09/07/2026: I was there last night, the staff were friendly, we had the raw appetizer with buffalo mozzarella, it was excellent. Then we had a very good pizza and a fried dish. I didn't expect such a large dish and above all it wasn't oil, it was really good and plentiful.

07/04/2026: We went on Saturday for the first time, it was a little difficult to find, but it was worth it. The lady who served us was friendly, serious but friendly. We ate well, but the fish we ordered wasn't good, we didn't like it, but everything else was delicious.

07/02/2026: The salted caramel and cremino are disappointing: they almost seem watered down. The pistachio (Terre Siciliane) is barely worth it. The prices are high for the quality: €2.10 for one scoop, €3.70 for two. While the €21/kg is fair, it's not worth it given the lackluster flavor.

16/04/2026: I just finished a call, presumably with the manager, and I was speechless. I was given the same product twice, resulting in a waste of time and money on my part. When I called to report it, the person on the phone became so upset that she hung up on me. This was truly unprofessional behavior, especially considering it's the customer who loses out. They offered to stop by the store to get my money back, but that doesn't justify the way I was treated. If someone calls you at work to report a problem, the last thing they should experience is annoyance and rudeness. I gave this one star because it's the lowest I can get. Now I also understand why the store is often empty, the prices are sky-high, and the rudeness is sky-high. Lack of customer service.

19/02/2026: A great organic supermarket. Welcoming, with a snack bar and a café. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A good section for supplements and cosmetics. The only flaw, but this is my personal opinion, is the coffee at the café. In my opinion, it's terrible. It may be organic, but it has a bitter, stale taste. It's a shame, because they offer a nice selection of vegan, non-vegan, and gluten-free cakes; but you have to put up with the coffee or cappuccino, which, with milk, doesn't quite hide the burnt taste of the coffee. There will be some who like it that way, though.

07/07/2026: We booked a table for four with the intention of having pizza. The food was excellent, but it was a shame about the long wait, even though it was not very busy. We left without dessert or coffee after asking to order and no response... given the time, it was almost overnight. The staff, managed by a kind but ineffective gentleman, was clearly uncoordinated.

04/07/2026: Delicious pizzas. I don't know why I haven't been there in a while. But I'll be back more often.

07/04/2026: Even though there were only two servers on Friday evening and there were quite a few people, the wait was short. The atmosphere was quiet and the prices were fair (€5 for a cup of three). The gelato was excellent, not overly sweet but balanced, and the texture was incredible. I highly recommend it! It's the first time I've tried a truly good tiramisu flavor.

02/04/2026: I went back after two years... A scoop of ice cream costs €2.80, good, but the quantity is small!!!! I confirm the prices are like a jeweler's!

20/08/2025: It feels like you're right in Kenya. Dirty tables, vending machines, people smoking on sticky chairs, a young lady with an unpleasant attitude and appearance, disorganized and extremely slow. The business survives only because it's the only bar in the area.

04/08/2026: The managers and their colleagues are kind, polite, and respectful toward customers. They work well compared to the Palladio shopping center.

03/08/2026: Excellent McDonald's. The ordering kiosks were convenient and clean. Tables were constantly cleaned by the staff.

27/11/2025: I paid 1.60 for a coffee... You see, otherwise the atmosphere was quiet and the staff were friendly. I didn't try the food.
