We celebrated our daughter's baptism here at Margazillo and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The location is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is excellent, plentiful, and made with exceptional ingredients. The restaurant reflects its owner, a person who is attentive to making his customers feel at home, and who welcomed and listened to us from day one. Thank you so much. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR

A hilltop restaurant in Città Sant'Angelo serving traditional Abruzzo dishes.
Top experience!
We enjoyed traditional hot appetizers and mixed focaccia as starters. Chitarrina alla teramana and chitarrina con truffula were generously portioned, without compromising on quality. Then we had arrosticini, the liver ones being the best.
To drink, we had wine and lemonade (note that they serve lemonade, not Sprite!)
To finish, the homemade Pizza Doc and Pesca were spectacular.
Excellent value for money. Another highlight was the staff, especially the girl with glasses who looked after us, who was always quick and friendly.
Overall, an absolutely positive experience, both in terms of food and atmosphere, a timeless classic!

I've been a customer for a long time and always love returning because you can be sure of eating well and feeling at home.
The pasta alla pecorara is simply incredible: endless ricotta, flavorful and rich, with well-blended ingredients and perfect cooking. A traditional dish made just right, that never disappoints.
The Simmental rib-eye steak is also very good: tender, well-cooked, and of high quality, portioned directly by the owner at your table.
The welcoming atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, and a family atmosphere make every lunch or dinner enjoyable.
A reliable place where you'll always be happy to return.
Highly recommended.
