Simple but welcoming environment. The terrace is wonderful in summer!
Very attentive service from Andrea, the chef, who pairs a gin and tonic with each course and explains his botanicals to you. The meat served is truly excellent!
A place to consider both for a romantic evening and for an evening with friends.

Very friendly, helpful and approachable staff; the owner explained each type of meat that was served to us, we also had a gin and tonic tasting. Interesting evening with different dishes than usual

The house specialty is delicious. The gargates. It's a shame that now the management has passed to the nephew and it is no longer the typical home-made trattoria of the past but a modern masterchef-style cuisine that is now in fashion. Personally, I much preferred it the way it used to be.

The rating is an average between what was eaten which would be 5 stars and the service of the host which I would give 1 star.
Speaking of food, everything was really excellent, both the raw and the cooked Florentine steak had nothing to complain about, the quality of the meat was excellent and the raw materials were handled expertly (and I say this despite not being a fan of raw meat). Negative sides: while understanding that for the particular type of product that is proposed it is also necessary to explain and in a certain sense "educate", everything must be done with measure without exceeding the verbose. The measure is then definitively lost when lunch/dinner becomes an hour of "promotional teleshopping" where we always try to place that little something extra in classic "overselling" style. In my opinion, too much and truly, the products that are put on the table don't need them

Abbiamo mangiato la fiorentina cruda servita con l' osso e tagliata a mo' di carpaccio e devo dire che era veramente fantastica, ottima anche con il tartufo mentre con il pistacchio non mi è piaciuta, bevuto una buona bottiglia di vino e gustato un buon dolce abbinato a un distillato di caramello ottimo.
L' ambiente è carino e curato e il personale gentile .
Il titolare segue la sua clientela con cortesia e interesse e il prezzo è adeguato al servizio e al cibo.
