Ai Vecchi Sapori In Lanciano

We were a group of 11 for lunch. We chose the restaurant according to the recommendations on Google maps because we came from Croatia (the island of Krk and Rijeka) to visit Lanciano. We were served by a very pleasant and witty lady. We chose the dishes according to her recommendation and it's good that we did it that way. They were excellent. We paired everything with local red wine from Montepulciano. We had a nice experience. The dishes were very tasty. The desserts were excellent. If there is an opportunity, we will return.

All very good. Homemade, even the pasta. A very kind lady served us, who went out of her way. We ate an appetizer and a first course, all plentiful and tasty at a more than fair price. I certainly recommend

Update... since the last review a lot has changed or rather the spirit of the place has returned... 5 star dishes, sublime in their simplicity... wife and daughter delighted... thank you Davide from the bottom of my heart button of this place........Very characteristic place with open kitchen... Decent food, not exciting in terms of quality and quantity.. A few years ago the food was much better... Too bad... The place is great potential...

Everything is ok, the only flaw is that as soon as you enter you can smell a bit of smoke from the grill.. after all, the cuisine is good, especially in the area..

Piccola osteria nel centro di Lanciano. Non è semplicissimo trovare parcheggio. Proprietaria molto gentile e preparata nella presentazione dei piatti, tutti della tradì abruzzese. Molto buoni gli antipasti e le pappardelle ai porcini. Buona la selezione dei vini. Ottimo anche il tiramisù. Prezzi nella media.

Small but delicious place. The helpful staff served us, a Venetian lady who was kind, competent and attentive to every request. The food was excellent in quality and preparation. To return without a shadow of a doubt.

Sono rimasto stupito dalla bellezza di Lanciano e dalle innumerevoli strdine. In una di queste , centralissima si colloca questo ristorante abbastanza atipico per la presenza di due sale completamente diverse nell'atmosfera e ambiente. Si entra in un antico palazzo e si e' subito in un antrone che e' di fatto una delle due sale con sasso, statue quadri ed archi . Molto suggestivo. La signora piacevolissima e disponibile allo scherzo e ad ogni tipo di richiesta sempre con il sorriso e la giusta simpatia. Propongono una serie di antipastini tipici con vari assaggi freddi e caldi che sono stati una vera scoperta. Pasta allo zafferano molto buona cosi come le costolette d'agnello. Scelta molto ampia e prodotti fatti sul momento. Non ho alcun commento anche solo parzialmente negativo...che dire di piu'....brave Signore...mamma e figlia...ed anche la piccola nipotina Sofia gia' apprendista cuoca certamente
