31/05/2025: Very sui generis service. Sitting outside is like being ignored, with the bar open and doors wide open, for a good half hour. Let's face it: you have to place your own orders at the counter, then - maybe - someone will come. Not even chips to accompany the aperitif. Oh well, they're Chinese...

15/05/2025: While chewing I found some plastic/metal fragments inside the mozzarella, luckily they didn't enter my stomach!! Pizzeria to avoid!!!!

09/02/2025: Apart from the fact that they gave our pizzas to someone else, and there were 8 pizzas with people waiting at home, but while working it can happen especially on a Saturday night... what I didn't like was how they handled the thing, a half smile and maybe a free drink was enough since we waited an hour due to their mistake! The customer deserves more attention, you are not there just to make lots of pizzas and lots of money. Anyway, for the record, the pizza wasn't anything special, the potatoes were undercooked and had some hair on them... we may have been unlucky but a negative experience!!!

27/04/2025: Mi sono recata in questo locale oggi 27 aprile, eravamo due coppie. Una coppia si è affrettata a pagare il conto di nascosto dall’altra per offrire gentilmente l’aperitivo come si fa tante volte…Quando però il componente dell’altra coppia si è accinto a pagare, senza fare una piega il gestore del locale l’ha fatto “ripagare”. Capito il disguido siamo rientrati nel locale e il gestore anziché scusarsi ci ha pure trattati con maleducazione e poi ha restituito i soldi. La prima coppia aveva uno scontrino di 20.oo euro circa, la seconda un pagamento di 13.50euro (senza scontrino) quali soldi ha restituito? 😀 NO COMMENT!!! Mezzo litro di acqua minerale 4.50 euro. Non ritorneremo.

17/03/2025: posto molto carino , personale accogliente e veloce , abbastanza pieno nn facile trovare posto . ottimi gli spuntini e cicchetti loro . non tanta scelta ma locale da passare sicuramente per aperitivo

11/05/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch today Small and dated place VERY slow service in 1 hour and a half ate about 15 dishes, which doesn't happen in other ayce places I won't go back, there is a lot to improve

06/05/2025: I ordered both takeaway and table service and I am very satisfied: Very kind staff and exquisite dishes: sushi, first courses, grilled fish... all delicious! For takeaways on some very busy evenings it was necessary to wait a little longer to receive the order, but it didn't affect the flavor of the dishes, which also stayed warm all the way home.

25/05/2025: I highly recommend this place, Not only for the brand but for the excellent organization of the place, very well managed and cared for, the director is someone who started from the basics to do his apprenticeship then made a splendid career... really recommended!!!

10/03/2025: Only two stars why on earth? Well, in short, pretty good food and so far... the main problem was the blonde lady who when we entered we could already see that she would treat the employees badly I don't know why but I had this feeling and... Tak it was exactly like that. He treated a poor employee badly in front of me and a friend of mine were not only sorry for him but amazed by his arrogance. I wonder why he had to do this? It's absurd. Truly unpleasant to lady never again

01/04/2025: Just been there, the only point of criticism is that the kebab is relatively small. But it tasted really good and I will definitely go there again.

07/03/2025: 6.50 for a piadina with few ingredients... tasteless too. Staff not at all hospitable. I wouldn't go back, there is much better.

10/05/2025: Booked for a dinner with colleagues, upon our arrival (early) they immediately accompanied us to the table... We were the first to sit in the room and wait 20 minutes for our orders to be taken... We ordered appetizers, first courses and second courses... shortly thereafter disaster struck! An elementary service bordering on non-existent... what a shame! Because all in all the food wasn't bad... Dishes served in complete random order, so much so that the first diners left the restaurant after finishing their dishes... some requests were not fulfilled (or forgotten) The last unpleasant surprise... unfortunately concerns the bill... let's not talk about the total... because, I would like to underline, that the quality of the food was good, but the diners' dividend was around 39.40 euros per head... magically rounded up to 40. P.s. I find it a bit excessive to also take into account the lemon slices for the water and the sauces for the fries (one out of 2 didn't arrive) But these are probably business strategies.. For the moment I can't say that it was a positive experience...

20/04/2025: Terrible experience for Easter lunch – avoid! We booked for Easter lunch with high expectations, but left deeply disappointed. They made us sit in the middle of a cold air current, between the open tarpaulin and the open front door. We reported the problem several times, but they pretended nothing had happened by asking us where we felt the current, whether from the tarpaulin or from the entrance door. So we tried to move the table a bit to overcome the problem, but naturally it wasn't enough. A few steps away from us, a very noisy refrigerator - which they knew very well was annoying as we heard the waitresses talking to each other - ruined the whole experience with a continuous roar. Turn it off? No, it would have meant also turning off the internal lights of the fridge and therefore leaving some tables almost in the dark. And so we had to endure almost three hours of severe discomfort. They decided to turn it off, basically just before the end of lunch when we told them we would leave before the end of lunch because the noise was unbearable. And as if that wasn't enough, at the time of the bill, after everything that had happened, we were asked nonchalantly if everything had gone well. A question that sounded like yet another joke. We didn't ask for discounts, and we certainly weren't given any. Just a lot of superficiality and zero attention to the customer. A day that was supposed to be special turned into an unpleasant and highly disappointing experience. We certainly won't be returning, and we strongly advise against it.

27/03/2025: A nice place, frequented by "nice" people, very attentive to everyone's needs. When I'm in Vicenza I "have to" stop by. The owners are really nice. Try the arancini and cream brioches. Well done!

27/01/2025: Pastry shop in Corso Fogazzaro with a nice atmosphere, even if with few pastries and brioches. The manager is a nice Venetian.
