Creamy dried cod with sardine might just be the most mindblowing item ive had in Italy. Goes so well with the house bread and some olive oil too.

It is located in the center of Vicenza, on a shopping street, and there are two tables outside. You can enter by going up or down. A welcoming place with a good chef and excellent service.

We arrived at opening time and it is still a bit out of season so it wasn't packed. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable, food was excellent, especially the tiramisu which was exceptional. Three courses and a bottle of Valpolicella for two for under €90 represents excellent value.

Authentic Venetian dishes, well-crafted. The cicchetti are excellent. Service is friendly, but could be improved. Some doubts about whether the desserts are actually made by them, as indicated on the menu.

20/05/2026: For years, my family and I would get bread there at least once a week; it's an excellent bakery. For some time now, you can also enjoy aperitifs there, in a charming setting just steps from the center of Marostica.
