This place was recommended to us by an acquaintance... all I can say is SPETACULAR... I think it's the best place we've eaten at so far, and we've been to quite a few... the fish is super fresh, I'm sorry I didn't take a photo, we'll definitely be back... congratulations...

Had the best spigola fish in our life. The antipasti and the primi were amazing as well. Had almost everything on the menu. We constantly ate for almost 3 hours and we loved it!

The restaurant has a rather conventional aesthetic. Upon entry, there was a strong fishy smell, which, however, quickly dissipated. The dishes were well-presented and pleasing to the eye, though not quite to the point of surprising excellence. A special mention, however, goes to the monkfish tripe, which stood out as a very interesting dish. Finally, the price-to-quantity ratio was below expectations.

First time at this restaurant and a decidedly positive experience. A solid place, where the quality of the ingredients matters much more than the appearance. The welcome was excellent, as were the dishes we tasted. Absolutely fair value for money. We'll be back!

Our expectations were high, and they were pleasantly confirmed. The raw ingredients were excellent, expertly prepared and not mistreated. This time, we tried all the appetizers: raw, boiled, and hot, and we stopped because the portions were more than adequate. A special mention for the fried olives stuffed with fish: fantastic! See you again for first and second courses. A fair markup on the wines. Well done!

A truly high-quality place, I felt at home with the service, not pushy but very knowledgeable. The dishes are delicious and beautiful, I recommend the seafood cured meats. You can see the passion for their work, the top-quality ingredients expertly prepared.

16/05/2026: Excellent service, visually pleasing and truly tasty dishes, an experience worth repeating.
13/05/2026: A very refined and sophisticated location, the quality of the seafood is undoubtedly excellent. Unfortunately, the final rating is weighed down by the service and the price-quality ratio, which is slightly skewed in favor of the latter. We found the menu lacking clarity regarding the tasting menus (both on paper and after the staff explained it). The sommelier was unincisive. The waiters were at times disorganized. There was a noticeable difference in the way customers were treated (regulars were over-indulged, while new ones were almost snubbed), which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. I recommend treating everyone with consideration, without distinction (also because, under the right conditions, a "new" customer can become a "regular" one 😉).

La Granseola

02/02/2026: For me and my wife, La Granseola di Teramo has become a favorite place in the city center, where you can enjoy high-quality seafood dishes. We have our signature dishes, such as the chitarrina with shelled fish, the fried and grilled dishes, or the catch of the day. Of course, for dessert, the basket filled with berries is a must. The service is always very attentive, professional, and friendly. Reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays or Sundays. Excellent wine list and absolutely fair prices, in line with the high quality of the product.
30/01/2026: The best seafood restaurant in Teramo. NB: If you want to eat seafood, you might as well go to Giulianova if you have the opportunity.
