08/11/2025: We went here today for lunch, after strolling along the lovers' path, which starts just a few meters from the restaurant. We had a great time. The staff was extremely kind, the owner very friendly. We tried two gnocchi dishes, one with gorgonzola and walnuts and the other with venison ragù. Each one was truly tastier than the last. I was particularly impressed by the desserts! The salted caramel biscuit and the cheesecake are definitely worth trying. Authentic, fresh, and refined products. We would love to return for dinner. Highly recommended!

05/11/2025: A very original and surprising place for a small village like Santa Catarina. The dishes are very sophisticated, not forgetting the traditional gnocchi. Good food and wine pairings, highly recommended.

17/10/2025: After a long and painstaking search, we finally found the perfect venue for our wedding reception: "Le Vescovane." A wonderful place nestled in the Berici Hills. We found Giovanni to be an extraordinary person. Our constant point of reference: friendly, professional, attentive, and precise, and who, along with Sonia, Davide, Selene, Simone, Nicola, and the entire staff, form an incredible team. Their cuisine is eclectic, refined, and attentive to the quality of the ingredients. With their service, availability, and kindness, we believe they are second to none. We have no words to express how grateful we are to them for making our wedding day light, calm, and full of emotion. They took such great care of our guests and us. 15/10/2025: A beautiful farmhouse nestled in the tranquil Berici Mountains, just a stone's throw from Vicenza. A small but well-appointed room, beautifully renovated with exposed stone walls and an ensuite bathroom. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and dinner with a choice of tasting menus or à la carte options. Lovely garden with tables and benches and a swimming pool.

28/09/2025: Impeccable dinner, a unique experience. We had the tasting menu with wine pairings, which we found to be spot on. What can I say? Try it and believe it. The staff were helpful and welcoming, all in an elegant atmosphere. Well done, everything was delicious 😁

10/09/2025: What can I say? San Pio X really needed a breath of fresh air, especially in the food. The kebabs were always the same old thing: too full and impossible to digest. But now the management has changed, everything has changed completely, from the welcome to the goodbye after eating. The best kebab I've ever eaten in my life! You eat it and digest it without any problems, the meat MELT in your mouth and the quality vegetables, not to mention the EXCELLENT value for money! I highly recommend stopping by and enjoying a delicious sandwich made according to the classic recipe! A big hug to the staff, who will surely be a huge success, and thanks again for the experience ❤️

11/06/2025: We had lunch at this refuge a bit by chance, but we were thrilled. Even though it is not in high season we found a wide choice of first and second courses. Good and well-prepared. The manager was really friendly and also told us about the Vaia storm that hit the area.

26/10/2025: The place is beautiful, full of excellent quality bottled wines available for purchase, and exceptional, refined beers that pair very well with the dishes. I had a savory and delicious pastrami sandwich, followed by a dessert with custard, dark chocolate shavings, and delicious, crunchy shortbread cookies made by a local bakery. The music selection is classy, ​​and the playlist compiled by Michele, the owner, is as high-quality as his knowledgeable approach.

05/04/2025: The girl who served us was very kind and super nice in serving us and making us feel at ease. The canapés are spectacular, ranging from special ones to more normal ones with mortadella. The environment is also peaceful with a small green corner outside and little lights hanging which makes it super welcoming.

Spunciotti, panini, canapés, and many other specialties, all accompanied by a good selection of excellent wines, are not just for evening aperitifs, but also for delicious snacks throughout the day!
