02/02/2026: For me and my wife, La Granseola di Teramo has become a favorite place in the city center, where you can enjoy high-quality seafood dishes. We have our signature dishes, such as the chitarrina with shelled fish, the fried and grilled dishes, or the catch of the day. Of course, for dessert, the basket filled with berries is a must. The service is always very attentive, professional, and friendly. Reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays or Sundays. Excellent wine list and absolutely fair prices, in line with the high quality of the product.

Besides the beauty and uniqueness of the restaurant, which resembles the interior of a ship, with a spacious dining room overlooking the waterfront, the fish is incredibly fresh and delicious. Exquisite, refined, and high-quality dishes; every course, from appetizer to dessert, will leave you speechless. I recommend trying the monkfish, it's excellent! The staff are kind and attentive, and the owners are welcoming and helpful. This place is truly a treat!

The strozzapreti with zucchini flowers was excellent, the chitarra pasta with meatballs, the pork shank was excellently cooked, and the sliced ​​beef was also excellent, fresh, and varied. The children's dishes—gnocchi with basil sauce and a slice of breaded chicken with potatoes—were fragrant and a world away from what's often served to children in large groups. A huge thank you to the staff, because it was a wonderful evening.

02/01/2026: A New Year's Eve with a bang! Franco and his family's hospitality is the hallmark of this agriturismo. Excellent lunches and dinners are prepared with respect for the local area and tradition (everything is locally sourced). The sauna and hot tubs are the icing on the cake for a relaxing stay!

13/05/2026: A very refined and sophisticated location, the quality of the seafood is undoubtedly excellent. Unfortunately, the final rating is weighed down by the service and the price-quality ratio, which is slightly skewed in favor of the latter. We found the menu lacking clarity regarding the tasting menus (both on paper and after the staff explained it). The sommelier was unincisive. The waiters were at times disorganized. There was a noticeable difference in the way customers were treated (regulars were over-indulged, while new ones were almost snubbed), which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. I recommend treating everyone with consideration, without distinction (also because, under the right conditions, a "new" customer can become a "regular" one 😉).

09/04/2026: The best ice cream shop in Chieti. Perfect service, with friendly and super-efficient staff! They have tons of flavors, both gluten-free and lactose-free, as well as regular ones. They also make ice cream cakes and a variety of gelatos! Highly recommended!!!

09/06/2026: We attended lunch which allowed us a beautiful view of the turquoise water and the sea. The wait staff was professional and the atmosphere of course was stunning with the views. Artistic presentation of the food with a wide range of fish including cuttlefish, cod, skipjack tuna, gamberi, Sea Bass ++. Delicious and not over the top filling as some five course meals can be. A must do for a special occasion. Alcohol is an extra charge. Free parking available with a short walk down a steep paved road. Bathrooms very clean and off property, short distance from the restaurant.

08/06/2026: The location is very charming, the staff very courteous, even if they seem to be in a hurry. I have a few complaints about the food: the appetizers are good, but the first course was awful. Fusilli with shellfish sauce tasted only of tomato. The second course wouldn't have been bad, but the meagre fillet had too much cartilage left over. The dessert was poorly temperature-controlled, and it was frozen and therefore hard. For a €70 menu without wine, I think you should expect more; you can't just pay for the table.
