01/07/2025: Very good pizza, full of toppings. Very punctual, clean and welcoming environment. They also have 3 dough variations. To return!

29/06/2025: I would like to compliment the entire "Pizza Star" staff for the excellent service offered during the Notte Bianca, an event held on Saturday, June 21st. Despite the crowd of people waiting, the pizza was ready at the requested time and was really very good. We are loyal customers, but it was not a given to enjoy a pizza characterized by a light dough and perfect cooking during such a chaotic event. Well done! Well done guys! You have confirmed yourselves once again as the Top!

17/09/2025: We often come here for dinner, it's the only place where they make me a salad of my choice without any problems, the bread is warm and delicious, the prices are a little above average but it's worth it.

06/09/2025: A welcoming atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. A wide variety of sandwiches, bruschetta, club sandwiches, and pasta dishes. A must-visit day and night, even just for an aperitivo in the heart of Bassano.

22/09/2025: *Displayed hours not respected and rude staff* We arrived at this establishment on Sunday evening around 8:15 PM, attracted by the sign outside indicating closing at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, the staff very rudely informed us that the establishment was already closed. When we pointed out that the posted hours stated otherwise, the response was abrupt and unprofessional, with the excuse that "we're short on waiters and we've locked the gate." Aside from the fact that we weren't able to use the service, the main problem is the disrespect and dishonesty of the information displayed. Not only did the establishment not respect the posted hours, but the staff didn't even apologize for the error, displaying a rude and annoyed attitude. A truly disappointing experience.

06/09/2025: The view is definitely worth it, though the drinks and cicchetti are a shame. Affordable.

10/08/2025: Magnificent table, a superb view of the garden and the mountain in the distance, a calm and gastronomic evening. Beautiful local wine list, refined and pleasant dishes.

16/07/2025: Service was extremely slow and unorganized. We had dinner twice. Ordered the same dish but the second time it looked and tasted different. It looked like they had no time to prepare properly. The second evening we agreed that we won't come back a third time.

21/08/2025: Sunday, August 18th, 7:40 PM, I walk in to order takeout pizzas. A young man at the cash register, a woman checking the orders, two pizza chefs, and three delivery drivers. At 7:46 PM, I leave (after a sauna) without anyone paying attention to me. I understand the phone orders, I understand that you would have preferred to be at the beach, I don't tolerate rudeness, and I thank you for the little hearts. Adios.

25/08/2025: I've ordered from this pizzeria a few times (so far, we've ordered about four times in the year and a half I've lived in Schio), but there hasn't been a single time when things have gone well. NB: The quality of the pizza is acceptable! The first time, we asked for the pizzas to be cut; when we got to the place where we were supposed to eat them, we realized they were whole. We had to go home. The second time, we ordered a pizza with Taggiasca olives on top, and instead we found regular olives. The third time, I ordered a capricciosa with chips, and both the salami and the chips were missing (it had olives instead). I've read somewhere that the capricciosa doesn't always come with salami; however, one of their online menus lists it among the ingredients, so perhaps it would be helpful to specify this—especially since I've never ordered a capricciosa with olives instead of salami in the Veneto region. Furthermore, we had some guests who were a bit disappointed because they had also ordered capricciosa. Last time, mindful of the previous experience, I ordered a capricciosa with salami and fries. This time I found the salami, but surprise: there were no fries. I understand that it can be chaotic, especially at peak times, and mistakes are normal, but if we've found four mistakes out of four experiences, I'd ask myself a few questions (perhaps a checklist should be used before delivering the pizzas?). Last time, we ordered here because our local pizzeria was closed for vacation, but if it happens again, we'll go elsewhere.

25/08/2025: There's a bit of everything, except kindness. Rude and somewhat sloppy service.

20/08/2025: I go back because there's nothing else in Cesuna, and every time I find the owner exhausted, she's almost always angry and yells at everyone. Cardboard cannoli and burnt brioches complete the picture.

21/09/2025: Expertly done pastries in a pristine setting made for a perfect Sunday morning caffè and treats. The caramelized nut tart with a hint of orange and a concentrated version of strudel were fantastic. Reasonably priced.

28/07/2025: Best bar in all of Bassano. It's not worth going to the bars in the center and paying to be treated like a number when you can come to these two gorgeous ladies and be treated like royalty. They even offered me shots. If you have any qualms about these two ladies, contact me privately.

23/09/2025: I am a disaster as well as the environment no service staff no disaster

30/07/2025: Absolutely not recommended. The waitress was immediately annoyed and rude. The wait for the dishes was short, but the quality was truly mediocre. We had two meat main courses with two side dishes. The meat was obviously grilled on a griddle that had previously served fish, given the strong aftertaste it left in the mouth. The wine we consumed was also mediocre, nothing special. As for the price, it was completely average at €24 per person. The waiter who served us afterwards, however, was polite and attentive. When we paid the bill, the lady at the cash register, very annoyed and superficial, was truly indisposed and rude, so much so that she even made the other guests impatient. In short, everything was truly MEDIOCRE; I definitely wouldn't return in the future.

16/10/2025: The seating is nice, but the price/performance ratio isn't good. €15 for a few pieces of fried fish without bread, etc., isn't reasonable...

30/09/2025: Fantastically good food. Different dishes every day. The restaurant and surroundings feel very genuine and authentic. Very friendly staff. Recommended

07/09/2025: Disappointing aperitif, mediocre Spritz with a tiny bowl of nachos for two. The service was a bit confused and inattentive; I still had some Spritz in my glass, but it was taken away without asking. We felt left out, so we left without consuming anything else.

05/09/2025: The food was delicious, and we were served lunch at 3 p.m., when we'd given up hope of eating anything. Great prices.

03/09/2025: €5 for a small glass of juice and a coffee. They don't even charge these prices in the city center.

29/07/2025: Great location with outdoor seating. The aperitif was served with attention to both quality and presentation. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.

04/10/2025: I literally froze to death. They left us frozen during the singing dinner. The dishes were brought too late, even though they were very good.
