Everything was perfect for dinner, but the typical Apulian focaccia was burnt just not acceptable! Both the bread and the stuffed versions were smoked ☹️...and the cherry tomato flavor was still delicious!!! Imagine what they would have been if they hadn't arrived burnt...😋😋😋😋

I went with a friend of mine who's passionate about food advisory, and I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food, the refined atmosphere, and the passion for cooking. Maurizia will welcome you and explain the dishes for this culinary experience. Inside, there's a room set aside as a shop, stocking Apulian products, of course. In the photos, we sampled two gourmet pizzas. The dough was silky, left to rise for 36 hours, not too crunchy but tender and flavorful, just the way I like it.

A welcoming, elegant, yet informal restaurant with a lovely outdoor patio. Excellent food: from appetizers to main courses, both meat and fish. The staff are very welcoming, kind, and always attentive.

My family and I visited Dal Pugliese restaurant in Creazzo this evening and were thrilled. From the start, the atmosphere was welcoming; the restaurant is spacious, with attention to detail, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We accompanied our dinner with a bottle of Vermentino di San Marzano, fresh and fragrant, truly excellent. The appetizers were a triumph of flavors: the extraordinary Polpette di Pina (Pina Meatballs), the creamy burrata, and the Fav'e Cicoria (Fan and Chicory), which brought to mind the aromas of our homeland. For the first courses, the orecchiette with turnip tops and the egg tagliatelle with shrimp cream won us over, as was the baked sea bass cutlet, which was not only delicious but also presented with great care. The dish of the day also lived up to expectations. We couldn't resist the desserts: pink grapefruit sorbet and pasticciotto, both delicious. And to top it off, a homemade liqueur made by the owner, among the best I've ever tasted. The focaccia served at the table was simply perfect, fragrant and flavorful, as only Puglia can make. With our Apulian roots, we truly felt at home. A beautiful evening, filled with excellent food, warmth, and tradition. We'll definitely be back.

I dined at this restaurant yesterday, Wednesday (a weekday), and the atmosphere was very quiet. Given the beautiful evening, I chose to sit directly outside in a space where the tables were well-spaced for privacy. The interior seemed well-kept. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and I would add, knowledgeable in providing information on the quality of the ingredients and the composition of the dishes. It certainly isn't the price of a trattoria, and rightly so, since the quality of the ingredients is excellent and the research into the recipe is not trivial. The breading of the appetizer is dry and fragrant, and the sweetness and texture of the shrimp are clearly evident, pairing well with the acidity of the accompanying sauce. The pork fillet is very tender and balanced in flavor, resting on a wine reduction. I'm leaving the "Pugliese" focaccia for last because it's the best I've ever eaten. It's served automatically, along with delicious taralli and Apulian bread, once you've chosen your menu. A slice of this focaccia offers a perfect balance of flavors; it's as if you're tasting two dishes in one slice. At first, you can taste the softness of the surface with the filling of perfectly dry cherry tomatoes, then when you reach the crust, the texture becomes completely crunchy, and you can clearly taste the aroma of the spices and the delicate flavor of the olive oil, generously cooked as it should be, but just right. In short, this focaccia is an experience. Don't forget to try the mandarin-flavored spoon sorbet, a delicate flavor with a very light, slightly bitter note on the finish, to round off the dinner beautifully. I definitely recommend it.

Trattoria Fogliati

22/05/2026: The rib eye is excellent, the atmosphere is old-fashioned, but the food is truly special.
09/04/2026: For me, it's always a place I enjoy going to. Excellent value for money, the food is good and the price is right. The service is good, considering the ladies who run the restaurant are older, so hats off to them. I highly recommend it.

Piper Caffe

30/06/2026: Everything was very much appreciated, especially the food they bring with the spritz and the very friendly bartenders.
30/06/2026: Highly recommended! The service is truly their strong point: the people are incredibly kind, friendly, and always available, making you feel welcomed right away. The aperitifs are amazing: they bring you tons of trays filled with a variety of things to eat, not just the usual two chips. There are sandwiches, pizzas, fried surimi, polenta with cod, polenta with salami, and many other delicious treats. You can tell they put a lot of effort and passion into both the service and making their customers feel at home. A place you'll want to return to, because in addition to the great food, you'll also find a truly pleasant atmosphere!
