30/11/2025: My sister-in-law, our dog, and I arrived after a long walk in the cold. We asked if the dog could come in and they said yes. We ordered, paid, and waited 30 minutes for our breakfast, only because the lady claimed the payment "hadn't been recorded." Incidentally: the croissants were truly awful. When I asked for a glass of water for the puppy, I first received an absurd reply that "customers aren't allowed to drink after a dog," then a man intervened, in a rude tone, telling everyone to leave because "the dog would have thrown the water on the floor." In that moment, I felt humiliated and treated as if I were a nuisance just for asking for water. When we were leaving, the lady tried to make amends, but made things worse by calling my dog ​​a "murderer" just because he wanted to play. And to top it all off, I saw the same lady retrieve the water carton from the trash and take it behind the counter, near the food... embarrassing. I've never experienced such rude and discriminatory treatment, just because we're not local. We'll never return.

29/10/2025: I don't go there much because the prices go up every year and the ice cream isn't as good as it used to be.

26/10/2025: Absurd! €2.50 for a tiny scoop in a cup, probably not even 60 grams of ice cream. The label said "pan cake, marron glacê tiramisu"... I asked the girl for the pan cake, and in an arrogant tone she said, "Do you want tiramisu?" Even cheaper. Horrible taste, a pastó for (I'll leave you to imagine) is a thousand times better! Never again, for goodness sake. There are plenty of ice cream shops that make real ice cream and at a more reasonable price. I'm used to paying for quality, not something that's even close to edible.

16/11/2025: A complete lack of professional ethics, they sell customers products that are almost expired. Absolutely not recommended.

27/11/2025: I paid 1.60 for a coffee... You see, otherwise the atmosphere was quiet and the staff were friendly. I didn't try the food.

25/10/2025: The food was served very late and the service was not good. The staff didn’t pay any attention to the table or check if the clients needed anything else. The food quality was also disappointing. I ordered Kadai Chicken — it was full of oil and didn’t even have proper gravy. The Butter Naan was thick, dry, and had no butter at all. I also asked for a Punjabi-style salad, but they served it differently in a bowl and not the way I requested. Overall, I didn’t find the restaurant good. It was just average at best.

15/11/2025: I ordered several dishes through Deliveroo that really shocked me... rice with vegetables and salmon in teriyaki sauce was unpresentable... overcooked rice, like mashed potatoes, and the salmon tasted bad. The fried chicken was still pink on the inside with a strong garlic flavor that was definitely meant to hide something else. The tempura and ravioli were adequate, but not enough to cover up the previous dishes. I spent €60 for two people, and I have to say I'm very sorry because I practically had to throw away the rice and chicken. Avoid this if you like Chinese or Japanese food because the quality is really low.

09/11/2025: Since I don't live in the area, I always jump at the chance of a colleague's invitation to have pizza together, simply because I find the Focus pizza truly special. Always prompt service, a welcoming atmosphere, a wide variety of pizzas and new dishes... highly recommended.

23/08/2025: The pizzas are mediocre, but at least they used to be cheap. Now they cost 20-30% more, but the quality remains the same.

05/11/2025: I've only ordered a couple of times, and I've had a really good experience! Pizza has become a luxury item in Schio these days, and it's usually plain and bland. But at this pizzeria, I found a fresh, sweet tomato sauce, well-cooked and well-leavened dough, and excellent quality ingredients. I'm holding off on giving it 5 stars only because I want to see how it fares in the long run, but for now, everything seems excellent.

19/10/2025: Here in Naples, there's not even a hint of pizza dough or tradition. It's a common pizza eaten in the provinces.

29/11/2025: Three of us came to this restaurant for lunch. We booked at 1:15 PM and left at 3:00 PM, ordering only an appetizer to share, three sandwiches, and a plate of fries. The wait was decidedly too long. The quality of the ingredients was good, but not enough to make up for the high prices. For this lunch, we spent €80, and the sandwiches, not only weren't generous, but they also came without fries or other side dishes. The bread for two people was cold and a little burnt on the edges, unacceptable given both the slow service and the price.

18/11/2025: The place is very welcoming, with a very modern mountain style. Both the young man and woman who served us were very kind, very knowledgeable in explaining the dishes, and super friendly. The two of us had: 1 appetizer 2 sandwiches 2 desserts 1 beer 1 water 1 coffee The food is AMAZING. The sandwiches are really good, and the quality of the meat is top-notch! Congratulations!

27/07/2025: I wanted to like this place because it was recommended to me, but maybe the chef wasn't there and the restaurant was understaffed. A third of the steaks were torn, and many others didn't want to open. We also ordered a steak, which was overcooked, burned, and tasteless. I don't like writing negative reviews, but it was a really bad experience, and I felt the need to write an honest and updated review. Like I said, maybe the chef wasn't there and someone was trying to keep it open, but that was my opinion when I was there in December. I'll try again when you reopen, since you took the time to respond, and I promise to update the review if it improves. I don't want to discredit this place because of a bad experience, but that was my opinion last time. (Also, I'm changing the review from 1 to 2 stars because you took the time to read my review and contact me. It shows you care and are always striving to improve.)

08/12/2025: The hotel is well-located, a 7-minute drive from the center of Asiago. The rooms are spotless and spacious. However, there are several downsides: the staff is mostly rude and always sullen. The shower water doesn't get hot until 10 minutes after you leave it on. The Wi-Fi is non-existent and the connection is poor in the room. The restaurant is incredibly slow: after more than half an hour, our order still hadn't been taken, even though the restaurant was almost empty and there were only three waiters. In short, several details need to be reworked.

04/12/2025: My husband and I stayed four nights on half board. We had a great time. We had dinner there, and they made me white rice with raw vegetables first. (I have digestive issues.) The staff were kind and helpful. Stefania was friendly and welcoming.
