So I'll start by saying that the pizza is really good; I've tried many pizzerias throughout Vicenza but this one surpasses them all... so that's the positive. The negative: very rude people and staff, if they feel bad they respond badly. I personally order at home... and the pizza arrives twice on time and 6 times late by at least 30..40 minutes... and if you say something to him instead of apologizing or feeling sorry...
