A fascinating culinary journey, made with authentic ingredients, mostly produced on the family farm and all transformed by Giuseppe's wife, who knows how to amaze the palates of even the most sophisticated gourmets. It's fascinating to hear how the products are created and the expert preparations, combining research and expertise to create sublime dishes. We loved the onion soup served in a French-style bowl, as well as the cured meats from their own El Nero Abruzzese pigs. The exceptional mortadella experiment was exquisite. The roe deer-filled crepes were also excellent, not to mention the chicken stuffed and cooked in Pinot Noir (Coq ai vin), also pasture-raised and expertly fed to bring out the best in its members at the table. In short, an experience that just thinking about it makes you want to relive it immediately. The wine list is also interesting, a testament to the careful research and dedication to consistently offering top-quality products. The desserts are a world apart, exceptional. Kudos to Giuseppe and the Bistrot Rizziero staff for their quality.

25/03/2026: We'd heard about it for a while. So we decided to check it out for ourselves. Two fantastic first courses and equally excellent second courses. For dessert, the Avellino nougat semifreddo was simply delicious. I must say the praise for its quality was well deserved. Well done.

11/01/2026: EVERYTHING AWESOME!! The place is small but very welcoming, almost like entering the tavern of a mountain chalet! The staff is attentive and very kind. They played with and listened to the children, even taking them into the kitchen! Excellent food, from appetizers to dessert. The generous and delicious dishes are traditional but with a touch of innovation. The atmosphere and bathrooms are spotless. Convenient parking and outdoor space. Superb value for money.
