21/03/2026: On our way back from vacation, we stopped for lunch. What can I say? Everything was excellent. The Cannolicchio pasta for the first course was excellent, and the Scottadito for the second course was superb. Water and Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo rosé wine, two covers, the female staff were excellent. We recommend it. We returned on the weekend of October 25th/26th for Sunday lunch, by reservation, with my extended family of five. They seated us at a nice round table. We had a wonderful time and had a lunch with Fiocchi. The female staff were excellent. Mrs. Monica, the owner, is very kind and excellent 👍🌹👍 We wish you an 👍Excellent👍2026 We returned on Saturday, February 28th a table for 4, a lunch with all the trimmings everything was perfect and delicious, and to finish in style with Mrs. Monica, always available and kind very good, see you next time 👍😋🌹😋👍

28/03/2026: I went there for dinner, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The service was perfect, along with the presentation of the individual dishes. We ordered the cod tasting menu with 6 hot and cold selections, highly recommended: every bite is an experience. Then we sampled two first courses: egg tagliatelle with cod and black truffle, and the cod casket (with filling), each one better than the other. Ask the staff for recommendations on dishes to try (the menu changes throughout the year). The dessert was also good.

14/04/2026: I've been to New Gilda as a DJ, and I have to say it's a truly fantastic venue. They treated me with kid gloves, which wasn't a given, considering they weren't even required to: professionalism and attention make all the difference. The food is also top-notch, but what really impressed me was the second course: superior.

01/03/2026: It's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant like this. The atmosphere is very pleasant and clean. The food is truly excellent, but what really stands out is the owner's passion for what he does. Last (but not least!) note: during the evening, the owner's father started playing the piano. It was all truly perfect. Unfortunately, I don't live very close, but I'll definitely make sure to visit again. THANK YOU!

11/09/2025: On holiday at Lido d'Abbruzzo, practically next to Fiorella... really good A-list arrosticini, but the liver ones were exceptional. The owner, a weasel, was smiling and friendly in the dining room. Compliments, truly clean, friendly environment and lots of authenticity, just what you need. Well done, you and your smiling collaborators...

22/03/2026: A nostalgic experience... in this small restaurant full of character and art... I had orecchiette with fava bean cream, pecorino alla callara, and a coconut and chocolate dessert...all very good, perhaps a little too salty, both in the pecorino alla callara and in the meatballs I tasted from those who had ordered them...even though I like strong flavors, I found a bit too much saltiness and use of salt...otherwise, very, very good. There's limited seating, but as the weather gets warmer, you can eat outside...I'd gladly return.

08/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant in Vasto almost by accident during a trip, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! We ordered a platter and the pasta alla ventricina: both dishes were truly excellent, well-prepared, and made with quality ingredients. The prices are absolutely in line with what's on offer. A special mention goes to the service: the waiters were fast, friendly, and attentive. The owner was extremely kind and attentive, which isn't always a given. Highly recommended if you're passing through and want to eat well in a welcoming atmosphere!

26/01/2026: I'd give the pizza five stars, but the restaurant is, in my opinion, not up to par, and the price is disproportionate to the type of cuisine offered. The desserts are very good. The service on busy days needs to be reconsidered.
