08/12/2025: We visited this restaurant during a short stay in L'Aquila. We wanted to try some local dishes. Everything was excellent. The fregnacce, maltagliati, reminded me of my childhood. The chitarrina with white ragù, porcini mushrooms, and saffron, was our Sunday special. The arrosticini and antipasti were also excellent. The staff was extremely kind and impeccable.

09/11/2025: Excellent, truly excellent. Everything was delicious. Molise/Abruzzo specialties, very carefully prepared and delicious. The pinsa was truly superior to anything I've tried so far. The kitchen and meat were on full display (everything in the fridge, of course), the service was prompt and prompt, and the place was very welcoming, both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommended.

Nicole and her father are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to make you feel pampered from the first to the last minute. Their cuisine is traditional, authentic, and predominantly meat-based, with a truly extensive menu that is meticulously prepared. Among their signature dishes, which I find very special, is the first course: the mezze maniche fantasia—a dish of indescribable deliciousness, creamy, balanced, and rich in flavor, a true explosion of taste that captivates from the first bite 🤩 The last time I tried pizz e foje, a typical Abruzzo dish, I can say with absolute certainty that in 29 years of life I've never eaten anything so good! A place that always manages to surprise you, with authentic dishes and genuine people. Ribot is a guarantee of quality, tradition, and human warmth. 03/11/2025: Spurred by the reviews, once in the area, I wanted to try this pastry shop's desserts. I must admit, I found their quality, taste, and appearance to be excellent. The service was friendly and detailed, explaining the ingredients upon customer request. This pastry shop surprised me and was worth a visit. I find it exceptional in every way, and I was delighted to discover this truly surprising pastry shop.

I ordered two cakes and they were super good! I thank them publicly because they deserve it!! I trusted them for the graduation of a very dear friend of mine!

14/10/2025: A truly positive experience. Dinner with friends on a Saturday night, the place was packed. The atmosphere was a bit cramped, but the service was friendly and fast. We had a truly wonderful meal, with meat and liver arrosticini, and exceptional pizza and bruschetta. I'll be back.

09/12/2025: We went for dinner on Saturday evening, recommended by friends, and had such a wonderful time that we wanted to return the next day, but unfortunately it was closed. For starters, the seafood chitarrina and the Adriatic-style spaghetti were exceptional, with generous portions and rich sauces. Then came the fried calamari, which I think is among the best I've ever had, a portion big enough for two. And to round things off, the homemade desserts, special bocconotti, and the sublime nougat semifreddo. I highly recommend it and will definitely see you on your next visit to San Vito.
