02/10/2025: I rarely leave reviews, it's not my habit, but I went to Il Gabbiano today for lunch with the set menu, and I have to say I ate divinely. The spaghetti with sardines was amazing. I'll be back in the evening because I want to try other dishes and the pizza. The staff was very kind and professional, thank you.

25/10/2025: The food was served very late and the service was not good. The staff didn’t pay any attention to the table or check if the clients needed anything else. The food quality was also disappointing. I ordered Kadai Chicken — it was full of oil and didn’t even have proper gravy. The Butter Naan was thick, dry, and had no butter at all. I also asked for a Punjabi-style salad, but they served it differently in a bowl and not the way I requested. Overall, I didn’t find the restaurant good. It was just average at best.

04/11/2025: Small (due to its interior space) but pleasant bar in Arzignano. Table service is prompt and fast. An aperitif here is a must!

09/09/2025: We had to stop here because almost everything was closed (Monday, September 8th). I've never had such a bad meal, not even in the cafeteria. Amatriciana: pasta with tomato sauce and a little chili pepper, no bacon whatsoever. It was so dry it looked like it had been sitting out all day. Pasta pasticciata: there was very little pasticciato about it; it was with ragù (not even that good) and a drizzle of béchamel sauce. This also looked like it was four days old. Fagioli alla mesdicana: well, just looking at them on the plate made you laugh. Dry, a bunch of beans thrown together, the only thing Mexican about them was their color. Goulash: passable, but nothing special. Bottom line: I wouldn't go back even if they paid me.

10/10/2025: Leaving aside the ice cream which we didn't like and not even a cake which made us look bad among other things, the prices are to say the least crazy and the staff is haughty and rude. We were served by a skinny brunette girl... make her change jobs, it would be better...

09/11/2025: Since I don't live in the area, I always jump at the chance of a colleague's invitation to have pizza together, simply because I find the Focus pizza truly special. Always prompt service, a welcoming atmosphere, a wide variety of pizzas and new dishes... highly recommended.

23/08/2025: The pizzas are mediocre, but at least they used to be cheap. Now they cost 20-30% more, but the quality remains the same.

27/07/2025: I wanted to like this place because it was recommended to me, but maybe the chef wasn't there and the restaurant was understaffed. A third of the steaks were torn, and many others didn't want to open. We also ordered a steak, which was overcooked, burned, and tasteless. I don't like writing negative reviews, but it was a really bad experience, and I felt the need to write an honest and updated review. Like I said, maybe the chef wasn't there and someone was trying to keep it open, but that was my opinion when I was there in December. I'll try again when you reopen, since you took the time to respond, and I promise to update the review if it improves. I don't want to discredit this place because of a bad experience, but that was my opinion last time. (Also, I'm changing the review from 1 to 2 stars because you took the time to read my review and contact me. It shows you care and are always striving to improve.)

05/10/2025: I bought three takeout pizzas, two from the menu and one with a speck base for €8.50 + burrata for €3.00 + cherry tomatoes for €2.00 + chopped pistachios for €3.00 for a total of €16.50. A real steal (it's inconceivable that a burrata costs exactly the same as a teaspoon of chopped pistachios and that 4 cherry tomatoes on a pizza is an additional €2.00). The pizzas were good, but the pizza that was supposed to be the least expensive was ridiculously overpriced. I definitely won't be getting takeout from this place again.

09/08/2025: We stopped by chance for some gelato, and I have to say, it was spectacular! Artisanal, fair prices, and generous quantities. A must-try for anyone passing through!

17/09/2025: [updated 09/16/2025] I'm a regular. I've stayed at the Tavernelle Hotel and Restaurant several times, and I pride myself on knowing the people who work there thoroughly, or at least getting to know them enough to return not just for lodging but for a "visit." Although it's not the most glamorous place, with the comforts of a hotel, I felt at home. I felt at home in a place I'm unfamiliar with, far from where I live. I ate well, as if my mother were cooking for me. I ate really, really well (I repeat). The rooms, though sometimes small, were more than adequate. The sheets were always clean and smelled fresh. The bathrooms were impeccable. The staff was friendly and courteous from the very first moment. Once we got to know them better, Cinzia and Mauro proved to be lovely people. Mauro sometimes has strange theories, but he makes me laugh, so that's fine. Perhaps I could use a fresh coat of paint. It looks like a neglected place, but in reality it isn't. The parking lot is very rough, but it does what it's supposed to. I've attached a few photos from one of the many times I was hungry, and I wasn't disappointed.
