05/05/2026: A truly beautiful facility. Restaurant with trout farm and sport fishing. Fishing for €20 and equipment rental for €5. Friendly and helpful owners. Truly beautiful views and location, with a few trails to help you feel less guilty after lunch. Grilled and fried trout are a must! It's a shame they're so far from my house...

09/05/2026: It's an excellent restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. The selection is excellent, including traditional local and international dishes. The dishes are beautifully presented and of excellent quality. The wine list is excellent, with reasonable markups.

The food was spectacular, but of average quality, and the flavors I personally didn't appreciate.
I'll start by saying that I love Emilian cuisine, but I found this place somewhat disappointing compared to my expectations (again, it's truly beautiful and well-crafted).

03/05/2026: This restaurant is beautiful, interesting, and charming, with beautiful, stunning rooms to sleep in. Excellent, delicious culatello, the most famous Parma food. The staff, both men and women, are excellent, welcoming their kind customers. I highly recommend this restaurant. The ghost of fumera', which in dialect means fog, is here. It's a playful spirit that wanders around at night when the fog falls, swaying the food hanging in the oldest cellars as it passes. To enjoy, century after century, the aroma of the best food in the world: culatello. Long live Parma, I send you my regards. Always honor life. ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🏅🏅🏅
26/04/2026: Dinner for two at a Michelin-starred restaurant. We ordered the tasting menu of various culatelli (€150 per person), and the food was truly excellent. Despite the kindness and helpfulness of the waiters, the service was very slow at various points during the dinner: we arrived at 8:15 PM and got up at 12:10 AM. Regardless, we'd recommend the place.

12/04/2026: Mariella and Guido are two passionate hosts, two aesthetes of taste: of good wine, of real food, and even of art. Here, only tasting menus are offered, which you can choose in advance when booking, thus reducing waste and consumption: a beautiful philosophy.
What you do here can become special; if you know how to trust them, the exchange will be fascinating. I have a memory of this place that will become indelible, an indissoluble memory.
Thanks to these precious exchanges of travel stories, conversations full of the history of producers, wines, and restaurants. Of past lives and new generations. Increasingly rare comparisons, to be jealously guarded. Mariella is an inexorable well of wisdom. We will return.

19/04/2026: A very good restaurant with excellent food. The service was friendly and very attentive. In my opinion, the house wine was too expensive for its taste, but I'm still giving it 5 stars because the location and the food more than made up for it.

04/05/2026: I went for a quick aperitivo. The charcuterie and cheese platter was excellent, along with a glass of local red wine. It's definitely worth returning for more time.
Returning for a Sunday lunch, I can confirm the excellent charcuterie accompanied by dips, jams, bread, and cheeses. The atmosphere was casual, the prices were excellent. The dessert was delicious, too!

03/04/2026: A must-visit for anyone traveling to Parma. The menu is simple, with dishes you can customize to your liking. Excellent products, from the cured meats (especially Culatello and Parma ham) to the Parmigiano Reggiano. Fair prices, super friendly service, and a cheerful atmosphere reign among the staff. Absolutely not to be missed.

08/05/2026: My daughter who is living near here had heard about this restaurant. We decided to try it when I was visiting her. Unfortunately, I have to agree with some of other reviewers in that, other than the curatello (very good), it was mostly just ok. Nothing stood out, not even the desserts (zabaglione and the assorted cookies and fruit).
Very disappointing for the price.

Each plate was a discovery with delicate flavors and creativity.
We liked it.
The restaurant's room though is not at the level of the cuisine.

16/05/2026: We used Gemini to find this place and booked in advance which you must do. And we don't regret it. Food was excellent and the waiter guided us for the best experience. Divided courses so we could try more dishes. All personell very friendly and quick. It was an excellent experience just remember to book in advance.
14/05/2026: Immediate good atmosphere when you walk in. Friendly and good service by the group of middle aged gentlemen. Medium food. All in all a good experience.
