11/09/2025: An excellent experience, one we'll definitely repeat! My partner and I stopped here for lunch on our way back from our vacation in Vasto, after visiting the beautiful village of Atri! Well, what can I say? Delicious food, a very kind waitress. We ordered an appetizer, shared a first course, and ate some delicious arrosticini with grilled vegetables. And then dessert and coffee... All at a price you'd dream of finding anywhere else, for the same quality! A place that will definitely remain in our memories, and one we hope to return to in the future.

24/11/2025: We stopped by chance, my husband and I were passing through, and we have to say it was a surprising discovery! The owner is very accommodating and kind, and he passionately explained his daily specials to us, conveying a familiar atmosphere. We had the cheese and egg meatballs, a pappardella with porcini mushrooms and truffles, and a pizza with sausage and truffle. Everything was excellent and, above all, of excellent quality; you could taste the quality ingredients throughout. It's definitely a place we'll be revisiting to try other dishes and their desserts. 12/09/2025: I recently visited this pizzeria and was shocked by how easy their pizza was to digest. I ordered at least 5.6 pieces, but I could have eaten just as many. The digestibility and lightness of the dough were truly exceptional, not to mention the raw ingredients... truly excellent! I was worried it would be a typical tourist pizzeria given its location, but I was immediately proven wrong. Theirs is pure magic. I'll definitely be back to try it again soon.

22/07/2025: We discovered Centrale Trivigliana by chance, but it was a wonderful surprise! The burgers are truly excellent, made with quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. Everything is artisanal: from the beers to the Coke (yes, they make it themselves!), to the sandwiches, which are homemade and truly make a difference. The menu is varied and well-designed, with original and tasty options that showcase local flavors with a creative touch. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening, helping to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The location is also very nice, perfect for enjoying a burger in peace. An additional detail we appreciated? The carefully curated and pleasant music playlist, which accompanied the dinner without interrupting the conversation. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for those seeking quality, authenticity, and a different experience than the usual fast food!
