A lovely agriturismo in the heart of Valbella, serving authentic, locally sourced food. A relaxed, family atmosphere. Very good food and very fair prices. The veal shoulder and carpaccio are excellent. The desserts are exquisite, and the staff is very friendly. Also suitable for children.

A farmhouse on the plateau with simple yet very tasty and well-prepared dishes. The ingredients they produce are excellent (cured meats, pickles, etc.). Fair prices and generous portions. Highly recommended.

We went to Agriturismo La Casara after a bobsled ride along the path behind the Snoopy nightclub. The road to get there is comfortable, wide, and fast. We arrived without a reservation, right at lunchtime, but the staff was very kind and helpful in finding us a table for two. The food is excellent: the house appetizers are truly delicious and accompanied by fresh bread. The first and second courses are also excellent, with a special mention for the Sorana bocconcini, highly recommended. The prices are reasonable for a tourist destination. A more than positive experience, we will definitely be back.

What a find! The place is truly welcoming, it almost feels like the owners are hosting you in their home. Everything is very clean and in perfect local mountain style. The dishes are obviously the highlight. The homemade cured meats and the spit-roasted veal shoulder are a must-try.

02/05/2026: The interior is very refined, classic, and elegant. 🤵 Excellent location, you're sitting right in front of the basilica, it couldn't be better. 📍🗺️ Artisanal lemonade was sourly good, it tasted like lemon. 🍋🍹 Good coffee, I finished it! ☕ Easy-to-use spoons, good grip 👍🏻 Excellent selection of sugars at the table. Excellent quality of the outdoor tables, they seemed to be made of solid, durable aluminum. Napkins at the table were not centered in the container, disappointing! 🧻 Cookies were perhaps a little too small... but appreciated. 🍪 Bathroom...don't go in 🚽 We'll be back, recommended 🤝🏼 Antonio and Carletto
