08/07/2025: Certainly among the select circle of Parma's best restaurants, its location is off-center, and it also offers ample parking. It serves top-quality meats, and the gelato is excellent, beautifully presented. The spacious dining room where we ate is beautiful. One small complaint is the poor quality of the chocolate in the cup of coffee affogato, which clashes with the high quality of everything else.

24/05/2025: Il Colombo si è confermato essere un'ottima scelta, anticipataci da chi c'era già stato. Tutto molto bene: ottima selezione di salumi, primi molto ben realizzati, così come i secondi e i dolci. Proprietario cordiale, simpatico e attento. Manca però una stella: a nostro avviso potrebbe essere ampliata la proposta per chi non ama mangiare carne, inserendo in lista, oltre lo storione e il parmigiano, anche qualche piatto in più di pesce e di formaggi, oppure qualche sformato.

17/06/2025: The Pastis alla piacentina was fantastic, I was dazzled by the romance of that dish. Chef Isa and Monica were very hospitable, we will definitely be back.
16/05/2025: My wife and I had lunch today at this restaurant, and we had a great time. The waiter was very polite and professional without being stifling. The food was excellent. Highly recommended.

02/07/2025: We celebrated my husband's birthday, good menu, the guys who serve very good, but with more than 30 degrees you can't eat outside with a fan in your hand and a fan nearby, with what you pay you can expect air conditioning.
Too bad...

I piatti elaborati senza esagerare. Ho conosciuto l'aglio nero. Ambiente accogliente personale cortese e disponibile. Pagato il giusto.

15/06/2025: Second time at this restaurant and it confirmed the excellent impressions of the previous time. Incredible traditional dishes accompanied by more innovative proposals. Stratospheric peach salad and touching tortelli. Excellent second courses and desserts too.
10/06/2025: The cuisine always attentive to seasonality and raw materials, the attentive service, the well-kept place, both outside and inside. A certainty.

19/06/2025: Incredible location immersed in Nature. Ideal place for adults and children. Divine food with even special dishes that you don't often find around. The pizza is fantastic; the staff of extreme sympathy, kindness and cordiality, very quick in serving.
