We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance before going to a show. The guy at the cashier was super friendly and fast, and the pizza was really good. If I ever return to Bologna and want a good pizza, I'll definitely come back here.

Looking at the place, I wouldn't have given it a cent because it's very basic, but the quality of the pizza is astonishing. It's classic Neapolitan pizza, but unlike many others, it doesn't have a chewy, almost raw crust. Instead, it's cooked well on the outside and remains thick and soft on the inside. The dough is perfect, and strangely, it's not even burnt, which is no small feat. The buffalo mozzarella is authentic and delicious. Lastly, the coffee is truly special. In conclusion, I'd pass on this place because the pizza is one of the best in the entire area.
