I give it 5 stars because I can't give more; returning to Trimalcione is pure joy. Mario welcomes you with his unique charm. His stories are always fascinating, as are his cultured and gracious quotes, a rarity these days. Emilia always amazes you with her flavorful yet delicate cuisine, using the freshest local produce. Dining on their trabocco is a joy not only for the palate but also for the mind and eyes. You couldn't ask for anything better. The beauty of their trabocco is unparalleled, and the view you can enjoy envelops and overwhelms you.
