08/03/2026: We just left the restaurant and wanted to leave a review because we really enjoyed it. We started with a truly delicious patanegra and truffle appetizer, a rich and very successful combination. Next, we had the cacio e pepe, very good, creamy, and well-balanced in flavor. The meat cuts were also excellent, perfectly cooked and of great quality. The wine selection was also excellent: the Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso proved to be the perfect accompaniment for the entire dinner. A special mention goes to the waitresses, truly kind, courteous, and attentive, who helped make the experience even more enjoyable. We honestly don't understand some of the less-than-favorite reviews we've read, because our experience was truly enjoyable in every way. Congratulations to all the staff!

14/02/2026: Very friendly pizza chef, he looks at you angrily when you walk in, but then he loosens up if you offer him a sparkling water. The pizzas are made with care, especially the vegetarian ones. The owner seems grumpy, but he actually has a heart of gold. The waiters/waitresses are very friendly. Very fair prices.

You can choose between the à la carte menu and the all-you-can-eat menu, with a wide selection of dishes. The salmon tartare and sashimi are excellent and, above all, fresh. The owners are always very friendly and polite, and the environment, including the bathrooms, is clean and well-kept. Recommended.

15/02/2026: I wanted to surprise my wife for Valentine's Day by taking her and our 2-year-old daughter to Aisushi right after her work shift. We had a reservation for 9:15 PM, but what was supposed to be a special evening turned into a terrible experience in every way. ​The evening's critical points: ​Welcome and endless waits: Despite our reservation, we were ignored at the door. Once seated, the first course (goma wakame and egg rolls) arrived at 10:30 PM, an hour after our arrival. I even had to ask for water and rice for my daughter, which arrived 20 minutes late. ​Embarrassing favoritism: We were seated next to a table of about 20 people who received their dishes before us, despite having ordered later. The reason? A relative of theirs was sitting with them and was going back and forth to the kitchen to order by voice, overriding the other customers. ​A "boari" atmosphere: The table in question dominated the place all evening, shouting, making noise, and swearing in Venetian dialect. This is unacceptable behavior in a restaurant, especially on Valentine's Day. ​Collective discomfort: We weren't the only ones suffering from this situation. Besides us, there were many other couples and several tables visibly uncomfortable and impatient with the rudeness of the group and the total lack of control on the part of the managers, who allowed all this while ignoring those who were paying for community service. ​The result? At 11:00 PM, nervous as hell and no longer hungry, we had to ask for containers to take the food away and eat it at home. We paid the full bill despite having ruined our evening. ​Conclusion: If you're looking for professionalism, politeness, or a minimally attentive atmosphere, stay away from Aisushi. Embarrassing management that shows no respect for customers who aren't part of their circle of acquaintances.

23/02/2026: The place is truly beautiful in the summer, but it's still welcoming and typical of the area even in the winter. The service was excellent, even for me, a celiac. The staff is friendly, approachable, and helpful. Try the "Gazunt" to finish off your meal. Highly recommended!

10/02/2026: Bad experience. The gnocchi with fioretta was a huge disappointment. It looked like flavorless mush. Where were the potatoes? The appetizers arrived with two mini pebbles and three chips, there were four of us. Overall, not recommended.

23/07/2025: Everything was perfect for dinner, but the typical Apulian focaccia was burnt just not acceptable! Both the bread and the stuffed versions were smoked ☹️...and the cherry tomato flavor was still delicious!!! Imagine what they would have been if they hadn't arrived burnt...😋😋😋😋

17/03/2026: I found myself at this place on Sunday evening, around 8:00 PM. I was craving a nice dinner. I entered and politely asked the waiter if there was room for two. He replied in a very brusque and direct manner that we had a reservation. I replied no. The waiter replied, in his exact words, in a nervous tone, "Well, then there's no room." I politely asked again if I could use the restroom. He replied, annoyed, that it was for guests only. Even after I offered to pay for a drink of his choice, I was told that they didn't offer bar service. I don't know what the food is like here, but I was shooed out, to put it mildly. I will avoid this place from now on and I advise everyone to avoid it.

02/03/2026: A wonderful place where you can sample many typical dishes from the Veneto region, particularly from Vicenza. We sampled six ciccheti (with toppings ranging from Venetian-style cod to Vicenza-style sopressa), Venetian-style ossobuco, Venetian-style tripe, and their reinterpretation of chocolate salami with added honey. It was all delicious. If we really wanted to find a flaw, the salami was a tad too sweet, and the addition of honey would have been better balanced with darker chocolate, but it was still very good. The professional yet entertaining service further enhanced the evening. The only thing to note is that when booking, it's best to specify which of the two restaurants you're staying at. There are two taverns with the same name (and the same management) within 100 meters of each other, and it's easy to end up in the wrong one.

14/02/2026: The meat is exceptional! Especially the raw beef with truffle. The highly knowledgeable owner explains and recommends a fabulous tasting menu. His passion captivates you, and the gins are very good and delicate. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

25/01/2026: Highly recommend for lovers of raw beef, we came for the second time, the first time an Italian friend brought us a few years ago, now that we came, the address has changed. I think the service was better the last time we came. In terms of food, the raw aged Fiorentina meat is amazing, serve it plain or with truffle or with peanuts, and the accompaniments are all very tasty. The new management is trying to promote the gin they make, which is good but for many people it is not suitable to drink with food. It should be estimated at around €70 per person.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. You can eat in or take out, so it's convenient for any occasion. I recommend this place to anyone who wants fresh, light, and carefully prepared poke. We'll definitely be back!

26/10/2025: The place is beautiful, full of excellent quality bottled wines available for purchase, and exceptional, refined beers that pair very well with the dishes. I had a savory and delicious pastrami sandwich, followed by a dessert with custard, dark chocolate shavings, and delicious, crunchy shortbread cookies made by a local bakery. The music selection is classy, ​​and the playlist compiled by Michele, the owner, is as high-quality as his knowledgeable approach.
